Our experience dealing at Focus Hyundai was first class. We were interested in purchasing the 2014 Elantra GL auto. We communicated with Gerry Browne from sales in July who we first dealt with in 2013. We found Gerry very honest and knowledgeable. After viewing this vehicle we set up a date and time to test drive. Although this vehicle was advertised lower at another Hyundai dealership with rim and tire warranty included, Focus Hyundai met this price. There was no hassle or pressure selling involved. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. I come to the store and I order a key for my Hyundai 2005 no body asked me for my vin number or what ever about my car they took a look in my car and made order after I picked it up I found they order the wrong key for my car and they don't wanna give me a new one or return my money back cuz I don't have the receipt although I saw them my account transaction

Zach was extremely helpful in helping me with purchasing a new (to me) car. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to get me to look at anything that I wasn't interested in. During the test drive, he kept conversation to a minimum, letting me take the vehicle where I wanted to instead of trying to direct me along a particular path. Have been a customer for 12 years. For the most part I have had excellent experiences here however every once in awhile it has been negative. Not always a controllable situation and we have worked through the issues. I have had to argue for things that I was due or I believed there should be concessions made on my behalf. My wife bought her 2017 Tucson here and we had a great experience, couldn't be happier with the vehicle. However when we asked about their winter tire program and told the lady on the phone that another dealership was offering free storage for the lifetime of the tire, the lady said "Well then you should buy your tires there!". We got so ticked off we stayed away from focus hyundai on our next vehicle purchase. We told corporate of this experience and they said they'll forward our concern to the branch which should be contacting us soon but we never heard from them. In fairness, we've had the vehicle back for its regular maintenance frequently and have again been happy with their service. Update: I just added another 2 stars. My wife and I loved the Tucson so much that we decided to get another one! We talked with Justin, their sales agent who was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and got us our new Tucson very quickly and efficiently! We're now getting all our vehicle purchases from them from now on!

Bought here a car last Sept. 2019. Since then Ive been in and out of the dealership for more than 5 times for same reason in check engine light issue. Already talk to the service about the hassle and dissatisfaction on how they address my problem but still nothing happen, just a band aid solution. 09/29/2020 Been in contact with their manager 2 weeks ago and assure me that my concern will never occur anymore. Will observe the car for a month. 02/8/2021 Check engine light appear again. Same issues....

I've brought my car in a few times for services. I was told it would be covered under warranty, when I went to go pick it up suddenly it is no longer covered anymore and I now owe the payment for parts and services. I brought my car in as my wipes fluid was leaking, they fixed it, a few months later (after winter) it started leaking again... apparently they didn't re attach the parts properly! When I first got my car I was told I would get a free oil change as I referred 3 people to get cars as well. Went to get the oil change and was told the $6 tax is not covered its only up at $50! I now take my car to Midas, at least they seem to be honest and reliable.

A month back we came into Focus looking to buy a used car to replace my wife's previous Hyundai. Everyone we spoke to at the dealership was quite friendly and we had a great experience. A special thanks to Jesse, our salesperson who was quite patient with us as we test drove many cars and struggled with some decisions. He gave us as many options as he had available and would follow up with us in a very timely manner. My wife ended up with a car she loves after a month and a half of searching. We will definitely do business with Focus again in the future.

Good luck getting through to the service department . . . the same number is listed for all departments - sales, parts, service - so you get to play 20 questions & waste time trying to get past the receptionist. Seems to be all new service advisors - used to own 2 Santa Fe's - took 1 in for a recall. Handed the service advisor the recall letter - she said to keep it, then proceeded to ask me many questions to book in - all which were noted on the addressed letter. Had a phone call 20 minutes after dropping it off - asked, "Did you bring in the right vehicle?" WOW...like DUH!! IF she had looked at the letter, it would have given the VIN of the vehicle. Instead, they apparently pre-filled out the work order for the WRONG vehicle - just looked at my file, which would only show the OTHER Santa Fe. Yes, I brought in the RIGHT vehicle - you did the WRONG paperwork - pay attention!! Apparently the dealership is under new management - see all the good sales reps aren't there any more . . . kind of know why now. Dec26/2017 Agree w/Pierre below: Focus may get recall service only... Fountain Tire Henderson gets regular servicing: great people & service. Interesting how owner only comments on glowing reviews... guess they care as much about bad reviews as they do when you go there...NOT.

