Our experience at Vickar started out great and quickly turned sour. We bought our car less then two weeks ago. One of the head lights burned out the other day. When we called and asked them to replace it, they simply said that they wouldn't. Last year, we purchased another car at Honda on Regent and when a similar situation happened they immediately fixed it free of charge! :)

Took 3 hours for an oil change. They used to remind us when service was due on our vehicle with a phone call...not anymore! Why, you ask?? Because warranty is almost up. Had to be transferred to several different people just to schedule a service appointment and left on hold forever! Salesmen are a**holes as well. Vickar....time to step up your game!!!

IF YOU'RE THINKING OF GETTING A MITSUBISHI I WOULD RECONSIDER ANOTHER MAKE LIKE HONDA OR SUBARU. One star is being generous, even though the staff is nice it is less than helpful. In the first 1.5 years of owning my new car bought from this dealership o had nothing but issues. I got a nail in the tire, they told me to come down so they can fix it, and then wanted to charge us $400 for new tire and service (let's not forget that Mitsubishi has 10yr warranty so this should be covered). The service takes a long time, my battery keeps on dying for a new 2015 lancer and I was at the service for 1.5 hour while the report said "charged batter for 30min". Their service was unhelpful because 30 min later the battery died again and I had to ask for boosts from strangers.

First time purchasing a vehicle in Canada. Robert helps me find a nice car but the customer service is not so great. 1.I paid $800 for 3 years Tire warranty and $1200 for the replacement warranty, after the 3 days of purchase and I was told that the warranty can not be cancelled. ( I hope these deals are worth the price ) 2. High interest rate on my loan (which is 7%) could be avoid if they ask me to apply a loan through my own bank.

We just purchased a vehicle here, and all staff especially Lori and Robert, were very accommodating considering we are from out of town. They were very honest with us, and helped and guided us through the whole process to ensure that we get the best deal possible. Highly recommend!! Update: After a week of having the 2020 eclipse cross, we have noticed a few technical flaws to the vehicle. We have brought said issues upon the attention of Robert and we have been promised that they will look into it, and fix the flaws this coming week. Hopefully, they will keep their word and these flaws will be fixed as it is a major safety issue. 2nd update: So we got the vehicle back and with all the issues that were brought up, none were addressed. When I called them back about it, they said that they checked it and it was "working." Yet for some reason the minute it got back to us, and when we tried it, it was not working at all.

That review star is NEGATIVE ★★★ Beware of some sales rep specially ROBERT MISA I was deceived with his SWEET TALK LIES, and when you try to review the contract they will get mad, when scared you will be forced to sign. Then you got hook in a deep hole. How many times they change managers? Not sure, but when my complaint on process Robert Misa's manager was replaced maybe for more other case. Very very HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

EXTREMELY PUSHY! I was called in because they received a trade in and "it was exactly what I was looking for". They knew what my budget was but wouldn't tell me the price over the phone or when I got there to take it for a test drive. After 2 hrs of waiting for them to work out the numbers (back and forth) they tried convincing me to spend $1500 over my budget. I clearly wasn't impressed asking them why they called me in to look at something I couldn't afford so the manager went back to "work on the numbers" and came out with a contract that was now $500 over my budget but had a $689 Admin fee. I questioned the fee that hadn't been mentioned over the 2 hr period and the GM threw his pen across the desk and stormed off. Terrible experience. So many red flags in hindsight. NEVER GOING BACK!

Inconsistent service. Had one car in last week and service was great. Fast, friendly, and they gave my car a rinse off for me too. That was a nice touch. This week I had the other car in for a tire swap and oil change, it was 6 hours before I finally called to see if it was ready. It was but nobody called me. Went to pick it up and it was filthy and they had left the plastic cover on the driver seat and paper on the floor. They've also recently raised their tire storage price. Will be exploring other options. *UPDATE: When we did the post-service online feedback, they contacted us in a few days and were very apologetic. Offered some compensation to make amends. Appreciated. Changed 2 stars to 4.

We received great information, and never felt pressured. The sales person took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and why. Kregg & Rob in sales made purchasing my 2015 Lancer Ralliart easy. Lee, Mike & Kevin in parts & service helped me with all my genuine Mitsubishi OEM parts and aftermarket bolt ons. Service was definitely triple diamond worthy. While I waited for my custom Ralliart to ship they hooked up a free show vehicle to drive. Each step of the transaction was smooth. All the boys at the shop were very knowledgeable; they truly are passionate about Mitsubishi and their customers.

