Donna was amazing to work with. She kept us up to date with the progress of our order and made sure that we were comfortable with our new Bolt. (5 out of 5) 2021 November. After waiting some time for a recall to be taken care of (the battery needed to be replaced) I was thoroughly impressed by gow much I was kept in the loop and the timely manner in which my car was serviced. They were even honest about this being the first time that their service department had the replace an EV battery.

Beware of this company My father tried applying for financing because he found a truck he liked through Taylors the lady that was in charge of Finance said that his bank would not Finance the truck and they went to a third party lender but while they were going to a third party lender my dad called the bank and asked why he was refused and I guess he wasn't refused they approved it but Taylor's denied him anyways even though the bank said yes not to mention while this was going on and they were just stringing him along for a week and a half when they got the approval the day after he applied from the bank BEWARE of this place

I service my car at my dealership where I work ( ford) and a technician noticed that my passenger side axle seal with seeping so naturally I took it in under warranty as I have Factory powertrain warranty still I got a call that my car was done and that the seal wasn't replaced that it's normal for it to seep and that they printed out a technical service bulletin and put it on my seat and that I should educate the technicians at my work about Chevys I also had to pay a diagnostic fee.. but they lowered it from 150 to 40$ This is absolutely unprofessional

I visited this dealer last Saturday, I spent a good 25 minutes walking around the SUV's in the used car lot around 11am and had no one come out to answer questions. There were many vehicles without pricing in their windows that I was interested in. I ended up getting frustrated and drove away. Same day I spent 25k on a SUV at another dealership. Took my 2015 Sierra here to have some work done under the powertrain warranty, Took over two weeks to have it done, After the repair one of the injectors they installed wasn't installed ( sealed ) properly causing the engine to knock while running. I had to pay out of pocket for another diagnostic fee (150$ an hour) to have them look at it again, plus pay out of pocket for the parts because they said they are not responsible for the shops work after- as it isn't covered under a warranty if it was originally paid for under a powertrain warranty?? I also had my center console rummaged through and am missing some items from the first two week repair done in Nov. Overall wouldn't recommend going here

Buying a new car is not always the easiest and most enjoyable task, but the purchase of my 2019 Corvette could not have gone any better. The professionalism shown by Al Warren was a pleasant departure from the typical attitude displayed by some Sales Consultants. Very efficient service process. Jim was my contact and was very professional. He explained exactly what was going to happen for my service and followed up to be sure everything happened as planned. I was extremely happy with my experience. I only gave a 4 star because I thought there could have been better arrangements made for people waiting other than a couple benches outside. The day I returned it was raining so if you had no umbrella you were wet. A shade tent could feasibly be set up and still maintain social distancing. Other than that I was very impressed!

My GMC Acadia broke down 45 mins outside of Kingston from driving across Canada. We got it flat bed towed to Taylor automall for service. We found out the sensor modules were the problem. A previous problem that had occurred a year ago that I brought into my hometown dealership (Sherwood Buick GMC). Long story short Sherwood Park GMC tried to charge me over $1000 to fix this issue when Taylor AutoMall said it was covered under module warranty. Needless to say I am thankful for Rob at the service desk and all his help I'll be bringing my vehicles to service from here on out. Thank you for your honesty and integrity!

Very poor customer service. Not all work was done properly. Still hearing suspension noise coming from rear of truck. Took over a month to get my vehicle in. Got wrong loner vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

Booked a service call and it went very smoothly. Used the after hours automated check-in which was great and they communicated the next when the work was done. I had a couple recall items they took care of along with the oilchange. Used automated checkout which again worked great. All in all very satisfied!

We receive a friendly reminder call from Taylor Cadillac that our CTS may be due for regular service. Took it in and was greeted by a very professional young woman, Tiffiney, who verified what service was due and she even texted me while I was waiting in the lobby letting me know how they were progressing . They did an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point health inspection, courtesy car wash and I was on my way in about an hour. Really pleased with the service and attention that we receive from Taylor Cadillac .

I looked at a vehicle. I had some questions the sales department couldn't answer. I left my phone number for them to call back. I never received any call or message back. It seems typical of car dealers to never call the customer back. I will probably have to go to Ottawa or Toronto to purchase a car.