While making appointment for replacement of a half dead 7 years old battery I was informed that it will cost approx. $200. At Focus Hyundai service desk this information was confirmed. There was no other consultation. After servicing my car I was presented with a bill of $388. I refused to pay so a guy agreed to lower the bill to $344.32. Had to pay this amount to get back my car - curiously a final copy of the bill I received called for $370.43. I would like to describe my experience in an after service survey but after two weeks and several requests I am still being ignored. I do not believe they are interested in clients' opinions. Especially those critical. I had bad experience at this location in the past too - they were trying to convince me that perfectly good block heater and wipers must be replaced - luckily I refused. I will never go back there again and do not recommend this place.

From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, everyone we dealt with at Focus Hyundai was very kind, welcoming and had our best interests in mind. From the sales consultant to the sales manager to the finance manager, we had the best experience out of any car dealership in the past. As we arrived, we were lucky enough to meet Mark Paul and have him guide us along the way to purchasing our new vehicle. Many sales consultants we had in the past were very pushy, always trying to persuade us in buying a bigger and better suv and in the end very judgemental of any questions we had. Mark was by far the best consultant we’ve ever dealt with and laid out all of our options based on what we were looking for. He definitely was on our side and made sure we understood everything we were paying for. He made sure to hide nothing and was very honest about everything the vehicle included and what wasn’t needed for us. In all, Focus Hyundai made our car purchase a very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely deal with them again in the future!

Had my first and last service done there on September 8th. (I am late in writing this). Not a great experience at all. I purchased my 2020 Kona from Birchwood Hyundai but I figured I would get my oil changes etc done at Focus Hyundai as it is much closer to home, big mistake! The dark haired lady at the front desk was rude. I walked in and said I was there for a oil change and she abruptly said "did you drive up to the service doors". I said "No, first time here....how am I supposed to know that is what I have to do". Nothing was said about this when I made the appointment and there is no sign at all advising of this. I then went out, drove my car into the service bay and as I was getting out one of the service folks shouted "Put your mask on" (Which I fully support and was in the process of doing). I went to the waiting area and the workers aren't even wearing their masks most of the time. I pointed that out to the same front desk lady and she said that they don't have to wear them when they're at their desk. That makes no sense at all, as they are not in an enclosed office....they are out in the middle of the building like everyone else. We're all breathing the same air. Unfortunately, a shiny new building doesn't make up for rude, abrasive people who work there. I will be going to Birchwood moving forward.

**UPDATED 9/18** We were invited to the Kona launch event in March. We updated to the Hyundai Kona in May through Jesse Pelletier. I am incredibly satisfied with the service we've been receiving from them. They do care about their customers. They have renewed my faith in this relationship. Thank you! **UPDATED 12/17** Changed my review to 1 star from 4. At our 70,000 km check, they recommended we flush out the entire brake system and replace our block heater at a cost of over $500. I said no and took it to another garage that I trust. The brake fluid is fine, there is no moisture in the system and they merely replaced the plug on the block heater. The bill was $15. Once our warranty is up, I will not be coming back to Focus Hyundai unless it's a recall paid for by the company. ------------------------------- We purchased our car here. I think we worked out a fair deal. The service desk is very helpful. They are also honest. In one instance they quoted a brake service for one axle, but heard from the tech that both axles needed it. They only charged me for one but worked on both. You definitely pay for the service, as you would with any dealership. Definitely there are less expensive options out there for repairs and oil changes.