All i ask for is a lift back to my work after I drop the car and it felt like im a MAJOR inconvenience to them..... the feed back i got from them is “you ask a favour for a drop off to a 5 minute walking distance.” Dude it’s lunch break and you promised you’d have a shuttle to drop me off. The whole deal was a mess and they were very pushy, this also being my first experience buying from a dealership I will do a couple things differently in the future but this was my experience nonetheless. Seeing a great looking vehicle and contacting the dealer for a test drive the day after we contacted them, we recieved a call 30 minutes later asking if we wanted to test drive it today because it was the end of the month, telling us we'll get a better deal, (we didn't get a better deal) after telling them multiple times we were on a time crunch since I worked, they kept pushing forward and wanted us to fill out all the paper work before I left, I barely made it to work on time. After buying a used vehicle from here because of the promises the dealer made (which sounded great at the time) the dealership only fixed one of the issues we had since "we weren't clear enough to him". after us calling them multiple times and them not calling back, not offering us a courtesy vehicle, saying that they'll transfer funds to our account for the repairs because the garage was full till January (it was November at the time) even though when we called about itwe got a spot at their garage for repairs in December, telling us first to go to autopac to make a claim for the damages on the car they promised to fix and I didn't even do the damage, and threatening us that they'll tow our vehicle if we don't pick it up, I would not recommend anyone to buy their vehicle from here, shady business practices and trash workers. 0/5

As long as you are purchasing a new or used vehicle you are treated like royalty and service is fantastic. However if you are not buying another vehicle then be prepared to be treated like a second class individual and brushed off and told to handle things yourself as we cant be bothered to help in any way. This rating system should allow for ZERO stars or negative stars as this one that would be a true rating. Not jokingly giving them a one star that is not even closely deserved. Bought 2014 RVR and it took Vickar over a month to receive in-they "lost" my car and couldn't track it. I was calling WEEKLY for updates with getting no where. July 2nd (2014) I called and a sales rep told me "your car is here", after picking it up, the sticker that they inspected it showed June 18th and no one had the decency to call and advise? It was me continuously calling. Horrible customer service. So after this was done, I was dealing with the old GM (Junior), which after emailing we came to agree upon 5 years of oil changes, another 6 months of Sirius and re-tint my scratched tinted front side windows. Never got the Sirius or re-tinted windows done...and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get an oil change, I have to justify why these oil changes are free. It gets very repetitive and annoying since they continue to never update my file. The last oil change, after arguing and justifying the charges, I was advised to email Jaiann (who just like Junior no longer works for Vickar) and she assured me the email will go straight to my file so I no longer need to explain myself. Oct 15th oil change and I'm back justifying it all over again. Finding out she did not put my email on my file and now having to deal with Richard (sales manager) to get this straightened out. He told me it would be done by Monday and the refund will be processed without my presence. Customer service is not a strong skill and he didn't call Monday 17th, and I have to hunt him down the following Tues 25th. He argued with me stating this is not his dept (way to not take ownership) and I need to go down to swipe my card for the refund. I told him he can refund the full amount of the oil change and tire rotation if i waste my time coming back. He didn't seem to want to deal with me and said he'd get the Service manager to call. I had to call her Nov 1st, left a voicemail, and then called again Nov 3rd to leave another voicemail. She called me back, we discussed the full refund scenario and she got Medi (GM) to call me back. End results: they took away the remaining 3 yrs of oil changes and gave me a GiftCard worth the value-which I had to pickup. I made arrangements with the Medi to pickup Sat (Nov 5th) cuz mailing was not an option since it 'required a signature'. WASTE my time going down their to find out their swipe machine was down-NO COURTESY TO CALL AFTER ALL THIS GARBAGE OVER ALL THESE YEARS. They shipped the card to me Monday (surprised it came), and now I'm looking for a new car. I could care less to advertise this Mitsubishi logo anymore seeing what a POS company I've been dealing with. Would advise anyone to stay clear of this mess of a dealership until they clean their act up (doubt it could happen at this point) and wouldn't support anything Vickar deals with.

Great crew of people -had my car in for a tire swap and they took the time to tell me about the condition of my tires, offered me pricing and rebates, helped bolt one of my heat shields back in place as it was hanging and I had no idea, they topped up all my fluids, washed my car - they were informative, helpful and I will definitely bring my car back in the future.

ZERO SERVICE!!!!! My Lancer Limited Edition gets 5 stars, Vickar gets 1. I love my Lancer, it's been an amazing car in this awful winter, my All Wheel Control ensured I didn't get stuck once after the Christmas blizzard this season. However my experiences with this dealership are poor each and every time I go in there. My initial purchase had an electrical issue that resulted in the car being dead in my driveway the morning after I brought it home. The old manager Jeff was a jerk about it and I had to fight to get put into a new car. Getting service done was horribly inconvenient as there used to be no shuttle (they have rectified this). Although, when I ordered my pickup, the shuttle never came until I called again a half hour passed the ETA and only then did the shuttle make its way. Not impressed. Regardless of loving my car, the service at this dealership is very poor