The service was good, but when I bought my vehicle one year ago, I was told that I was getting 4 free oil changes with my car (2 years). When I arrived for this oil change, I was told that the 2 years started when the car was registered, which was Dec. 2018. This meant my free oil changes had expired, even though I didn’t buy the car until Nov. 2019!! This is unacceptable. How can the 2 years start before I even own the car?! This is probably a sales issue though, not a service issue. The service department was polite and worked quickly.

Needs better staff. I have been talking to them about getting something on my car done. 3 conversations about the same thing 3 different answers. First one didn't really know, had to wait until the next day .. talked to that guy felt good .. called back later to ask a question I forgot and that lady told me that 2nd guy was wrong and gave me a whole new set of information. Went today to get an oil change and new summer tires put on. I asked them to check my horn as it stopped working. Was told it would be about 2 hours. They told me I needed a whole new horn system. When I said I wasn't doing it right now they suddenly could get it to work for now. Was there for 5 hours!!! Also had to pay for 2 wheel alignments cause it wasn't aligned after the first time!?! Really feel like they took advantage of me! Not impressed!

After service my Chevy app says there's 1 issue , with my truck and that is , three tires are under inflated! They did rotate the tires and l would have thought they would have checked the tire pressure, but l guess l was wrong.

I made an appointment with taylor auto for a simple task. Program 2x key fobs and cut a key. After 1.5 hours the car didn't even go in the shop. After 2 hrs total wait. The car was in the shop for 6 minutes total for the programming. I was charged a half hour labour, which I agree with. If the service was on schedule I would have paid two hours labour for the service. The unjustified wait is what merits my 3 stars. ***update*** in response to the owner's reply below. I will not be emailing or calling, your business had it's chance to gain my 5 star review at my visit. I feel that if you wish to improve your customers experience you need to take there time as valuable and not book appointments that are built on sand.

Although they forgot to reset tire pressure sensors in the wheels when we got our snow tires changed, it was easily rectified the next day when we had to go back to be retorqued anyway.

If I could give zero stars, that would be an ideal assessment of this dealership. For anyone who brings their car in, especially if you have no knowledge of car mechanics....BEWARE. They will try to rip you off. For those who bring their vehicle in and are a more "well educated consumer".... AUDIT their work to ensure they actually DID the proposed work you are paying for. Make sure they are not overcharging for unnecessary things or even charging for something that does not belong in your make of vehicle. Make sure that they even LOCK your vehicle while doing work because often they do not and just leave the vehicle in their lot. (remove all valuables!) To top it off, they have terrible customer service. They "don't have time" for a paying customer to make legitimate complaints. How disappointing. This is a horrible dealership that should be reported. I must stress..... If you are educated on automobile mechanics (which will surprise them), audit their work. You wont be happy. This is a very disturbing example of a car dealership actively trying to make money from the public (and people's ignorance) not being familiar with vehicle mechanics. I'm sorry but if I'm a nurse, I have a different skill set and actually TRUST in these companies to be honorable. This one is NOT.

I would have to say though, the service desk ladies need to step up their service game. When I call asking for a price they always tell me they dont know or I'll have to come in and talk to one of the mechanic's. When I was last there to book an appointment I asked how much the needing appointment would be rough estimate. They said not sure with everything you're getting done. I had to ask one of the shop guys. Which is kind of annoying, I would think that is their job is to have an idea of those things. Their personalities are nice but I normally dont enjoy their answers.

