The service was good. However, after the car wash I noticed that the license plate in the back of my car was damaged. I took one star out because of that.

I went for a service appointment today at Mazda in Kitchener and the service team was extremely friendly and very helpful! The service was fast (under an hour), and they gave me a complimentary car wash and battery test with my appointment! The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. No extra fees upon checkout which was fantastic! They are also extremely clean which is lovely to see during these uncertain times of Covid. I’d definitely recommend their services and I’ll be back for my next service!
Love coming here! Wayne is the nicest person ever and the receptionist is always great at redirecting my calls. Kim is also fantastic and goes the extra step, just like Wayne. They care about you here and want to make sure you are satisfied. Always a pleasure getting the car serviced at this location. They just redid the waiting area it’s a lot nicer. You can charge your phone or do work while you are waiting and there are some TVs up. There is a Keurig machine but no dairy milk alternatives.
I had a great experience as a first-time car buyer at this dealership. Mark was super friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding from the first time I spoke with him on the phone to set up my test drive. I got a great pre-owned car at a good price, and never felt like they were trying to push me to pay for unnecessary extra things. The staff is exceptionally friendly and I have discovered some common interests over time (eg, love of animals). I very much appreciate that the staff in the service department spend time with me to make sure I understand what my car needs and how long it will take. Covid-19 has presented some challenges for everyone. The staff at Kieswetter have gone above and beyond to make customers feel safe. The waiting room is extremely well organized, with more than the requisite distance between people. Other safety protocols like hand sanitizer and bagging and cleaning keys are very much appreciated. Overall I would have a hard time convincing myself to get any other vehicle besides as Mazda in the future. Their newer models (2014 onward) are absolutely bullet proof. The brand itself is far removed from their days with Ford.

Since we moved to Cambridge we have been to Kieswetter Mazda several time to service our Mazda 3 and have always been impressed with their professional approach. Their work is exemplary and always courteous. They have been particularly careful during the pandemic and that is much appreciated.
They are competitive in pricing. Sales guys are friendly and helpful. But Caution! Never sign a purchase agreement these are final (don’t expect any out of curtesy expectation like other dealers who let you come out of sale agreement, they can be cold toned on that part). I know its by law sales are final but out of curtesy they can let the customer to make his decision and handle the situation in better way. I think that will represent Mazda better. Overall, experience of purchasing was awesome sales representative Al and assistant manager Craig were awesome. Even Al helped me with performing my customary rituals despite of rain. Thank you.

We have had great experiences with Kieswetter Mazda (Kitchener Ont) sales and service. Service has always been completed on time. The service department has a number of good safe COVID precautions in place. Better to be safe than sorry ! This last visit we purchased new snow tires and rims (pressure sensors + hubcaps too) for our Mazda3. Our purchase was based on a pamphlet sales offer I received from them on a previous service visit. I checked the pricing at other places and was surprised to find that Kieswetter price at worst was still a bit lower than the other lowest price I could find. So a great price PLUS this way I got all original Mazda parts (beyond the Michelin tires). The process to make an appointment was fast and painless. I arrived on time, and the work was completed within 5 minutes of the promised time. The end price was exactly as advertised and quoted again prior to starting the work. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Every time I have had our car in for any kind of service, they have always also washed my car for no extra charge (nice touch!). I made this review voluntarily after receiving an email request from Kieswetter Mazda asking if I might comment on my recent service experience. None of our family and/or friends work for Kieswetter or Mazda. This was our first Mazda and we are pleased with our purchase and after sales service from Kieswetter Mazda.

Had my 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback in for oil change and maintenance. Just purchased the car 4 months ago so this is the first time I had it serviced. They changed the oil and informed there were no outstanding recalls but the drive belts should be replaced. Had them replaced as recommended. Efficient service and no pressure to have extra maintenance service.

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 back in December, we dealt with Kim Fitzgerald. This was our second time buying a vehicle from Kim and Kieswetter. Can't say enough great things about our experience. We had called before heading to the dealership knowing we would be buying a vehicle. We spoke about our budget, what we were looking for etc., after test driving the CX-5 we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. In terms of purchase and numbers, there were no surprises when working out our payments. Everything was crystal clear, there were no hard sells for different incentives, insurance purchases, packages etc. Kim and the rest of the team were great to deal with, they delivered on time (a few days before Christmas), we would definitely go back again!!