Great experience!! My husband and I were really interested in the Outlander PHEV and came by to check them out. Robert Misa helped us out right away and was so so knowledgeable about everything Mitsubishi, especially all the amazing benefits and features of the plug in hybrid that we were looking at. I'm usually a little leery of going to dealerships to get all my information since I've had experiences with pushy or rude salespeople in the past. This experience was the absolute opposite of that - Robert was patient, so knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! We were so impressed that we ended up buying the vehicle on the spot. Les in finance was wonderful as well! I look forward to continuing to deal with the great folks at Vicksr Mitsubishi, and will certainly recommend them to any friends or family looking for a car in the future! :)

Very disappointed with the service I got. Car was down in the shop for almost 2 weeks and they weren't able to resolve the issue. Cost me a week of rental vehicle and diagnostics charges. First week they're able to replicate the issue but wasn't able to repair. Second week, they now can't replicate the issue and released the vehicle back to me. Was told to bring it back in case the issue arise again, but would still need to pay diagnostics charges again. *Note the car was bought from the same dealership about 2 years ago, car had a previous owner but was maintained in the same shop. As a customer when you buy a car at a dealership, you are hoping that the shop can diagnose/repair whenever it has a mechanical problem. I will acknowledge that they charged me less than the time they put in, but still the fact remains they weren't able to fix the issue.

We recently purchased a 2013 Equinox (used vehicle). We dealt with Craig and Jackie and were very impressed by the honesty and the way we were treated. We felt very comfortable "making the deal" that day and went home happy customers. Picked up the car the next week and it was detailed beautifully. The car runs great and we are very happy with it. The only problem was that the battery died within the first month of ownership. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it is on gas during a couple of recent trips.

This was the first time I had ever stepped into a dealership for a new car ever. Robert my hats off to you sir for making the experience great. That is until Lisa came into the mix. Condescending barely describes the reprehensible treatment I received. I'm embarrassed for your dealership. My 15 year old daughter asked me on the trip home "what's her problem, we just wanted a price on the car." After a test drive and multiple visits to the office I still wasn't given a price. I asked Lisa for a price 5 times i 9 minutes fir the price and got the lets make this easy fir you to understand math lessin which never showed a price. I had to call back later to get a price. If I had to base my visit on my interaction with Robert, 5 stars all the way. Will they see my business, not likely as I was spoken too in such a dumbed down way and never given a straight answer. If this is how potential customers are treated how would they treat me after I've given them my money!

Disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) on Regent Ave. West... took my car to get fixed for recalls. Was told it would take 3 hours but actually took 6 hrs. No courtesy car provided, had to pay about $60 for my cab to go to and from home, not to mention the gas I had to waste going to and from the shop... all of this through no fault of my own, I had to spend time, money and gas for their recalls. Thanks, I would have stayed with Mitsubishi Regent, but I will most definitely go elsewhere for a better (car and) service.

I initially gave a five star review because of how accommodating and helpful the sales team were in helping us close the deal. However, when we picked up the car, it was not detailed, still had garbage from the previous owner. We took it back for a service a couple of days later and was promised that it will be given back cleaned and detailed. When we got it back, not only was the interior not detailed, it looked like it was driven out of the city with dirt and water splashes on the exterior. They could at least have given it a car wash before pick up, but they didn't and they asked us to come back (again) for a full detail. Who would want to come back a third time when the first two times were disappointing experiences? They could have chosen to make things right but they chose not to. Speaking from having family work in car sales and service, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask to have the car at least presentable upon delivery. Overall, first impression was great but it definitely did not last. It felt like they were nice until you give them your money then they stop caring.

Before I even start I'm going to ask how there is even anything above 1 star from these reviews. The only reason why I'm even giving a star is because the sales team is decent. The service team is a joke, had MPI bring my car here for a claim. I didn't expect what could happen next because I had faith that a shop that sells Mitsubishi vehicles would be able to fix..A Mitsubishi vehicle (I should have read the reviews before I had them bring it here). It took them 5 tries, 7 months (6 months without a car), several run arounds and my car wasn't even fixed. To this very day I am still waiting on a call back from Vickar Mitsubishi regarding the SAME problem (irratic idle, CEL). Needless to say that if you ever want to go here, don't expect good service after you purchase a vehicle. My advice is to bring your car to a shop with proper mechanics and a service team that doesn't make it seem like it's a favor to do THEIR JOB. I wouldn't even trust them on an oil change and neither should any of you. I ended up bringing my car to another shop and because of that decision my car is running great.