9:00 am, Wednesday Used online appointment booking tool to schedule a safety inspection for an open time-slot at 3:30 pm. 11:20 am, Wednesday Called to confirm appointment booking -- was advised that someone from the dealership is responsible for calling back to *actually* check the schedule and book the appointment. - The online tool is nothing more than an alternative to leaving a voicemail for a service advisor to return a customer's call. 2:45 pm, Wednesday Checked-in @ counter; I was told by an unsmiling woman at customer service to return to my car and drive into the maintenance bay queuing area. - Felt unprepared. That advice would have been nice to know on the phone during appointment booking. Waited 5 min for someone to open door after honking the horn; then, pulled-in. - In limbo. 5 minutes isn't a generally long time, but seems so in this situation, doesn't it? Waited 5 min for an advisor to approach, as the sign directed me to wait in the car, none approached. - In limbo. I finally got out of the car and approached the only employee visible to me, a man in early to early-to-mid-twenties (possibly a junior attendant) who was leaning against a counter, doing nothing, to advise him I just pulled a car into the bay, and he replied curtly, pointing, “those are the advisors over there”. - Felt annoyed. Thanks, fella. The service advisor's process was relatively fluid and timely. However, when I accompanied him in his inspection of the vehicle for existing damage, he finished without noticing some admittedly moderate damage. I pointed-out a dent as large as a softball in the plastic of the lower front bumper. - Felt a lack of confidence in the staff. His oversight could have exposed the dealership to liability for undocumented damage... if a customer was suitably shady. You're welcome. In the waiting area, a female employee deposited a container of muffins and slices of cake for customers. Thanks, but where were the napkins? No biggie, but... My vehicle inspection had been complete for nearly 15 minutes by the time I approached the maintenance advisor in the queuing bay. I was told I’d be paged when it was done. Was I too early, too eager? The woman at the customer service vice desk responsible for "doing up" my safety (whatever that entails) took longer than I'd expect for such a task -- maybe 7-10 minutes? I have no idea what the task entails, but two other employees were crowding her station at the time, either assisting or distracting -- I have no idea. The unsmiling woman at customer service *did* settle the process well, and was responsive, albeit slightly strained, to my humorous input. Granted, she may have been having a challenging day, but with everything else, I couldn't overlook her depressing demeanour, could I? ---------- Overall, the Service Department's customer service system seems to leave the customer in unnecessarily frequent, intermittent periods of limbo compared to other venues. Beginning with the lack of clear instruction at the time of booking as to how the car is to be delivered into the work-area, to timely notification that the vehicle was ready to take-away, there seem to be a number of opportunities for improvement to Taylor Automall's customer service procedure.

This dealer sold us a car and we had a great experience with Donna. However, the check engine light came on soon after purchase. This issue is apparently not covered in their warranty and also presumably was not examined in their 150 point inspection. I read good reviews of this place but will not be recommending Taylor to others.

While visiting family from out of province, we encountered a flat tire from a puncture. Seeing as we and our family are from here, and that we have been very loyal to this business, we were shocked at the "service" we were offered. It was never a question who we should call for a flat tire repair so we made a call to the service department. My husband spent a couple minutes trying to simply get a word in with whoever picked up the phone in service as she kept talking over him. When he finally explained that we have a flat tire and passing through from out of province, she offered us a service date of Dec 17th (practically 2 weeks away)! She said we could try showing up tomorrow but that it likely wouldn't get done. This is beyond unacceptable service and over the past few years this service department has continued on a downward slope. I am ashamed to have been so loyal to this dealership (aside from a fantastic sales rep Jan).

I got sent over from another dealership that I purchased my Chevy at originally, because they couldn't figure out what the stored codes that keeps getting my check engine light on actually are. Glad for the extended warranty. Better yet, although I showed up without an appointment, all frazzled and unsure what is happening to my first car, Scott got me in and got my car fixed with only one overnight hold. Yes, its annoying not to have a car for a bit. No, I do not recommend showing up without an appointment, because it's their busy season and demanding gets you nowhere. Think ahead. Yes, I recommend them and Scott in service, particularly, if you have a Chevy or GM model. Thanks again guys and gals!

Went in this past week to get an oil change. As a student from out of town, this was my first time visiting this particular dealership. Like most first time customers, I went in expecting inflated prices and a uninviting service staff. Fortunately, my experience was the opposite. The price was fairly reasonable and the customer service was great. I did not have an appointment and was able to get in within the hour. Certainly a better experience than the GM dealership in my hometown.