She went the extra mile (1.6 km) to make my trade-in work and even sat with me in the car for 20 minutes to explain instrumentation and set up all my onboard computer preferences before I left the lot. One the worst place.... My car was having some trouble and I explained them all and got an appointment to service. They have not done anything and told me that they completed all the work. Even the washer fluid and tyre air pressure was not done. I recommend the user not to go to this service centre. Please find some other mazda service centre to get ur car serviced properly. Our Mazda3 was in a collision and my insurance company advised me that I could take it directly to my preferred body shop which was CARSTAR at Kieswetter Mazda. Tim at CARSTAR was able to appraise car right away and told me that he would deal with the insurance company. He called later in the day to say the repair had been approved and that they could repair the car right away They also arranged they would have a rental available when I dropped car off. The car was repaired and ready to pick up in 3 days. The repair was perfect, the car was cleaned inside and outside and sanitized. They even kept the key in a ziplock bag the whole time they had car. I was told the repair had a lifetime warantee. This is the second repair I have had done in this shop and both times I felt the service and quality of the work is outstanding. I would recommend this shop

Changed the rear rotors and pads on July 21st. After 16,000 of highway driving the rotors are showing irregular creasing and damage. The warranty covers up to 20, 000km (so its still under warranty). Met with service manager Dave. He wouldn't acknowledge that rotors are showing disproportionate wear and tear which shouldn't be happening this early. Very dishonest and dismissive. This dealership will charge you arm and leg for service, labour and parts. Once you bring about a legitimate concern they blow you off like nothing. Rod Henry is the fakest "nice guy" you will ever meet over in service. His high pitch voice is highly irritating. Its safe to say I will not be returning this dealership, which is a shame as they lost a customer who spent lots of money and maintained their car regularly. Stay away from this dealership like the plague.
My father purchased his first Mazda here and the staff from sales to service have all been professional, courteous. I came here for service on my own Mazda and the staff were very kind, showed me around the service waiting area which is stocked with water and coffee as well as cookies. The washrooms are clean. Excellent experience here as always.

Gotta say, I've been impressed with the sales experience, and service staff since switching to Kieswetter Mazda. So much so that I've switched both my cars to Mazda's in the last year with no regrets. Sales staff (kim) wasn't pushy, knew her cars, and found my wife and I each a vehicle that met our needs. And the service team - fast, good hours (including weekends), and your car comes out washed!
Entire service experience was greater than expected. Regular service steps were explained in detail and reports were provided detailing work completed. Appointment was completed ahead of schedule, car was cleaned, and service staff was extremely polite and professional.

As a long term (19 years) customer of the Kieswetter Mazda services it was an obvious choice to have the Kieswetter CarStar replace the rear window of my 2020 Mazda CX 5. Past experience has taught me if the work is to be do right Kieswetter Mazda will do it. My recent window replacement was treated with a significant degree of urgency. The reception and initial interaction was with Jay was very professional. Appointment for the glass replacement glass was made and actually occurred within 36 hours. The work was satisfactory but the trim work was not quite right which was immediately remediated. A further fault was identified with the installed replacement glass. Tim Schuster, Manager took charge and in very short order had a resolution to the issue. While a replacement glass will take a few days I am satisfied the next appointment will address and rectify the matter. Overall Tim and his team met my needs in a professional and friendly manner. My recent auto need and response from CarStar team reinforces why I continue to partner with Kieswetter Mazda team for my auto purchase, service and repair needs.

