We purchased a 2011 dodge grand caravan from jack and jeff a few weeks ago, we love our new van, it is clean and sofar it seems to run good!! We had a minor issue last week and it was easily fixed on appointed time. We purchased two vehicles from Jack just over a month ago. Neither were cleaned properly. The radio didn’t work in one. Heated seats didn’t work in the other. Within two weeks they were back in the shop which is an hour away. Check engine light came on. They replaced my gas cap. All things that should have been done properly before they left the lot. After spending more than $20,000 we expected the vehicles to be in top shape. That was not the case. Now, weeks later the check engine light is back on. Emailed and since it’s beyond the 30 days was told it can be anything and was not offered a chance to look at it. I feel this shouldn’t be happening after only owning the vehicle for a few weeks. My husband told me to return both vehicles before the 30 days was up but I didn’t listen. Very disappointed that we spent so much money and have had nothing but problems with both vehicles. Transmission is starting to act funny as well. While Jack is a very nice man, things were overlooked, like the gas cap, that should have been checked for the safety. Would not purchase again from Durnin Motors. You would also think that after spending $20,000 they might have cleaned the vehicles.

Bought a 2008 Equinox, something breaks every other month. I can share the longest list of items that went.... the last time I went they quoted 600 to fix a malfunctioning lock. My mechanic fixed for 250 (4 months after purchase). I stopped going back despite numerous other issues since I lost trust in them. I only give 3 stars because the owner is nice and I think (hope) I just got unlucky with my purchase and have spoken to others who apparently had a good experience...