So the climate system in my 2012 Camaro (that I still love dearly) slowly stoped to work and my entire dash had to come apart. Let me tell ya I’ll never be “happy” about having to spend a few grand on repairs but it comes with loving an old car and the team at Taylor Auto (specifically Tiffany and the worlds most patient mechanic- I didn’t get his name) constantly kept me updated on what was going on and while the dash was all torn apart they replaced a few aging gaskets and stuff so my little old beauty is back on the road again. I dropped my car off to have a flat tire replaced. They had my car first thing in the morning, but I ended up having to call them at noon to find out they didn’t have a tire. I ended up calling around to other dealers myself to acquire one so they could replace it. I felt like they didn’t communicate as well as they could have, and they very easily could have made a few phone calls like I did to let me know where to get one. Guess they would rather have me wait 3 days for theirs than give the sale to the BMW dealership. I will say the service associate was very nice and they did eventually replace the tire for me, but it felt like I did all the work for them.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Taylor Automall. I have absolutely no complaints about the service department or the sales staff as all of them treated me with respect and courtesy. My last vehicle (Malibu-Molly) was purchased in 2003 and is still on the road. As well, it passes the required e-test every two years without a problem. Edited: I was very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Carlos was great to deal with, got me the truck I wanted at the right price. There was a slight misunderstanding with the deal and it was partially sorted out. So I will give them 2 stars. However the deal had some shady aspects to which I was given ignorant response or no response at all. The tires on the truck were to be All Terrain but instead were the cheaper lower quality All Season goodyear Sr-A. Part of my deal was to include Goodyear Duratacs to be the same as what was on the truck being traded and was quoted the cost of those tires to be $1600. I had LT rated tires and was given P rated duratrac tires, again the cheaper lower quality option. I was told "you should have been more specific when making the deal", absolutely childish in my opinion to have to be that specific and get it in writing when it was understood what I wanted in conversation. I was to have all weather floor matts included as part of the deal and that took 4 weeks and in the end was given a set out of another truck on the lot. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy or have their vehicle serviced here. If you want a GM product make the drive to Gananoque who have been sympathetic to my current situation or Belleville. The staff at Taylor were quite rude on occasion or would just ignore my concerns. Learn from my mistake and just buy somewhere else.

The waiting area included a mini cafeteria where they had the best chocolate brownie homemade by Anjel and Cathy. I cannot say how great Rob is, making sure me and my car are looked after. Even during the busiest season of everyone adding snow tires, The girls and Rob managed to fit me In for a tire fix. My wife’s 2011 Chevy Cruze had 69k and a leaky water pump (remember it’s 2020 now). Contacted Taylor for service. Staff were very professional. Turned out my model had an extended warranty bulletin for the water pump (10 years or 150k). Taylor serviced this free of charge. Border line criminal. Took our 09 Silverado in for passenger airbag recall. Had truck picked up at my work. When it was returned the dash was broken in two places. They told me it was already broke, well it WASN'T. They tried the "time stamp" excuse on their work order which wasn't completed in my presence and its in a note section which anything can be added or deleted at any time. After a few calls and discussion's they agreed to have "their guy" look at it to see if they could repair it. Not surprised, their guy didn't recommend repair as it wouldn't look good. I seriously doubt anyone looked at it. They did however offer to make me a deal on the price of a new part. JUST TELL your customers there is a chance this could happen, DONT try to deceive them. They will now NEVER get a nickels worth of business from myself or anyone else I know. Hope it was worth it for you.

I had my car towed in with a rough idle. Diagnosis was my ignition module needed replacing. I spoke to my advisor the first day and was told it would be 500 for the part and 300 for labour. The next day I was called and then told it was almost 700 for the part. Two different prices in two days left me with no confidence in the dealership. I ended up buying the part used from a scrap yard for 150. I unfortunately will not return to Taylor Chevrolet.

Usually I've never had a problem at Taylor AutoMall, however, my last visit was an exception in every way. I had scheduled an oil change and wanted my infotainment system looked at as I had some issues in the past. First off, on arrival for my scheduled service, it was said my vehicle required a oil system flush; something expressly not recommended by the owner's manual and cautions that doing so could cause damage not covered by the warranty. That left a particularly poor taste in my mouth as they either weren't familiar with the vehicle's maintenance schedule or were trying to gouge me. I declined the flush and the service continued uneventfully. They said that they needed to order a part for the radio. On return for the part replacement, I arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait nearly 30 minutes to see the service advisor. When she finally addressed me, it was said that the replacement would take an hour. After 1.5 hours of waiting I was called to the service desk and told my car still hadn't made it into the shop yet. They arranged to get me home after saying the car would be done first thing in the morning. I called from home to confirm I could pick the car up at 8am the next day when they said that it wouldn't be serviced until then. They arranged to get me to work and said the vehicle would be delivered to me by 10am. The next day by 11:15 I still hadn't heard from The service Dept and called. They said the car would be there shortly, but it didn't arrive for another hour and a half. To top it off, the driver left his trash in my car. Also, one of the issues I wanted checked in the infotainment system wasn't addressed. I sent three separate emails to the customer service reps and still have not heard back from them; the first being sent over three weeks ago. Needless to say I'm not "entirely satisfied" with my last service visit and have no intention of using them again. The staff are friendly and helpful, but failed in every other aspect of service.

