I just purchased my first BRAND NEW car from KW Mitsubishi, who are now under new ownership. From the moment I walked into the dealership, we were met with friendly smiles and great customer service. We met with David, who was great! He was real with us and explained all of our options based on exactly what I was looking for- he didn't have an agenda and it was evident he cared about what I was wanting in a new car. I made my final decision after taking a test drive in the 2019 RVR- GT-- and that night, I bought a car!!! Not only was I able to get 0 % financing and an insanely amazing warranty- I got the most beautiful colour that I love! Everyone who was a part of my experience were amazing. I have turned many heads at my work- so I'm hoping more people will come and deal with this amazing dealership! I am so grateful that buying my first car was one of the easiest purchases ever!!!! I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at K-W Mitsusbishi! My car is beautiful thanks to Ford, but the staff there left me with a very sour taste! My car wasn't ready at the planned pickup time. When I returned for pickup day, after the deposit, there was a huge scrape on the side of my car. I came all the way from London and my windshield wiper fluid was empty upon pickup with my spare tire was flat. As well as my oil was needing to be changed within 1,000 kms. When I contacted a salesman I was told "I over looked it!" and when I called the dealership I was ignored.

I went to this dealership yesterday to buy Mitsubishi Outlander and met Mr. Avery Kitchener. He is the best sales and leasing Consultant with complete thorough knowledge about the vehicle. A courteous, Polite, not pushy for sale and a go to man who explained all the features and even brought a test drive vehicle immediately without caring for -5degree weather outside. I wish all sales consultant or dealerships offer the same service as Mr. Avery provided to us. The whole experience was very professional and special. Can't be trusted. I got them to do brake work during a recall for convieniance reasons. After they insisted that I needed to replace my e-brake cables, which would be costly, I took it in to my regular mechanic. He reported the brakes were installed poorly, there was a big mess with excess lube, etc to clean up. The cables did not need to be replaced, just adjusted. I won't get them to do any service anymore, just recalls and warrenty work. Even then I will be nervous about them touching my car.

Initially came in after a quote on a timing belt exchange on a 2004 Montero. Rather than proceeding directly with what i asked for, mechanic Travis did a wholesome inspection on the car and saved me the $1200 timing belt change on a vehicle that was just not in the best shape and required 7k+ of suspension and brake work. In the end I chose to not do the work and scrap the vehicle, but the guys at KW Mitsubishi only charged for an inspection. Honest and straightforward place, willing to show on the hoisted vehicle what needs changing. Steve the front desk service person did a good job facilitating the transaction.

2 stars because I like my car. The rest of the experience was a headache. They didn't call back for service parts or winter tires when they came in, we had to ask multiple times - pick up was today its been over a month (a lot longer than the 3 business days we were promised). Ran us around for 2 weeks after we financed the vehicle. Then tried to make us wait and charge us to put the rims on our tires once we picked them up - even though "install" would have been free if we hadn't decided to do it ourselves. I love Mitsubishi but I won't be back to this dealership. Absolutely mind blown.

My 2nd Mitsubishi. First one is an outlander which has 340k on it and still runs great. I have owned a Toyota Camry and currently own a Lexus and would rate Mitsubishi quality as good as or better than both. First experience at KW Mitsubishi. A small but very tight run ship. Jamie (sales) was very knowledgeable about different models and options. I know my cars very well and it puts me off if I know about a car more than the person selling it. Straightforward and no nonsense approach and tried his best to make the deal work. Jodi in finance was great and very nice and helped us with all the financing issues. Explained all the options and warranties available but was not aggressive like other dealerships. I haven't used their service department so cannot comment on their quality. Car was ready on time as promised. Still waiting for winter tires which are on the way so will have to make another trip. All in all Mitsubishi is a highly underrated brand being offered at a great price, specially with 0% financing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for value for money and KW Mitsubishi and Jamie as I had a great experience.

Took my Outlander in today I thought it would be much more expensive to fix from the symptoms however they found the issue quickly and were very honest about it being a much cheaper issue, they had me fixed up and ready to go in no time. My husband and I have an RVR and Lancer, they are very good reliable cars and the maintenance costs have been low every year compared to other vehicles we owned in he past, the warranty is what makes it. The service centre at this location is great , thank you for being reasonably priced and friendly.

Bad experience. We currently own an outlander. Mitsubishi keeps calling us to come in to see if we'd be interested in trading up. So we finally go in to see what they have to offer. The sales guy asked for the ownership papers of our car strait away. We had questions first about the cars and what the deal they called us in for looked like. He wasn't interested in any of that. Was persistent in getting our ownership info. He told us we could get answers to those questions online and said he needed our papers. I presume he just wanted the quickest route to his commission. We left after 5 minutes. 0 stars.

Just picked up my brand new RVR last night, and I love it! The location of the dealership is great, building is clean, and the staff is super friendly. Jamie was our sales person, and he was great to deal with, friendly, professional, knowledgable. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the vehicle I was looking for, in the colour I wanted, and quickly (even though we weren't in a massive rush). We had just purchased an outlander phev and needed winter tires, there was one small oversight during installation with a setting, but they set it right at no charge as soon as they noticed and genuinely cared to make it right. The price of rims and tires was actually very good compared to even tire discount chains. Very happy with service, tires, and the vehicle; under 4 litres per 100km in a loaded suv crossover vehicle is fantastic!

It is so hard to find words to describe how amazing Michael, Steve, Adam and the many other technicians who work there are. They are so wonderful to communicate and interact with. They take time to explain everything and even took photos to show me what they found and sent them to me when I asked. I had went in for an interior and exterior detail and they did an amazing job! So much attention to detail and made sure I could get my car back in time for another appt I had in the afternoon. They also took time to diagnose and repair my tail lights even though they were non Mitsubishi after market ones. I am so happy they opened this location and would gladly recommend them!!

Warranty is a complete bait and switch. They say 150,000 or 10 year warranty but its not with strings attached. Not only that but the service employees are unprofessional and over charge for all their services. Would not recommend.