Bought a used 2017 Santa Fe Sport in September 2018. I've never experienced the straightforward no nonsense approach that we experienced at Focus. Unlike another dealership I recently dealt with, numbers didn't jump around every time you talk to someone else etc. We felt that the staff was there to help find us the vehicle and deal that worked for us. Easy to contact and communicate with. We will be back to Focus to buy our next vehicle.

Great team and nice service as long as there is no issue or major follow up to be done that they can't handle as then they won't call back, sent the blame to each other or to the higher up. I had a great interaction with the stuff however something that I was told would happen did not got approved and no follow up was done properly and because of that my other issue got discarded I was so frustrated I just went to another mechanic and follow up my own and left them with the money they owe me but that the Focus Hyundai Canada haven't approved afterward(rental that was confirmed prior). Anyway good service but poor liability on complex issue and therefore they would not follow up with the other issue just to avoid you. And they will refer you to Nathan to fix the issue however, good luck getting hold of him. I really respect one of the mechanics I believe his name was S and the one I was dealing with D as they were trying which is really nice however there was nothing that can be done at their level as even I'd they wanted me to get the pre-approved money someone came and did not bother respecting the word of the staff as I guess they was representing Hyundai. Anyway, I was really frustrated about Hyundai liability and hope one day they would care a little more about the simple costumer they way their staff care. Thank you

We were told a device (the module) from our remote starter would be saved and left in our car once it was taken out. And instead they THREW IT AWAY IN THE GARBAGE!! I was appalled. My husband asked Rebecca if they can get it out of the garbage and she said garbage gets emptied at 4pm everyday and by then it was past 4. First she tells me this device will be left with us just in case and instead it is thrown away. I’m not sure what happened there but Rebecca needs to work on her communication skills. There were numerous other issues we had and the communication was awful. This was just among many. We will never be returning.

I recently purchased a used car in this dealership. They were really nice and super helpful when I purchased the vehicle. On that same day, I found out that one of back doors won't open from the inside (at first I thought it was child locked). I believe this is a safety issue because if you get trap inside the car, you won't be able to go outside. I contacted them and they told me they will look into it. It's been 3 days and still no response regarding the issue. I've been messaging them for any updates but I'm not getting response. Good thing the car is still under warranty and birchwood infiniti will fix it for me. Will not recommend this dealership! Edit: Contacted me right away and will fix the issue for free!

I originally met my sales associate Jennifer Peitsch back in 2017. I had accompanied my sister when she was purchasing her Tucson. Jennifer was an absolute joy to work with at that time. When it came my turn to look for my Tucson, I made sure that I dealt with Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable about all of the cars features. Offered me test drives on 2 Tucson’s so I could see for myself which I liked better. She had to witness my topsey turvey emotions during the whole car buying process and she was very considerate of me. Dropped off my car to get a flat tire replaced as it was under warranty. Had to take time off of work to do it, which is tough as I work in health care. The service advisor said it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours. After 2 hours go by I ask how much longer it will take. Get told it’s almost ready they just need to wash it and get my keys. 1 hour later I’m still waiting. Not impressed with the slow service and disrespect for other people’s time. Also forgot to mention they have no shuttle service. This is a basic service most dealerships have and essential if you’re going to be leaving your vehicle for such a long period of time.