I had a problem with my windshield washer, fluid is not coming out of it. I came in without a prior notice. Brighton Kwiatek attended to me immediately I walked in, make me feel like a customer with warm greetings. He explained the possibilities of what might have happened. He then took my car in for proper check up, he ran a hot water through the windshield wiper washer and wow it was perfectly fixed. I recently purchased a vehicle from here the sales consultant that we delt with was Robert Jordan Misa. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to work with me to get the vehicle within my budget. He helped us through the entire selling process and made things very easy. He was not pushy and allowed us to make our decision. I was not happy with the sales manager as he was very pushy when I asked for some time to decide he told me I had to make up my mind right away if I wanted the offer that was made. This was not the best etiquette in my opinion however Robert said it was okay if we needed time to make up our minds and that gave us more peace of mind. I have recently bought a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander from here. Horrible service, Horrible Quality workmanship, Lies upon Lies!!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE. Take my word and everyone else! I found a Rat Nest in my engine bay. Had a Minor rust spot fixed 3 times and always turned out worse than the last time. Paint drips, Orange Peel, Dust and Dirt spots everywhere. Took weeks at a time to fix the paint. This last time the mechanics dinged up my doors and SOMEONE STOLE MY ANTENNA! WHO DOES THAT? Its back in the shop to fix the paint once more! If I could give 0 stars believe me I would, took my lancer here to get my drive shaft fixed because of the massive warranty the car has. Keep in mind there was not single accident and nothing was hit while I was driving the car. I had to get my car towed there for them to look at just for them to tell me that I’m lying and that they can’t cover it. So I had to pay another tow fee to get it towed back to my place and now I have to take the car to a body shop to get it repaired. Overall horrible experience and the staff were very rude, especially calling me a liar after explaining what had happened.

In the last year I have made a few visits to Vickar Mitsubishi and I was always taken care of with great curtacy. These last two visits were because my remote starters stopped working. I came in and Wilbert reset my one remote and welcomed me back when the other remote was charged to reset both. It was such a blessing in this cold weather! The young salesman was very friendly and accommodating. The other more "experienced" salesman...well a little too aggressive for me but maybe that's just me. Would I go back? I think so. The second visit to this dealership was in regards to an earlier recall. I had made an appointment and had requested that they also look into an issue regarding the aux cigarette port which wasn't working. In addition to this I requested they look into why my bluetooth handsfree was only sporadically working. I was told at the time by the service person that there was a $139.00 per hour diagnostic charge for each of these two issues which I agreed to on the condition they would contact me if this "diagnostic charge" exceeded one hour, which he agreed to do. After having my vehicle from 9:30 t0 1:00 I was told I'd have to make another appointment to fix the recall which would take approximately 5 hours. I was then presented with a bill for 268.00. They had charged me 69.98 to fix the cigarette port, 139.95 (to tell me they would have to perform additional diagnostics to identify the problem with the handsfree....I told them to forget it) and 29.39 for "misc charges". Needless to say I was peeved especially re my handsfree issue and the charge to hook it up to a computer for 139.95 to diagnose there was a problem! You think! As I was waiting to get my car back the same service person, who was very friendly suggested I check out Amazon and buy a blue tooth device that would do the same thing as my handsfree, which I did for 29.00. And it works perfectly. A day or so later I received a generic text from the dealership asking me to rate the service I had received. When I replied with my disappointment especially regarding the handsfree I received another text informing me they would have someone from management contact me after the weekend (the appointment was on Friday) to explain why it took an hour to find out there was a problem with my handsfree. One week later I'm still waiting. BOTTOM LINE: BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP., ESPECIALLY THE 139.95 PER HOUR DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE AND "MISC CHARGES." I DON'T THINK I'LL GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Bought my vehicle here. Only good part was the sales staff. Service Through all my years of experience of owning a vehicle. I was and still am throughly disappointed with their service department. I have not been there in more than 6 months and am still feeling and dealing with past issues. Every visit for service of either warranty and/or maintenance has lead to 2-3 return appointments just to correct the same issue which was either done sub par or created more problems. Service advisors were not friendly just stern. Service manager was nice and tried to correct issues but was never successful or fully listened to my complaints. I asked to not have the same mechanic work on my car ever again in which she agreed, only to find that same mechanic working on my vehicle which led to another return visit. I spent the same amount of time in service as I did driving the vehicle for the first few months of ownership. Upon dealing with the VP of Vickar Mitsubishi and saying that I may not return unless they can seriously gain my trust back (Daniel McFlicker) I was told "you gotta do what you gotta do" No way shape or form tried to retain me as a customer. I am concerned if I ever have to return there. For many all I have to say is book some vacation time from work or at least have one day a week scheduled for your vehicle to be maintained here. You will return time and time again. In the automotive sales business they say 1 Satisfied customer = 2-3 New customers but 1 dissatisfied customer = 10 potential customers they will never see. If I can have that effect with this review I believe I have saved the sanity, vacation time, gas and mileage as well as trust from the worst vehicle service department I have ever experienced. Every visit to waverley Mitsubishi, I was greeted with a happy service advisor, no return visits and the utmost professionalism to a high standard. Vickar Mitsubishi, I only have one word of advice to tell you: Work harder to actually provide good customer service and proper mechanics or you will continuously lose more and more. This includes sales as I send all the potentials to waverley now for A new or used vehicle. Go ask for Rome Fajardo or Nelson and they will definitely treat you like family. Update Changed to one star, cause the two I initially gave was me being too nice About this nightmare and utmost disrespect towards me.

