We test drove the 2021 Nissan Rouge. This vehicle felt luxury. We immediately felt like this was SUV for us. We had been car shopping all that week and once we drove the Rouge we just had to have it! The ride was so smooth. Had a ton of features and upgrades. Great set of tires and rims. And just so super comfortable. This vehicle had all that we wanted and more. Once we got back, we discussed numbers with both Kyle and Brittany. They are both very knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. They openly discussed with us what deals and discounts they could offer us. That being said, we ended up going home to sleep on it. It was great not feeling the pressure to sign right there and then. They knew this was a big decision for us. We ended up going back a few days later and signed! I believe we got a great deal, along with an extended warranty package! It's been 2 weeks and we LOVE driving our 2021 Nissan Rouge. I honestly love waking up for work, knowing I get to drive my Nissan :) I ???? recommend Kitchener Nissan. I purchased an used Rogue in August and the total experience was not the best. Eventhough I purchased Nissan Certified Pre Owned car(I had to pay around 1000 bucks for that) the car was not cleaned up or polished the best way. There were sediments in many places like the hydraulics of the back door which I expected to be cleaned before delivery. The car also got new scratches on the day the car was delivered .They did tell me that they will TRY to fix it but geting an appointment was tough.I also lost the trust on them as the clean up was not as expected and I was told that I should not expect too much as it was not a new car. Honestly I am not sure why I paid for the Nissan Certified Pre Owned car certificate. So I would suggest it does not give u any benifit as the price is much higher that the interest difference you might need to pay on a higher interest rest. The 30 day provincial security check was done well before I even went to see the car even though I was told the security would be for 30 days from the day of purchase. The check was valid only for a week on the day of purchase. I had to purchase the car as I was in need of it and I already paid for it.

This is not something i would normally do but I thought it important to share my experience with the team at Kitchener Nissan. I was made to feel at ease and unlike some showrooms I had visited I felt no pressure to buy right away. Once my budget was established Tom made every effort to find the right car for me. Living in London ON. I was hesitant to drive to Kitchener after a bad experience in Stratford. Reading the reviews though I gave Kitchener Nissan a try after a 2019 red rogue appeared on Car Gurus. Clint took time on a long weekend to get me some more pics of the vehicle, then had the vehicle detailed to a 10/10 condition, shout out to the detailer. Relaxed environment, very very easy to deal with, car was upfront and ready for a test drive no confusion on why I was there. Clint and Samantha were really laid back and a pleasure to deal with bought it on a Wed. picked it up the next Monday would highly recommend them.

Bought a new 2018 Nissan Sentra. They rolled me out of my old 2014 Nissan Sentra lease into a new 2018 Financed vehicle with no hiccups as promised. I was not expecting to buy the day I walked in but Kitchener Nissan assured me that they could get me out of my lease 6 months early with no additional charges and into this new one. The added features really make this ride look good. I enjoy having the rims, tinted windows and spoiler as they promised. Very excited and please with my new purchase. I would recommend buying a Nissan from this dealer and I will be back.

I bought a car here last Saturday. If the car will pass the test of time or not, remains to be seen. For now it handles and drives like a new car, no surprises there. What was definitely a surprise was the way the staff there understands to treat customers. Everyone up to the branch manager made me feel beneath them. I need to chase the Finance Manager to get her to do her job, so I can get some insurance for the car. Zero to none communication motivation. She can communicate, just doesn’t want to. Then the car (brand new, they said): over-mileage compared to what was declared in the papers (minimal, but still); snow and salt stains on the dashboard (new car!!); the model badge is missing a letter on the hatch (it’s supposed to say QashQai but it only says QashQa). Contacted them, told them about all this, they offered a detail package, but who would take that, considering the job they did in the first place, before presenting the car? (I mean salt on the dash, really?) To think that I take that deal, drive to Kitchener and then something happens (outside of their control, of course, wink-wink) to render them unable to oblige. Laughable, deplorable, entirely amateur-level service. I feel like they gave me a display model deal, and said I would get a new car. The car I got seems a lot like the display model. They deny it of course, but you judge for yourself: more miles than declared, dirty inside and parts of the body missing. Plus I could swear that that was the car I test-drove when I bought it. So new car was promised and paid for, but somehow I have my doubts it was delivered, if I weigh in all the details. But hey, if the car holds up, it’s all good, I just won’t buy anything again from there, not even an air freshener. But what if something does happen to the car and they need to cover it under warranty? How much are you willing to bet that they will do their job? I dread the thought… My advice: shop elsewhere, maybe you're lucky and get some decent service ;)