I went to Mazda Kitchener today told them what I was looking for. The customer service rep was friendly and smiley. He went to get a salesman and when the sales man came over he looked nothing less than grumpy. No smile did not make us feel welcomed. We asked a couple questions and got 2 worded answers you could tell he did not want to make a sale. I even expressed I've been in my Mazda 10 years and I'm a returning customer. He walked away! So we walked out. We ended up buying a brand new Mazda today from Guelph! Their customer service is fantastic someone met us in the parking lot after 30 seconds being there. Want a new Mazda? Well where do I begin, one day I have a few cars in line for testing, first place I went was here, Trisa was the one who helped me, I test drove a 2017 Mazda cx5 gt and oh my gawd, I was hooked, cancelled all other test drives. Now I'm terrible at remembering names but another sales guy was to check out my trade in, this part isn't even important what is, is the interaction we all had inside, we joked laughed man I tell you it was like we've always known each other. I have bought many cars yes and all newer cars are always awesome, but this one oh man she's my girl, I feel like a celebrity, I feel so comfortable and special the same way I felt at Keiswetter. My wife Kim's vehicle was struck in the parking lot while she was working. Fortunately the person who did the damage left a note with her information. We chose Carstar Kieswetter and called for an appointment to review the damage. From that moment Ed at Carstar took over and worked to facilitate the repairs on the vehicle. This included working with the insurance adjuster on the required repairs (we did not have to speak with the adjuster at all) scheduled the repairs including purchasing required parts and arranging for the rental vehicle. When the car was picked up a review of the repairs was done by Tim and it was in perfect condition including extra cleaning of the vehicle. Great job by Carstar. Highly recommended

I recently had service done to my 2019 CX5. I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff. They were very professional and made sure I understood all of the details associated with the service. Anything that was extra, they made sure I was OK with it before proceeding. They are very accommodating even if I was running late for my appointment. This is a first class dealership.
Customers beware! Drive a big circle around this dealership, especially their Service Department. Had my wife's CX 5 in for standard oil change and the Service Team recommended additional work that should be done...to the tune of close to $1700 (front brakes $657, drive belts $161, transmission fluid $178, spark plugs $238 and rear differential fluid $251...all plus HST). The brakes and belts were safety concerns which I agreed with, but their pricing forced me to look elsewhere for comparison. I checked two other Mazda Dealerships and both offered lower pricing than Kieswetter, but more importantly...none of the other dealers would quote me on the rear differential oil change. Apparently this is a highly unusual service item and really only needs to be changed in extremely rare cases. Of course I confronted the Service Department at Kieswetter and I received your usual wishy-washy answer of "well it is only their recommendation, and not Mazda's, etc." Then I dug a bit deeper to see who actually owns this dealership and it all makes perfect sense now. I have had similar issues with my German brand vehicle from a different dealership this Group of Owners is a part of and the methods seem to be the same: Overinflated prices, recommendations that do not match those of the Manufacturer, etc. Do yourself a favor, look beyond the car brand...look who actually owns the dealership and who you are actually doing business with. You're welcome.

Dave (Service Manager) arranged for a next-to-immediate road test of my car and provided his professional advice on how to deal with my specific situation, including several possible options. I've recently moved to this area and have dealt with several other Mazda dealerships in the past, and although I was only in the Kieswetter waiting area for a short time I could tell: this dealership is different. This is the only Mazda dealership I will not hesitate to return to. SALES DEPT. Unfortunately I couldn't find the specific used car I was looking for at this dealership when I was shopping over the past month or so, but Trisa in Sales did an amazing job working with me and providing information and pictures, when needed, by email and text. OVERALL Happy, professional and friendly employees! Their lot is packed with amazing, shiny vehicles - if you are out there Mazda shopping I'd recommend Kieswetter Mazda based on my recent experience(s). I wish I'd bought mine there!
I had a phenomenal experience at Kieswetter Mazda earlier this week. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in to have Apple CarPlay installed and I'm very happy with the timely manner it was finished in as well as the cheerfulness of the staff working. They were also generous enough to replace my plate frames at no charge as I purchased my vehicle from another dealership as well as give my SUV a carwash which I wasn't expecting but pleased with. I plan to do all my maintenance and service with them from now on. It's hard to find great service these days at car dealerships but this one is above par than the rest.