I have learned two things about Hyundai. Their cars are great (my Elantra has been fantastic) but the service department, particularly after the warranty ends, is not trustworthy at all. My car was misfiring as I was driving it and the trouble light came on, so I drove it to Focus. They couldn't get me in until the next day - fine. I rented a car. Next morning they called me and put the problem down to two things, spark plugs and a belt. I authorized the work over the phone. Later I realized the belt they had replaced had already been replaced six months earlier (at another location). I asked them to give me the "bad" belt and they proceeded to hand me a near-new belt, all the while pointing out the wear on the belt which was the problem. I didn't see any such wear, but I'm not an expert so took it to the place that did the belt six months prior and they laughed saying the belt was practically new. It turns out what the customer service people did is spot something in their computer for something my car needed six months ago. I don't expect a call telling me what my car needs based on a look at their computer, I expect it based on what they see on the car itself which is keeping it from running. You'd think they'd have noticed as they were removing it that it was a near-new belt but they proceeded to do the unnecessary work anyway. I spoke to an assistant manager who reviewed the situation and said they didn't feel they'd done anything wrong since I authorized the work and didn't tell them the belt was replaced earlier - unbelievable since they handed me a new belt and told me to my face it was worn out. I need a working car so authorized the work from the phone call naively thinking these were the things the car needed in order to function without breaking down. I was offered a free oil change but why would I go back?

I was really happy with the service that I received recently with Jesse(sales) and Danielle( finance). Both were professional and got back to me in a timely matter. Jesse was really educated on his vechile knowledge. He took the time to sit with me both before testing driving, and when purchasing the vechile . He ensured was familiar with the functionality of the vechile and comfortable before leaving. He even followed up with me the next day to ensure all was well! I would highly recommend for for a no pressure sales environment.

Originally the experience was not so great...... damage to the car that was not disclosed, hidden fees, etc. However, they responded to my complaint and paid for half the repair of the one damage. In the end I am pleased with my car now even though I was displeased with the service. They tried their best to take care of any problems I had after the sale which was alright.

I will be telling all friends & family to never service or repair a vehicle here, never mind the hassle air can only imagine you would have when buying one from here. They have had my vehicle for 1 week & 3 days & it has sat in the exact same spot in the parking lot since it was dropped off. Our FINAL price of parts & labour was given to us but 1 week and 3 days later it somehow quadrupled from the original price & my car still isn’t done & still isn’t working. I don’t have a courtesy car or rental car of any type so I have no vehicle. All this dealership does is lie and cover up their mistakes with more lies. I want to publicly thank the service person who helped me today. Unfortunately I forgot to get his name. I live in Ontario and I was on a West Coast trip with my daughter. We are making our way back to Ontario however I was well over my mileage for my next oil change. I did not want to wait until I get back to Ontario so I decided to drop in to Focus Hyundai to see if I can get an oil change done right away or if I had to book an appointment. Luckily I was able to get my oil change done right away. Not only did I get an oil change however my car was inspected to ensure it was ready for its final destination to Ontario, and my car was returned to me a lot cleaner including the inside of my car. The price which was published on the website clearly mentions that the sales price plus taxes is $ 43401 the picture is attached but he kept on saying that the tax will be added to this price. I am giving Focus Hyundai a 5-star review mainly because their parts department is open 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday. Almost all of the other Hyundai dealerships close their parts departments on Saturdays, so it's very hard to get to a Hyundai dealership to buy parts if you have a regular 9AM - 5PM job. They also have friendly parts staff and I have never had an issue at the location. I am excited to see their new location!

We took a vehicle for a test drive. Our son gave the sales guy his driver license and never got it back! When going for another test drive at a different dealership he recognized that his license was missing. We traced our steps back and called Focus Hyundai and there it was. When picking it up we asked why didn't we receive a call from them? The sales guy answered that he didn't have our contact info. Why didn't you look in the phone book, our address is on the license? I don't have a phone book, was his answer! We're listed in the phone book and even with a few clicks he could have found us online. Then we asked why didn't you put the driver's license in an envelope and drop it off in our mailbox? No answer from that guy. He just stared at us. My question is now: if they don't care about making every possible effort to return a driver's license to a potential customer, how do they treat their current customers? I will definitely NEVER buy a car there.

Went car shopping here recently. Salesman was new. Very nice guy. Liked him a lot. But noticed there’s no window stickers on any of the cars. Asked for the window sticker of the car to get average fuel economy and msrp. But was told that they take those stickers off because there are added fees as it’s a foreign car and those prices are dictated by Hyundai Canada. This basically means they’re adding their own fees and are ripping people off. Every other dealership printed the sticker or had them displayed and told us that it’s the law to display the window sticker. Not impressed by this dealership. Do not buy here.