I went in for service about a little over a month ago regarding an intermittent start problem with my engine, writing my review now to report good news (and accurate rating). To be clear I did not buy my vehicle at Vickar, I bought it at Waverley brand new but getting service done with Waverley is very very difficult (in depth in a separate review) so I prefer Vickar. I was helped by Brighton one of the service advisors at Vickar, he left a very good impression with me this time- genuine and very helpful guy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was updated on any additional work, waits or changes to the work done on my vehicle. The thing is when they did the first set of tests, it showed up normal so I came to pick it up the next day. Grabbed my keys and tried to start the car, it was totally dead so luckily I was able to ‘replicate’ the problem on their lot so I could show them what I was experiencing. Brighton and Wasim, the technician, got to the bottom of it after more tests and honestly I wasn’t expecting much but after seeing the effort put in, like this guy treated my car like his own, this is where I am going every time I need work done to my vehicle that I can’t do myself. Picked it up the day after and since then so far so good, no problems starting even in Winnipeg winter weather. Cheers to the great work being done at Vickar, I’m sure I’m not the only one who didn’t want to take the bus this year!! #covid19

I recently had both a towing package and back up camera system installed. The back up camera system was installed by a different company. I discovered the back up lights were not working. The people who installed the camera insisted that when Vickar's installed the trailer hitch wiring harness they had messed something else. Vickar's electrical wizard was sure it was from the camera installation. He even got the camera installation crew on the phone to discuss what they had done and what they had seen of the wiring for the trailer hitch. In any case, the Vickars tech spent an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem. I had only had the vehicle a week and although this certainly was not a warranty item Tony, the Service Manager, when I asked him how much I owed them he said, "Nothing, we appreciate you buying a vehicle here."

I always get top notch service from Tony, Josh and Steven (and all of the rest of the crew) at Vickar Mitsubishi. I had an issue with my Hand-free system and it was not easy to resolve, so it took a few days to fix. They offered to give me a courtesy car or drive me anywhere I needed to be. They resolved the issue and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. Tony (the Manager) even walked me out to my car to test it and make sure that it worked with my phone. The ownership he took in helping resolve my issue was exceptional. I was so happy with their service I went and dropped off donuts to say thank you. They consistently exceed my service expectations. Every time I come in for an oil change Josh and Steven take great care of me. They are cheerful and remember personal details from previous conversations . The last time I brought my car in for an oil change, I was leaving work to get back to the dealership, but my parkade had a mechanical issue with their door causing me to be late. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Steven. I told him I didn’t think I could make it on time before the dealership closed, and was it possible to leave my keys in the car and let me pay over the phone? Instead, he told me “Don’t worry. Take your time. Drive safe. I’ll stay until you get here.” They are an awesome dealership and I would highly recommend them.

He was the sales consultant to help me and my husband find our 1st car and he was very helpful and informative the whole way through the buying process. The doubts I had after purchasing were answered by Lisa, who was very nice. If it was for the sales consultant I would have given 5 stars but I won't just because I still am sad with the fact that my car was advertised on the website for 23.999 and when I went to close the deal it was 25062, according to manager it was an "error" from the website. Even tried to joke (need to say, bad/inappropriate joke) saying probably the fault was from the company responsible for the website updates ( were my husband works).... But since we really wanted the car, we let it slide...

Don't buy Mitsubishi car thinking about WARRANTY. Per Mitsubishi the rear axle seal that is leaking on my Mitsubishi is on WARRANTY, but the labor to change it was quoted to be about $350 and some other part that may have to be replaced because of the WARRANTY job would be $150. So the WARRANTY job is $500 because I was told "is cold and snowy in Winnipeg" and Mitsubishi will not do the WARRANTY job without additional payment. Some great WARRANTY.

A few weeks ago I gave a bad review to Waverly Mitsubishi because of the poor service and horribly long wait times. Today I brought my RVR into Vickar Mitsubishi for a warranty issue because I would never go back to Waverly. Well it’s the same. I waited 6 hours for something they said would take 2 to 3 hours. Basically both dealerships service departments are terribly slow. It’s a lose lose situation. Just go to the dealership that’s closer to your home or work, expect the work to take 2 to 3 times longer than stated, and don’t make any plans; or you could just not buy a Mitsubishi, which is too bad. They are really great vehicles and I have nothing bad to say about my RVR. 2 stars, not 1, because the staff in the service department and the shuttle drivers are really polite and friendly.

On Feb 13, I purchased a 2015 Lancer from Robert Misa. The car he sold me was not the car he promised me. He either lacked basic knowledge about it or maliciously withheld information. After a month of frustration I went back and spoke to the sales manager, Fawaz Azhar. He took my concerns seriously and was eager to make it right. He refunded my car in full and had me driving home in a new 2017 lancer that day. I could not be more impressed with Fawaz and how he conducted business. Despite the turmoil with Robert, I am driving the car I want, I got a great deal and I am very happy!