I was told to come in for what I thought was my 9:30 appointment at 9:30 I was told it might be done around 11:30 AM at 11:30 AM I came by and my truck was still not even in the service bay. I am so pleased with my recent purchase at Jerome Taylor. I was a bit stressed as I thought it would be a lengthy process. Mike Haslam, my salesman made the experience easy and positive. I very unfortunately picked up a screw in a tire which needed to be repaired. After booking an appointment at the recommendation of First Canadian Insurance, I decided to use the services of Taylor Automall. Upon entering the service department I was advised that they, (Taylor’s) would not authorize a repair through First Canadian. As the tire needed to be fixed I opted to proceed with a repair regardless and would deal with First Canadian afterwards myself. Upon inspecting my vehicle after the service was performed I discovered that the rim had been damaged (scratched) by the mechanic and the tire machine when the tire was dismounted from the rim. I immediately advised the dealership of this and also provided a photo of the sustained damage. The service advisor immediately apologized and advised that she would notify the service manager of the incident. To date no resolution or remedy has been proposed by Taylor’s. It gets worse. Upon returning home and contacting First Canadian they advised that they only paid a certain value for tire repair, ~$40.00. Finding this out has brought new light to why Taylor’s were not forthcoming to work with the coverage that I had. Evidently they wanted nothing more than to make more money!!! The total bill amounted to over $80.00 so I will now be out of pocket for a repair that I should not have had to be!! Definitely NOT a dealership that wants to work with clients or the best interest of the brand that they represent, in my opinion. Completely dissatisfied and not at all impressed.

After having a not so good first experience Paul Thompson offered me a complimentary detail to make up for the mess I walked into. When I dropped off I stated it was in disability parking space because I had problems walking long distances. Upon pick up they left my car dirty, oil on the floor board, and then i had to go back and ask them to reset my gauges. I had my gas lines replaced, and an oil change. So when I picked up my car I was told it was on the other side of the lot. I thought I'd get my complimentary detail. I asked Paul Thompson if they'd be cleaning my headlights in the complimentary detail. Paul said no they only offer a vacuum and wash. I asked if there were packages available that I could pay for and he said no. When speaking with Cindy she mentioned they have different packages available and Paul was giving me silver. Upon the delivery of my vehicle I asked if it had been waxed he said he didn't know. He gave me a copy of the paperwork.y vehicle was listed as a Silver Truck, when in fact I have a White HHR. I checked out my car and much to my surprise the front under the lights had not been washed front or back. Then my passenger window was left with a long thick foggy grime. This was the SILVER package. Given Paul stated he didn't know about the different packages and service provided with a Detail he told Cindy to give me the Silver package. His Assistant Manager, Cindy said she'd look into having my head lights cleaned in addition and I'd pay. I didn't ask for them to be buffed. Never got back to me. Attached are pics of my complimentary Detail. I won't be returning to have any type of service after the condition first and second time.

I am generally very satisfied with Taylor Auto Mall’s service. My latest visit, however, has caused me some concerns. I did know that there are multiple issues with my car that require attention, and requested that I be informed regarding whether repairs were required immediately or could wait. This was done to me entire satisfaction, and duly notated on my receipt.. What has given me cause for concern, however, is what happened after. Once I had been informed of repairs that would be needed in the spring, the service representative, Rob H. then informed me that the cap for my brake fluid container was “just not there” and said a new part could be ordered for a cost of $60.00 approximately plus an additional flushing of my brake lines would be required ata cost of approximately $120.00 plus tax. What has caused me to be concerned is this: some months ago I had my brakes repaired at Taylor Auto Mall. Subsequent to that, I have had the car in for maintenance and inspection, and nothing was ever said about the missing cap. I find this concerning because I can only come to one of two conclusions: 1. That it was not missing at other times, thus lost on this visit or 2. That it was missing ever sine the brakes were repaired or perhaps lost during other inspections and not mentioned which really concerns me. I did consent to the part being ordered and agreed to be called when the part was there to have that done. That said, I would greatly appreciate a call confirming that the part was ordered, and to further discuss my concerns.

