It was a good exp at first not until I was told that I was just playing around. As a customer, you just want to get the best out of your pocket and to think he was the one to call me morning to come over to discuss. I went there and I was just being transparent that I am still shopping around... he told me to go to wherever dealerships and he doesn’t want to deal with someone playing around. I told him why would I go there if I am playing? Why would I waste my time?

My husband and I had such a positive experience buying our 2010 Prius here! Ty was beyond helpful and so were all the people we encountered working here. We didn’t feel pressure, there was no hard sell, and anytime someone didn’t know the answer they asked someone who did know and found out for us. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Mcwilliams provides terrible service and vehichles are low quality. Buyer beware. I got a vehichle front them and it broke down within 2 months. Even with warranty they won't fix it. Just seeing the condition of this place on mcphillips says it all. What a mistake I made.

Good experience purchasing the car. But the lack of quality and selling. A vehicle without a REAL safety. With a visible issue that should have caused an automatic fail. No attempt to fix the issues that their mechanics have caused trying to "fix" vehicle (over 3,000). The mechanic had to ask me where the inner fender clips went because they did not know. Without knowing the basics and poor mechanic job they sold me a car that is a death trap. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership. If not, tale your car to vehicle standards so they can find all the issues that they are trying to hide.

I had amazing service with McWilliam Auto and Ty the sales guy, they have the best prices in the city for cars ( I know because I compared lol ). They also welcomed me to take the car to any franchised shop to get it looked over for a second opinion and everything checked when I did. I would recommend this place.

These guys are big scammer’s I would not recommend them to anyone, most of their cars are accidental which they fix later , they buy cars from cheap MPI auctions Worst experience ever , the sales team is friendly at first but after the vehicle is sold they will show their true colours.

Best experience I ever had at a dealership! Tye was really informative and helpful in helping me pick a car, even going as far to be blunt with his honest opinions on all the cars I was curious about. He introduced me to the team and made it a very welcoming experience! Thank you Tiffany also for educating me on the warranty benefits and the pros and cons of any question I was curious about. Hands down my favorite dealership and I hope they keep their integrity for many years No review on the mechanics yet but will update!

It was everything I expect in a sloppy 2nd hand store. My sales guy nothing short of creepy. His tall overbearing stature with clown hair gave me the creeps. He toned down when my dad came. He was really chatty and friendly like calm down, as if I would invite an uncle to a party. Like I just met you I'm here to buy a car. But we decided against it because my dad said you give off typical sleazie used car lot sales guy. All you need is a tweed suit with elbow patches.