So i eventually asked one of the sales reps for a brand New or 2014 Lancer Evo. They said they had none in stock... Again, I repeated that I was interested in buying one. I own an Outlander and brings my car here for service. Setting up appointments seems to be easy. I got an appointment same day last time when I had a flat tire. Our last regular service maintenance seems to be odd, they unplugged my dash cam before doing the maintenance and never plug it back. That was the first time it happened. They never unplug if before. I don't know if that is their operating procedure but it would be nice if they let their clients know and plug it back when they are done. After noticing the dash cam unplugged I asked my wife if she noticed anything different in the car after she brought it for service, she said she noticed small deep scratch in the door handle in the driver side but thought was just an old scratch. I inspected the entire vehicle and found similar deep scratch on the door handle on the passenger side. I did not notice this scratch before and is now suspicious on why they would unplug my dash cam. So be cautious in going to this dealership.

I’m not satisfied with a service received last Saturday. I booked an appointment for two reasons: oil change with regular one, and an issue with noise producing by my car when it’s moving on high speed (100 Kmh and up) with the noise amplifying when turning sterling wheel to the right. I arrived on time at 10 am and described all the stuff to the service employee. After 1 hour and a half of waiting I noticed that completely nothing was done to my car. It was just standing all the time with an open hood. Than I came to the service guy and said that I have no time to wait any more because my next appointment, and asked only for oil change but with the regular oil but NOT with the synthetic one, and asked to provide me with the shuttle service to my bank appointment. At the same time mechanic came and said that he needs to do a road test to figure out the nature of the noise producing by my car. Finally We agreed that my car will be serviced including oil change and road test for noise check while I take care of my private businesses. When I came back to pick up my car I was informed that many services had been done including SYNTHETIC oil change but no regular oil, and also no road test had been done as well. That means that noise issue remains unresolved. That also means that I paid for the service $300 which I didn’t want initially and didn’t receive the service which I did expect. *Update: Today, on November 22, The issue with a noise (bearing on the front driver side) producing by my 2014 Outlander was identified and fixed (thanks to Rhodel the mechanic - he is really the professional guy) during my second visit after the road test and inside the shop inspection was conducted. During the waiting time at the shop, which took more than 4 hours, I noticed some promotions placed on the coffee machine in the waiting room. Among them: 0% financing on 84 months, $2300 no charges for all-wheel control option on select models. When I asked the seller about that he was quite surprised and couldn’t explain nothing sensible about it. Instead he said that finIt shows clearly that Vicar Mitsubishi isn’t a place where you can trust...

We really appreciated our sales experience here, the salesperson was not pushy but was very effective in finding us what we wanted. We felt we got a good deal on our vehicle, and the free oil changes for life was a nice bonus. 3 stars though, because of the pushy service department after the fact. They're trying to get me in there with my 2012 ford focus for transmission changes and oil changes every six months when I know for a fact, direct from Ford, that it doesn't need it. The oil changes are free, so no big deal, but they're wanting to charge me a chunk of change for flushing the transmission, when it's a dry transmission that doesn't require maintenance until 150k miles

I want to make sure nobody goes through what I had to go through when purchasing a newer vehicle from a dealership. I recently purchased a 2016 RVR from vickar Mitsubishi and I regret every moment of it. Don’t get me wrong, I love the vehicle but the customer service at vickar Mitsubishi on regent ave is the absolute worst. My salesman was Robert misa and anyone in their right mind should stay away from this guy. Before the purchase of my vehicle there were a few dents and scratches I noticed keeping me away from purchase. My salesman “Robert” promised EVERYTHING would be fixed and buffed out like new. Unfortunately this was not the case. When picking up the vehicle, my father and I noticed that the scratches were not removed and found that both the salesman and the finance manager “Les Rubin” were trying to lie their way out of it saying “we said best to our ability and it was buffed”. The manager even showed me the photocopied repair list that both myself and the salesman signed stating that the car needed to be buffed and repaired of dents” with BLUE ink saying “best to our ability”. The manager tried to get out of the repairs by altering the repair sheet after signed and photocopied which is extremely unbelievable. Not only that but a couple weeks after purchase I noticed my owners manual was not in the car and like most I went back to the dealership to receive one. My sales person instructed that it was policy to remove all preowned vehicles owners manuals and if I required one I would have to pay $70 for a new one. I could not believe that after spending $30,000 on a pre owned vehicle the dealership refused to give me an owners manual for free! While arguing with “Robert” the manager Les Rubin was standing right beside Robert snicking to himself. After a 20 minutes dispute the salesman finally said he’d give me an owners manual not for a 2016 RVR but for a 2014 RVR. I can not believe how crooked the management and the sales teams are at this dealership and I hope nobody goes through what I had to go through... Please don’t buy from Robert Misa as he’s only concerned about sales and NOT customer service!! Vickar Mitsubishi

CONSUMER ALERT - Do NOT go to this dealership. Extremely un-professional and you will get ripped off. Received the buy out on a lease is was trading in at another dealership, was buying a truck. The lancer no longer suited my needs. Completed my transaction at Dodge and Vickar added another $1000 to the buy out because I was going across the street. They didn't want the Lancer being sold across the street. Dodge was great to help me out. They changed the price on a car my friend was buying as well. Went to pick up the car it the price went up by $850. He got the same car at another Mitsubishi dealship for cheaper. Only go to a Vikar dealship if you want to get ripped-off.

