They were incredibly rude. Not very knowledgeable about cars. Yes they got the job done. However the excessive rudeness is a real turn off. For this reason I will not be going back. Not sure if they have some ego problem or what. The way they treated a new customer was totally unnecessary.

I got a puncture in my tire called kaltire in Cranbrook they said 4 hours decided to pop in on the way the guys were able to fix it in 20 mins and asked me what pressure instead of just assuming. Cost was what I pay at my buddies shops in Calgary.. great service at a great price