Never been so badly served. Got an appointment to address a recall for 10AM on a Wednesday, the car was not ready until the next day, and after I called to inquire. Upon picking up the car, what ever material the mechanic had to move, was left on the floor passenger side. Taylor AutoMall thought me a valuable lesson, if you are not a paying customer, you are not worth their time. I will never bring my car there again.

Brought my car in for an oil change and to have my summer tires put on. They performed a multi-point health inspection on my car as per the spring special then casually recommended 7 service items amounting to $1,200 for my car. After getting a second and third opinion, all but two of those items do not need to be done for a least another year-two years, and those two items that did need to be done were quoted at ~$80-90 each for a $10 part that I could do myself in less than 5 minutes. Not sure if these same items would have been recommended had my husband taken my car in. Will make the commute to Gananoque as others have suggested for all future maintenance

Spoke to Angel on the phone about getting my car fixed, she was very rude and didn’t even try to search up the special coverage notice when asked. She later lied and claimed to have entered my VIN into the system during my first call when I didn’t even have the information on hand. She’s very condescending in the way she speaks and should not be answering phones. Paul was lovely when I spoke with him, but I don’t feel comfortable taking my car to this place. I bet people would have a good experience at the dealership based on past reviews, but if you call and Angel answers I would hang up and try again later.

The oil change was fast and Brian was nice to deal with. Not happy with the road side assistance plan! When we bought the vehicle a big perk was the road side assistance plan good till 2020 gave me a great piece of mind as I travel to Toronto often for medical appointments ( I'm disabled) one day I had a tire blow out on the hwy 401 no big deal I have road side assistance until you try to use it and they tell you it has expired cause it only covers up to 40,000 km even though your card says 2020 then they tell you they can still come and only charge you about $200 to put your spare tire on ! So your road side assistance is worth the paper (or card) it's printed on.

Generally, the staff are polite and helpful. However, when I purchased my vehicle in 2019, I requested three physical items: winter tires, winter rims, and floor mats i.e. Weathertech style mats. So far, I have only received the tires. I have since been told that they do not have 19" steel rims for my model vehicle. It took you ten months to figure that out. Not pleased.

This was my third time taking my Cadillac ATS-V to Taylor Auto Mall and was my 3rd bad experience and by far the worst one. In my first visit they installed my winter tires improperly (2 different sized tires, larger were both on passenger side, smaller on driver's side) and I nearly wiped out the car. My trust for them was quickly lost but since my car is still under warranty I took it back. The second visit wasn't as bad, summers were put back on correctly (after a very descriptive set of directions from myself), but oil was left on the undercarriage from an oil change and dripped on my garage floor. The 3rd experience, they had my car for 3.5 hours for a tire change and oil change, maybe an hour worth of work. I left the same instructions about the tires that was obviously ignored. Larger tires were on driver rear and passenger front. I brought this to their attention and was promised the problem would be rectified by morning. I went to pick up the car in the afternoon (I had been moving all day). I noticed the large tires were installed on the front and the smaller tires on the back. Manager and "technician" came out to view. Scary thing, I had to explain tire size and aspect ratio to a licensed "technician" who still exclaimed he was correct. No gesture of goodwill was offered, only an apology from the manager. This display of ineptitude is scary and ignorant. Cadillac Canada has been notified.

Came in for a scheduled recall on my car. Simple job to replace a small part. Made an 8 o’clock in the morning appointment, left on my bicycle and explained that I would be back in one hour. The car was not ready until 12:15 with no apology or explanation. I have a hard time believing that they served me in sequence. Waiting around somewhere in this time of Covid is difficult and makes having service happen near the time of the appointment even more important. Everyone was courteous but just not delivering good service.