While the sales team and accompanying staff were a joy to deal with, the service departments techs make me regret purchasing from here. My first trip to the service department, the techs made a mess of the interior, scuffed/scratched the windshield, and didn't clean up all the hand/finger prints left on the glass. (As an addendum, don't buy your vehicle without all the add-ons ready to go out the door because this was caused by them installing a frameless rear view mirror, and would have been unacceptable at your first pick-up) My second trip, when I purchased a new set of winter tires & rims, I was given an entirely incorrect set (which were clearly used), after I was told they were just bagged up. And after having to waste my own time and effort to fix their mistake, I find out their service center does not follow the posted hours on this listing (they close at 2pm on Saturdays). Once again, kudos to the front staff because they went out of their way to help fix the service centers errors. Tl;dr - Buy your vehicle here, never get it serviced here.

I bought my car July 31/20 from this dealership, Taylor was my sales rep and Jen looked after my financing. It's very deceptive how they frame the financing, but discovered Jan 8/21 from BMO that I could have walked into my own bank and paid 1% higher and paid it off as it was an open loan all along! Both Taylor and Jenn sell the fact your getting such a great rate with one stipulation that you have to wait 6 months, as when I questioned this, there were explanations such as Banks are very cautious during COVID, Taylor said well the Bank needs to make some money! BMO encouraged me to contact the dealership and this is what Simon Financing Manager at car dealership called it a finders fee, it's really a "KICKBACK". Had I known this, I would have put $500 down on the car for them to hold it, walked into my own BMO branch and gotten a car loan as I have good credit. Simon would not disclose how much the kickback the dealership got! Hindsight 20/20 secure your financing at your own financial institution so not to line this dealerships pockets too much, apparently making a car sale is not enough!

When you go to buy a car, no much problem. But when you go to service, it is a different story, they will give little help only. This is not my first experience. It is the 8th time(yes true) I am dealing with the service department for the same issue in a span of 6 months. Don't go there, believe me, you can save time and money. They will never give an update also. During my 8th time, my car was towed on 29th October at 11 am. When I am writing this review, on 2nd Nov at 1.30 pm, till now I haven't got an update from them. I called them now(this is my 5th time in last two days) and luckily I got connected, they haven't even checked my car. What a wonderful service!! Interestingly, I am the person who got a C$5000 gift from this dealership in 2020 when I bought this car. I waited till the eighth time only because of this. Me getting the cheque is still on their Facebook page( you can check by yourself). I even referred and my friend took a car from this dealership. Very dissatisfied with them.

It’s unfortunate that I won’t be able to leave a positive review for Nissan Kitchener. I ended up buying a used 2019 Nissan Micra but the experience was far from pleasant. I went with my dad and when we were discussing payment with Taylor, we asked about a discount since I was prepared to pay cash. She left to speak with her manager and when she returned she told us he had said our opening bid was “aggressive”. I understand that a small business can only forego so much money, but the use of the word “aggressive” left a bad taste in my mouth. It doesn’t help that when we were going over financing with Simon, he pitched a warranty that cost approximately four times as much as what we had asked for in terms of a discount. Perhaps we may have gotten it if we had noticed that the windshield wiper was broken before I came to pick it up a few days later after I had already paid. Taylor was at least apologetic but admitted that she should’ve checked that herself as a broken wiper is a safety hazard. She let us speak to her manager Kyle, and both of them told us that if I brought it back the next day, someone would be available to change it for me and top up my fluid at no charge. However, when I arrived the next day, the person who greeted me seemed confused as to what I was there for. I explained everything, and afterwards she had asked another male staff member if he knew how to change it. He said he did, but not for a Micra. The person who greeted me initially then asked if they were just supposed to give me the wiper to change it myself. At this point I was getting frustrated with my situation as it had been one inconvenience after another, but Simon was the one who eventually changed my wiper for me. There were other issues I experienced, but the ones mentioned here were the ones that made my business with Kitchener Nissan truly disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this dealership.