On December 30/19, after MPI wrote off my car, I found a used Chev Trax and purchased it though CRAIG OUENDAG at Vickar Mitsubishi. Craig gave me great information about the car. He did his best to fulfill my requests with a used car and was very helpful in dealing with MPI. I was back twice after that and as promised, he set up my phone and then my husband's phone. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. He was respectful of my needs and assured me that he would always look after any future needs of my used Trax. Great job, professional service. I recently purchased a used Accord from the team at Vickar, and I'm coming back now to say how satisfied I am with my experience. I worked with Craig Ouendag, whom I am told no longer works at this dealership. I first messaged them online when I saw their listing, and within minutes they had replied and worked with me to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. When I came to test drive the vehicle dealership Craig was friendly and helpful, answering my questions and introducing himself as soon as I arrived. The dealership staff were very helpful when I came in to purchase my vehicle, working around my schedule completely and arranging for transport to help me accomplish all of the errands I needed to complete before finalizing the sale. I have owned the vehicle for two weeks now, and expect to for years to come. If I change my mind, I look forward to working with the team at Vickar again. EDIT*** About 4 months after I purchased the vehicle, my tire became flat as a result of a defect that would have been covered by the multi-year warranty which came with the purchase of the vehicle. As the tire required immediate repair, I took it to the nearest shop (Kal Tyre) in Winnipeg for a replacement. I informed the dealership of this, and after speaking with the general manager Fawaz was eventually given a credit at the dealership. I overheard another customer being read the details of the same warranty I was given, with the omission of the proviso that repairs shall be done by Vickar. Caveat emptor. Regardless, I am satisfied with this outcome.

When I think about Vickar Mitsubishi, A bunch of LIARS come up on my mind!!! Especially beware of ROBERT MISA, don't let his SWEET TALK LIES get over your mind. I went there at the first place to see the one I am interested while searching on autotrader and when I came, he told me the car is sold and try to offer me bunch of car with fake promises. He promised me a rate and the day I come back to get the car, they force me to sign higher rate with bunch of lies. 3 months later I came and claim that the brake rotors keep making noises from the beginning but i did not know that is a problem because it is my very first car. They told me as long as the car passed safety one the first day, they don't care what I say and they are not gonna fix it!!!! I ended up trading my car yo Birchwood and got a Honda instead! NOT RECOMMENDED VICKAR MITSUBISHI!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Very disappointed, my drivers window just fell off it's track Today!!! And i didn t do anything but use the button to roll it down for a minute,didn't want to go up though! Also they're trying to charge me 54$ to reset my tire sensors !! & that I have to do it each time my winter tires are switched my cars a 2017 Lancer limited edition. Also had faulty glass in the back & It shattered when I shut my trunk 6 months after I bought it (I never use my trunk either and didn t slam it , was gentle cause it's a brand new car!! Nothing was on it or near the glass. I had to pay to get it fixed at speedy glass &they said it was probably old glass)

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.....Don't go here unless you want to overpay and get treated like you are nothing to them. They do not care about your safety and will argue with you with any concern to make sure it's not their fault. They won't admit to bad service or budge in anyway to keep their customer happy. They OVERCHARGE for shop supplies and won't disclose what those supplies are. Fawaz has been our salesman in the past and quite honestly we wont buy a vehicle from anyone else. He's now managing Mitsubishi, but we initially met him at Vickar Nissan 6 years ago. He is a straight shooter, we get the best deal up front, no haggling or stress involved. He has always given us extra consideration because we're not from Winnipeg, making sure when we come in for service or on a rare recall notice, or to add accessories, that a loaner vehicle for the day is ready and waiting for us, and that the service department has the exact list of what needs to be done and whatever parts required are on hand so we are not delayed. When it comes to buying a vehicle with covid restrictions, they handled everything, and delivered the vehicle to us at our home in Kenora at no charge. Absolute professionalism, and a true example of stellar customer service. (seriously, the guy is amazing, my husband is extremely particular about his vehicles and he gets it right every time).

I did not know anything about cars, so they took their time and effort and showed me some cars that would fit my everyday life. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! I bring my SUV in loyally to the company for oil changes and the full inspections. The last time I brought it in to them they had checked off that they had done the full inspection and charged me the normal few hundred dollars. When I got home I noticed that they had not rotated my tires. I looked on the sheet and they had checked it off that they did. Well, I knew they had not as I had a slow leak in one of them and forgot to mention it. When I called them to ask them about it they said "We knew you were going to change them anyways". I replied "If you didn't do this and you checked it off what else did you not do and charge me for it".