Don't even get your lawn mower serviced here. I will not buy another GM product again. If only I could give a half star for effort. This establishment is responsible for voiding the warranty on my brothers truck he bought new from them and then refused to fix the issue they caused. For myself they are only about the money. Something as simple as paying for coffee and simple snacks is petty on their part. As for service: I've attempted to purchase on trade in a vehicle there that was posted on Auto Trader and come to find out that it was sold without the sales staff knowing. Further they will leave up used vehicle adds on purchasing web sites either out of laziness or an attempt to get customers in the door. Again, Petty. As for the service department, I was continuously charged for labor time and after 4 months in and out of the garage there and thousands of dollars spent, the problem persists. And to rub salt in the wound, my truck was leaking oil because they cant tighten a simple oil filter. In Short this dealership cares not for the customers but for their wallets and how much money they can take from it. I will be looking towards other manufacturers when I purchase my next truck.

First time customer so not aware of the way things work with this dealer. Called in to schedule an appointment and was told by the lady on the phone that no appointments were required for oil changes. Easy enough, however when I packed up my child and drove into town for 8am right when it opens I was asked if I had an appointment to which I responded, no I was told I didn’t need one. Apparently weekends are different, which would have been useful information to be told ahead of time prior to driving into the city with a newborn. Pretty frustrating all things considered, I mean is it really that hard to give customers a little more information instead of rushing off the phone.

I took my car in for an oil change. I brought them my own oil and there should have been plenty left over. They told me they used it all, and later on I come to find out by a mechanic that my oil was overfilled by 2 Litres! (This could have caused major damage). The service advisor in the shop was very sarcastic , especially after asking him what happened to my leftover oil. Overall, I will not return to Taylor Automall for service, due to their unprofessionalism and carelessness.

Went in to buy a used vehicle. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle except the tires were very worn. I asked if they could be replaced with the purchase of the vehicle (as suggested by my mechanic shop). I was told that they pass safety and “their mechanics wouldn’t risk their licence to safety it if it wouldn’t pass”, and the shop I go to “doesn’t know what they are talking about”, and “they probably get their tires from the junk yard”. I never said that the vehicle wouldn’t pass safety, the tires just barely passed safety and I wanted them replaced as I would be spending a lot of money on a vehicle just to turn around and drop another $600 on new tires. I asked to speak to a manager and I was laughed at. The woman even called someone on her phone in front of me telling them I wanted a manager mockingly (I assume it was one of her co-workers as no one came to see me). I had my mechanic shop call the manager and the manager agreed that the tires were low and should be replaced. We needed up splitting on the price of the tires. I did end up purchasing the vehicle because of the price but I am definitely not impressed by the initial customer service I received.

My negotiations with Carlos were always met with complete information on the car and respect for me as a woman and my intelligence. Something I did not always receive from other dealers. Carlos made sure the Camaro 2SS I bought was exactly what I wanted, and Bonnie had all my paperwork in order so that all went smoothly. I arrived to pick up my dream car and was able to leave to return home to Northern Ontario within three hours. The owner, Jason Taylor, welcomed me and made me feel right at home at his dealership. I met quite a few staff while there and all were friendly. Got our truck here, which went smoothly but from the moment we drove off the lot it has been nothing but problems and they do not rectify anything. We did a trade in and they were supposed to give us the winter tires back after they put the summers on the car. Instead they sold it all. When I complained they said they’d replace them for us. They ended up giving us the wrong size tire (we had rims from that car to put them on). THEN they blamed us said we gave the wrong size... actually I gave you the entire vehicle with the right size on them. They wouldn’t own up so we’re out 1000 bucks. With every “free” oil change comes a predatory salesman who calls continuously until they get the answer they want. This past week my husband and I both said no to a multitude of things yet wouldn’t stop calling until they get their answer. Upgrading to the Denali in a couple months and there is NO way we’ll be going back to Taylor auto mall - Gananoque is the place to go if you’re looking!