My wife and I have received very unsatisfactory service at this location for service for our 2016 Nissan Altima. Please bear with me for the long narrative that follows. What I want to illustrate is that the actions of certain individuals at this location have shaken our trust in the integrity of this dealership and in the Nissan brand. About two months ago, we brought in our vehicle for diagnostic/repair because a check engine light came on. They charged us $160 for the diagnostic then claimed that the problem was incorrect service done by an external mechanic. They charged us $300 for the correction. The check engine light came on the next day and when I called them they said that what they do is "exclusionary diagnistics" and that I have to bring the car in again for them to determine what the problem is. This time, they said that the issue is the rear oxygen sensor so they charged me about $600 to replace it. Again, the check engine light came back on after a day. I asked to speak with the manager about this and he assured me that if I bring the car in again, he will personally look after it and then convene a meeting with me to discuss the next steps. I brought the car in and they claimed that the problem could be caused by some damage to the front bumper of my car (that damage has been there for the past 3 years). They then proceeded to bill me something close to $1100 to replace the bumper and paint it again. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager for the past month. I have been calling almost twice a week for the past 4 weeks but have not heard anything from him. We have tried every means at our disposal to address this issue amicably. We hope that this review gets to the owners and that it helps the organization to improve its accountability.

I kindly refused the offer and asked for my $500 to be returned which I was told was refundable with no pressure to purchase. Over 12 emails later and 9 days I am still waiting on my refund. The GM Mark reached out and invited me in to discuss other options. He explained the reasons for delay in returning my deposit however did not hesitate to refund me today. I was happy with the outcome and transparency from Kitchener Nissan. Issues were resolved

I recently noticed that my truck was making a loud noise at speed, I took it into the dealership and they diagnosed the problem right away which was covered by warranty. I took my Leaf in for a battery health check. I was given a meaningless "100%" when the battery has measurably degraded, both in terms of useable range, and non-nissan battery health reports. I suspect this is more of an issue with Nissan as a whole, though, trying to reduce the number of battery warranty claims. Now, I periodically get unsolicited and unwanted sales calls. EDIT: I really don't see how getting another battery report solves my problem. Like I can pull, for myself, the fact that the battery has a max capacity of 69.01 amp hours, which is just shy of 87% of the factory condition. Your report is going to tell me that there's 12 bars on the display, with absolutely no information about how those 12 bars were calculated or what it would mean for there to be 11 or 10 or 5. I never 'subscribed' to your sales calls in the first place. I left the service desk my number so they could call me when they were done with my car.

I recently was at the Kitchener Nissan dealership on a Sunday looking at new cars when a truck pulled in. The man got out of his truck and identified himself as the owner, Joe. He asked me what my needs were and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on all his products. We both decided which one would be best for me. He opened up the dealership and got the keys and a dealer plate so I could take it out for a test drive. When I returned, I informed Joe that this was the vehicle for me and we shook hands and I told him I would be in the following day to do the paper work. The staff were great and the whole process of buying a vehicle was amazing. This is what my parents taught me that shaking hands was the way of doing business; old school. Way to go Joe and staff!!

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. The customer service is terrible. Their sales team, including the manager has no car knowledge. They were condescending and abrasive with each item we requested them to fix. These were items that fell under safety which they have a responsibility to fix. Moreover, they posted a car online for a price and when we showed up and agreed to pay that price, we were told "we can't sell it for the price it was posted." They admitted to hastily posting a used car without inspecting it but wouldn't do anything to make up for the false advertising. It wasn't posted as a "buy as is" but that is what they were trying to pass it off as.

We bought our Nissan Micra June 5th, 2021, which we were very happy at purchase. We noticed fluids were either empty or below minimum. We were told an oil change, fluid top up & detail would be done on pick up on Monday June 7th. On pickup, we noticed no oil change or fluid top ups had been done. We were shocked as we expected better service at Kitchener Nissan. We brought this to the attention of the sales manager. He apologized and scheduled the car back in on Wednesday June 9th. We were only there a few minutes and was told the car was ready. Again we checked the fluids and we're not too impressed as the windshield fluid was 3/4 full, the radiator coolant fluid was at the same level about 1" below the minimum line. Now we are feeling uncomfortable with the integrity of the car's safety and information provided by Kitchener Nissan. We will be bringing the car to another establishment for another inspection for peace of mind. I would think twice about buying another vehicle from Kitchener Nissan. I hope you've found this comment helpful and know what to lookout for if you do decide to purchase your next vehicle at Kitchener Nissan.

When this guy finally came and I asked him, where he was so long, he even got snotty with me. I was there a few times before, when people were not friendly.