So yesterday I phoned vickar mitsubishi due to having a bad battery and they told me the battery has 2 years warranty (I bought the car July 31 2019) so its still within the 2 years. So I came to winnipeg (45 minute drive) just to find out that its only 2 years OR under 60,000km on vehicle. And for a new battery from them would be over $200 plus tax which if there batteries don't even last 2 years there bottom of the line which you can easily purchase for $60-100... So needless to say if you are thinking of getting a vehicle or bringing a vehicle here think twice, just on parts alone you are FAR better off anywhere else and you might actually deal with people who won't mislead/only give you partial information...

Never ever go to Vicar Mitsubishi at regent, it is a rip off. My car did not start in the morning and could not boost the battery because hood was frozen it was -45c. So towed the car there and I was told battery was dead and doesnt hold the charge anymore and have to replace it. I said Ok. So they replaced the battery and charged me $ 311.00. I checked the bill labour $ 194.00, battery cost $169.00, Battery diagnose $ 69.00 plus taxes and other fees came to 311.00. I asked my old battery back to check but they said i have to pay some fees for that otherwise i cant have it. Anyway there was an another problem. I was told that the car could start only by remote control and the key doesnt work and asked me to pay another $ 139.00 to diagnose that, I said NO. I will use the remote, the problem was they were using the spare key whole time and that key was not programed to the car so it won't start. May be they knew it, I bought the car from there so they must know that. dont recommend anyone to go there for anything.

Its really too bad that they had the perfect truck that I had wanted and the last one in stock. I love Mitsubishi vehicles so not like I had many options, either here or Waverly which is too bad because I really didn't like my experience at regent. If they had the truck I wanted at Waverly would of definitely went there. If you care at all about being respected, I do warn those not to go here. When my vehicle needs service I will be driving from transcona right past the regent location and all the way out to Waverly. When I just wanted to get out of there with my vehicle cause I already wasn't happy,they had me wait past an hour for the finance guy while he still had time for a smoke and then... my vehicle was ready for me to go, but wait! No Gas. It was honestly plain pathetic when it comes down to all factors. Again wish they had the exact truck I wanted at Waverly because I'm filled with nothing but regret at the fact that I actually put money in the their pockets. I really would not recommend going to vickar mitsubishi, the dealer also never gave us a break down of how much exactly i was paying for the car and after, SURPRISE, a bunch of hidden fees that werent mentioned. Also, they told me that they would fix any chips or bumps on my lancer and they never fixed the dents or the chips in the paint, and when i asked them about why they didnt, they suddenly went dumb and couldnt remember that it was part of the deal. They are also very cocky and refuse to be wrong. Avoid vickar mitsubishi at all costs!!!

Don't buy here they sold my family member a brand new SUV not even a few years later the transmissions gone! Told her that it's not covered under warranty and she has to replace it herself because she's driven more than 6000km... This vehicle was BRAND NEW transmissions shouldn't be going. You'd think they'd care and want to make it right but like other reviews have said, it doesn't seem like they care about helping the customer only about sales. If that's actually the case that's really unfortunate. I've certainly been telling people I know about how appalling that is.

Beware of the service department. It's hard for them to stay in contact with you! Chris the service manager DOES NOT handle things that needs his attention! He will promise to call you back and now it's been 2 weeks I've called twice 1st time he said he will get his district manager to handle it and if he couldn't then he would handle it himself. But yet still waiting! Very unhappy with the service department. Last time I brought my vehicle in they said they would have it done in a day, it was a gas cap issue. They couldn't get to it that day but didn't even think to call us to let us know so my partner who worked outta town had to miss a days work due to no vehicle. Now dealing with a tire issue which I have 3 year tire and rim warranty and they refuse to handle it properly. I haven't had this vehicle for a year yet and already going through so much trouble with them! I'm fuming! Response to the reply back: When has Chris contacted me? I called twice the first time he said he would call me back after talking to his district manager cause Chris himself said the tires are worn and given that I only had it for a YEAR and did not drive it much he was gonna talk about replacing them, if his district manager didn't handle it he said he would. Then another week goes by I haven't heard a thing! I call yesterday and was told he would call me back... yet again still waiting. Chris has failed to handle this and I'm not afraid to show the world your communication skills. And that answer right there folks should EXACTLY EXPLAIN YOUR EXPERIENCE ???? Petty and short form

From the initial contact Brighton was patient and kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the repairs that were being done. He addressed all my concerns and in my humble view went above and beyond in making sure I felt things were being taken care of with my best interests in mind. ***ORIGINAL Submitted in 2017*** Purchase two vehicles through Caleb Klapprat. He was amazing in the way he helped my 80 year old mother purchase her new vehicle and did an amazing job of finding the perfect used vehicle for my wife. In both cases he took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Lisa Sobering the Sales Manager was also an absolute pleasure to deal with.