I initially took my truck in to have an issue with the starting system diagnosed. My truck randomly would not turn on. Having left my truck there for the weekend so they could do the work I was told to pick it up any time using there new “kiosk”. When I got back to the dealer on Sunday to pick the truck up the kiosk would not accept the code that had been emailed to me, leaving me no way to retrieve my keys therefore vehicle. Keep in mind I work three hours away at 7 am the following morning. There is no number provided to call to get help, and when you push the “help” button within the kiosk it simply appears with a “?” on the screen. So that costed me a full day of work just so I could retrieve my vehicle when the dealer finally opened Monday morning. I was told they have been having issues with the new system but that this has only happened a few times and they would make it right. Flash forward to when the new starter finally arrived at the dealership nearly 4 weeks later. I took my truck in the get fixed and dropped it for the day even though I had an appointment set up for 1:30pm. At nearly 5 pm I stopped in at the dealership to see what was going on and if it was available for pick up as no one had called me and I know how well the kiosk works after hours. Of course they said yeah it had been ready for over an hour but for some reason they had missed calling or emailing me to notify me so I would be able to grab the truck before closing time. And for the kicker on top, when I purchased the vehicle I bought the extended warranty through the dealership. When Jeff Wilson added this into the deal I had asked about what was covered and what not and what, if any deductible would be applied. He said yes, there was a small deductible but that they would waive that for me in any event I needed it. Of course when I finally got up to the desk to get my keys back, “that’ll be $200, for the deductible”. Thanks for the service guys, unfortunately I think I may go elsewhere for my third brand new truck.

Late on a Friday evening, recently, I had a notice sent to me by OnStar saying there was a problem with the air bag system in our 2021 Cadillac XT5 & to contact my dealer Taylor Auto Mall Kingston within a day. My dilemma was needing the vehicle on Sunday. I emailed Carlos at Taylor’s asking him if it would be safe to use the vehicle on Sunday and bring it in for service Monday. Carlos immediately responded telling me to bring the car in ASAP Saturday morning & that the service advisorTiffany would have an XT5 ready for our use. I have always appreciated the service at Taylor auto Mall including the sales staff. One sales member in particular, Harry Lakins has been outstanding to deal with. My wife & I had our first sales contact with Mr. Lakins in 1966 when we purchased a new 1966 Chevelle Malibu. I have never seen worse service workmanship in any gm facility. The car has been in and out for the same problem for over 6 months. Still not fixed or even diagnosed. Welds on my car a subpar, they damaged the vehicle and now claim it was not them but instead me when they picked up and dropped off the vehicle. I could go on and on but all I’ll say is make the trip to Gan Chev, wish I had done the same all these years. One trip to gan and my vehicle is tip top plus they made my life and bill easier for all the hassle and hardship at Taylor.

Great service! The only thing I will say is that no one came to tell me my service was completed. I was in the waiting room for quite a while, one of the salesmen just happened to walk b hand see me there. He checked and said that my car was done. I might suggest that someone check the waiting room for the customer when the work has been completed. This was my first time in for service so I wasn’t sure of the process. Dissatisfied with my recent service . I rotate the tires on my own vehicle from my all season tires to winter tires. In the past ,Taylor's would flash the tire pressure monitor sensors at no charge . This visit , I was informed that a $39.95 charge would apply for a service that takes less than 5 minutes to perform. Very disappointing , I will no longer be taking my vehicle to Taylor's for any future service. Yes these are tough economic times, but this is unacceptable.

Bought a new truck there in February, called to get an appointment for its first oil change on July 28th, they gave him one for the 29th at 8. The coordinator Angel told him there was no where for him to sit, he.would have to stand outside. He has an illness that makes it nessary for him to use a cane as he is very unsteady on his feet and could not possibly stand for that amount of time. I called Angel back to see if I could make some arrangement for him to have a seat at a socially acceptable distance, she said absolutely not, that was there policy. To make it worse his appointment wasn't for 8 it was for whenever they took it in. Technically he could have been standing outside for a long period of time. I called Peter Smith in Belleville, they have cleared out their show room and set up chairs according to the Covid guidelines. They also have a tent outside if a customer would rather sit outside. They gave us an appointment for 9:30 on the 29th which went very well. So Taylor Auto Mall, if an 83 year old woman shows up to have her car serviced are you going to tell her to go stand outside, and what about if its pouring rain out. Extremely poor customer service. Peter Smith will now get our business for servicing and any future purchases.