Picked up my car today, the buying process was smooth and easy. The first time I went, I had the chance to test drive the car I want very easily, however after that no one was available to talk to me, So I left. Trisa Kapetanease was amazing in following up, without being pushy at all, which made me comfortable to come back and make the deal. Trisa is knowledgeable and helpful. I have not try the service at Kieswetter yet. I will keep updating this review accordingly. But so far, they are amazing. Update: After trying the service department my overall review drops from 5 stars to 2 stars. and here is why: In my first week with my brand new car, I have noticed 3 issues: 1- There is a paint defect. (I will try to post a picture. This is still an on going issue with collision department, so it has nothing to do with this review, I may update this review again when it reaches a conclusion). 2- Light vibration. 3- Steering pulling to the left on highway. I talked to the person I know from sales, and they connected me with the service manager. I met with them, the service manager, decided to test the car with me (for the vibration and alignment issues). He tried the car on hw 8 between king and fairway street. (2.5 km). immediately after the onramp, he told me (this is not a vibration, this is the road roughness). I have been driving for more than 20 years, I drove cheap sh*t boxes, and I drove expensive luxury cars, I drove on bad roads in the poorest countries, and I drove on the best roads, I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. he said that he can not test the car over 120km/h while he barely got to 110 (remember this is just a 2.5km stretch), and when I told him you did not go fast enough to see the pulling, he said (ah, now you are changing what you are saying). which is a pretty rude thing to say. I was shocked from his response, so I kept my mouth shut for the rest of the ride. he told me (I can not see any issue, but I will book you for alignment and balancing anyways, and since you are coming again for that, let's take the pictures of the paint defect when you come for your appointment). I was happy with the result: although he did not acknowledge my concern, he is fixing it. BUT, I went for the appointment, I waited for them to finish alignment and wheel balancing. they came back with an alignment report saying that there was misalignment and they fixed it. and they balanced the wheels. Cool, right? No the exact same vibration is still there the exact same pulling in still there which leads to one of 3 conclusions: 1- I am too spoiled, and I forgot how driving a $37k car feels. 2- They tried to fix it but they couldn't 3- They didn't touch the car, and they just told me it's fixed. very unlikely (I hope), but I was never asked where the key to the wheel locks is. I hope they have found it without asking. Why am I not going to go back and keep asking for the (out of the factory) problem to be solved?? because I did not like the way I was talked to by the service manager as in not acknowledging my concern and implying that I am imagining a problem that is not there. So, for future service, I will be going somewhere else.

Service man was very pleasant when checking me in. I enjoyed sitting in the sun, in the service area reading my book. Only disappointment were the bathrooms, the floor was very dirty, but probably from people going in, washing their hands and dripping water on the floor.

Don't bother with paint pens. I bought one for my white Mazda 3 and it's silver going on. They said the only thing I could do was repaint an entire section of the car for it to match. *edit for comment below. The pen was shaken for a long time before applying. Attempted 3 different times before I called the store. And got told the colour was hard to match and that I was out of luck

Amazing service from Kieswetter Carstar on my repair job to my front fender. Even with the current shipping delays on most products (including car parts), the staff were able to meet the expected diary date for pickup. The car literally looks brand new even though it is a 2016. This may in part be due to the fact that they also did a full detailing of the interior and exterior of the car. This is the second time I've taken my car for damage repair at Carstar and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to Tim Schuster and his team!!

I've been a customer at Kieswetter Mazda since 2017 and I've always had a great experience. At my most recent visit, the COVID-19 protocols implemented in the office made me feel safe and comfortable. The service center has more than a safe distance between customers and I saw staff cleaning the various areas multiple times during my wait. Just had body work done on my ten-year old car and I was so impressed by the attention to detail and the customer service. They take time to explain what they are going to do, and how much the service will cost. They helped me decide where it made sense to invest in body work for my old car. What's even better - they have great COVID precautions in place. My car is as clean as new and they took every possible step to sanitize as they went which was very clear when I picked the car up today. Thank you for the excellent service, team!

