If you are looking for a nice place to buy a used car check out Auto Expo. After searching for a while I finally stopped by Auto Expo and explained what I was looking for and what my budget was. They showed me the perfect car for my situation and at a great price. It came with safety and a warranty and the car was very clean. They took care of all the paper work, showed me the Carfax details so I could see the car history and were very friendly and professional. I was in a bit of a situation as my car had broken down on the side of the road and I wasn't going to put another penny in it for repairs. I needed a reliable car in short order. I saw that Auto Expo had a Toyota Prius Hybrid that looked like it had everything I needed. I met Sam and took it for a test drive. I ended up purchasing the car on that same day and found Sam wonderful to deal with. His reviews are good and now I see why. A great guy to work with and he had the car ready in 2 days. Auto Expo sold me the car with several hidden problems. I had to change the transmission 2 weeks after the car was bought. It also had a problem with the steering pump, the front bumper was broken, and the right front axle also had to be replaced. Finally, I also had a problem with my oil pan that the company actually did replace for free of charge. I bought the car trusting that coming from a company and such "nice" person, I would not have to worry, but it seems that it was the worst business ever. I had to sell the car for HALF the price I bought it. Yes, I had to leave the country but it was not the reason for which I sold it that cheap. There were too many details on the car, even rust. I am attaching one of the invoices from which I had to pay 30% of the invoice ($680 TDC receipt also uploaded) thanks only to an insurance included in the sale, but I had to extend it for 3 additional months given the bad history ($350 more). Finally, I paid a total of $1,550 in addition to the price because of all the hidden problems the car had. Stop cheating on people! The company knew what the car had!. Come on!, The Transmission ?!!! I really did not have the time to write this down before because I just do not usually give reviews, and I did not know how to give Google reviews until recently. Please, Just see one of the Invoices I uploaded as well as the TDC receipt paid for that.

The dealer would not tell you all the history about the car because either they really do not know or they would not. It's not required by law for them to provide me with the UVIP. OK, it's the law. Be patient when you are considering the car! The salesman kept saying that there's another couple just called to see the car to push me make a deposit. It turns out that there's no one.

Hello to everyone I decide to write this review base on a reading other ppl reviews and giving a poor rating for nothing. So first thing first, I purchased two vehicles from auto expo so far,...one for me and one for my wife. Both cars are fairly old, 2006 altima and 2008 civic and never had a single problem with a cars. Sam...the owner was always on a beat and respect a deal to the end, even give me a theee month drivetrain waranty on a both cars even knowing they are old and one was over 240 000km. Just to be clear, cars has not been purchased in a same time, so it was not part of a deal...its simply the way Sam works.. Honestly and respect to a customer... I would highly recommend this place for anybody who is on a market for cheaper vehicle. And please note...for all the ppl who purchase an old vehicle and than complain when trouble occurr. its a car...it does brake... Absolutely nobody can’t waranty you that 10 years old cat won’t brake down tomorrow Auto-expo...5 stars from me..

I have purchased many cars and from many places including dealerships. First of all the price was lower than other places (including Hamilton, GUELPH). This is certainly not always the case. I don't mind paying for value and after asking questions and test driving, I was extremely happy with the results. I now own a great car! I did not feel pressured or that I had no imput, I was listened to with respect. This customer service and attitude of Sam really is most unusual. Overall pretty good experience. Quick safety & Registration all new brakes, tires and 3 month warrenty added to the car for no extra charge. Only cons I have are is the vehicle was advertised as pet free and I found quite a bit of dog hair once I got it home also engine coolant was on low as well. Other than that great experience would buy again and refer to Auto Expo.