Service at it's BEST! The Customer Service at Kieswetter Mazda is the best in the business. I have owned three Mazda's over the course of many years. Rarely have I had to bring my car(s) in for Service, but when I do the team there is consistently wonderful and welcoming. From booking the appointment to telling you truthfully what is needed for your issue and what is not, including the cost of the options. I appreciate Serina's promptness having answered my online booking request. Thank you Ryan and the team for efficiently providing the maintenance needed so I could be on my way.
Kieswetter Mazda provides excellent service. I really like that I can book service online, get status reports by text while the work is being done on my car, and not to mention the complimentary car wash at the end of the service. The service area is well laid out and I was able to comfortably get some work done while waiting for my car.
I bought Mazda 6- GT from Kim Fitzgerald. She was so friendly and will clarify all your questions clearly. She acknowledges all the calls or emails whatever the time it is. She is not forceful like other sales person to buy the car. Instead she will make you understand the features of the car which will make you comfortable to buy the car. She is helpful from beginning to end during the car purchase journey. I can't thank Kim enough. Overall, I love the my car and kieswetter is the best and well communicative.

Five star rating for amazing service on a consistent basis! When I am taking my car to be serviced here I am confident that I can trust them to do high quality work. I have come across a few minor issues in the past, but they were all immediately corrected once brought to their attention. I really appreciate this because it shows they value customer loyalty (which they’ve definitely got mine!). Lastly, their service department is always very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member.
I have dealt with Kieswetter Mazda and Carstar for many years and have had nothing but good experiences with them in all that time. The staff are extremely customer focused and friendly. As a senior citizen I always feel respected and listened to. I own a Mazda and had one previous to this car. Great little vehicle. I also dealt with the body shop before owning my Mazda’s and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Being in even a minor accident can be stressful which was the case recently. The staff at Carstar were sensitive to this and ensured that I got a rental car by calling the agency on my behalf. They explained the process and costs clearly to me as well as the timeline. To my surprise the bodywork was finished earlier than expected and the car looked amazing! The inside had been detailed which I didn’t expect and the outside shined like a new car. If there was a 5 1/2 star rating I would assign Kieswetter that.
My boyfriend brought my Mazda in today for a safety recall service. It is always a pleasure to come into Kieswetter Mazda and I only ever have great experiences there when I bring my car in. Today, the staff were very welcoming and professional, the service was prompt and they always throw in a free car wash which I love! Their waiting area is very comfortable, lots of seating, and easy to social distance. Their COVID protocols were exceptional (for example, they put your key fob in a plastic bag, use covers for the steering wheel and seats)!! My boyfriend felt extremely comfortable and safe being there and leaving my vehicle with the team. Everything was well-marked inside their waiting room too. Thank you for the great experience!

Got a call from a manager after my rust compliant... poor ownership and blaming other dealership, did not acknowledge once mazda missed and only tried proving how wrong I am.
Had a great experience signing a lease. Trisa and Kim were wonderful and took the trouble to remember things we talked about on previous visits that weren't even related to buying a car! Great customer service today!! Had my windshield wipers replaced without an appointment and they also switched my rear blade which I had bought elsewhere. Mazda changed the wiper blade system on CX-5's so only available at the dealership.

I wasn’t looking forward to the leasing process but Craig Kieswetter took the time to listen to what it was I was looking for in a vehicle and made the whole process quick and easy. Craig was professional and polite and took the time to show me how all the features of my new CX5 worked. He even synced my phone for me! Went to Kieswetter to purchase a preowned vehicle. Trisa was the salesperson who helped me. She was totally professional and showed me several Mazda 3s within my budget. After test driving a few cars, and sleeping on it overnight, I made a decision on a 2016 Mazda 3. I was very happy to receive a detailed car that looked brand new. I appreciated the fact that I did not feel pressure from Trisa to buy and hope to happily ZOOM for several years.

26 weeks pregnant and was t boned on my driver side in a roundabout. Super scary to say the least. My car was sent to Kieswetter Mazda for repair and whilst I dealt with my health, I had no worries about my ride as the team at Kieswetter took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. I recently bought a used CX3 from Kieswetter Mazda. Car itself is fantastic and so was the whole process of buying from Kieswetter. I spoke with Harold, Trisa and Kim and all 3 were very professional, courteous, helpful and honest. I live a 2 hour drive away from Kitchener so I bought the car over the phone because they seemed very honest and straight forward with me. This was all confirmed when I picked the car up and the car was just as they described. Trisa did a great job the morning I picked it up, she had everything organized and ready so I was back on the road home within about 30 minutes and she explained everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Kieswetter Mazda and even though I live 2 hours away they will be my first call whenever I purchase a car again. Was well worth the drive for me.