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I've been enjoying my car so much, I haven't left my review yet! At the beginning of August I was without a car and was difficult finding a car during Covid 19 pandemic. I noticed a used car online at Focus Hyundai Winnipeg. I messaged Mark Paul, a salesperson, about the car and let him know what my price range was and long story short, he was able to make things happen, and I bought the car!! He was prompt with texts to ensure all questions were answered and when going into the dealership, the Covid 19 protocol was followed to a "T"! From start to finish, all the staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Their professionalism and customer service was exceptional! Also, after driving the car for a few weeks, I noticed that the car was making some sort of noise. I called Mark Paul, and he put me in contact with Nathan Yamron, the service manager, and I brought the car in and they fixed the problem without charge and gave me a loaner vehicle the day they repaired the car! When I came into the dealership Mark came by to say hello and the General Sales Manager, Richard Finck, came by to see how my experience was and I definitely let him know how amazing my experience was!!! Having to buy a car during the pandemic was stressful, but when I went to Focus Hyundai, they couldn't have been more helpful!! If you are looking to buy a car, I highly recommend you go HERE!!!

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson just recently and I thought I would try to forge a new relationship with Focus Hyundai, a dealership I thought had decent reviews. So my first ever interaction with them was to get an oil change through them. First of all, I did not appreciate the upsell job of me needing a tire alignment based on what the cameras saw located on the service door as I entered the check in area. Thats just another way of them squeezing another $124 out of you because the $103 you pay for the oil change won't cover Focus Hyundai's electricity bill. Their cost for a synthetic oil change has got to be up there as to one of the more expensive places to get an oil change... But the upselling and the high cost of an oil change isn't the main reason why I am writing this review... Shortly (within a hours) after I got my oil change done, my ABS and a couple of other lights related to the ABS went on. Funny the timing of that considering that I didn't have any issues with my vehicle until that day when I brought my SUV in for an oil change. Anyways I made an appointment a couple of days later for Focus hoping that Focus would make a correlation that whatever they did on my oil change was a result as to why my ABS and the two other lights went on... Anyways after a non-waived diagnostic fee of a $150, they determined the issue wasn't their fault and that it was a wheel sensor issue that would cost me $650 to install a new one. What they didn't tell me is that it was going to be almost two weeks before they would get the part in. Anyways, tired of waiting, I took my vehicle to Canadian Tire, where they ordered the part in and they installed it the next day of which unfortunately the lights were still on. Obviously Focus gave me a wrong diagnosis but Canadian Tire did what I asked of them and I wasn't willing to give CT $115+taxes to give me a diagnosis of their own when I already spent $430 to have the wheel sensor replaced... Anyways back to Focus... overall I was not happy with $145 hourly rate, extra costs/fees to make an oil change pricey, the upselling and I wasn't to happy with my service supervisor Scott... it was all about money with him and he showed no empathy for my plight with this repair. You would think me being a first time customer, he would of showed a little leniency in the repair cost to keep me as a future long term customer. Because of my experience at Focus Hyundai, the service center will lose my business. The Sales department will lose me as a potential customer to buy a new Hyundai vehicle. And most importantly my word of mouth may cause people to think twice about doing any kind of business with Focus Hyundai. Also I wanted to add that I was left a voice mail stating that I was going to get a customer survey via email to get feedback on my experience with my visits at Focus Hyundai... I NEVER DID RECEIVE SUCH A SURVEY. I guess my opinion wasn't really important after all. As of now, I am washing my hands of Hyundai and wished I went with my gut instinct and never brought my car there in the first place. I found a friendly and knowledgeable little garage in the heart of Transcona... By the way, I asked a couple of mechanics about the possibility of the wheel sensor getting damaged while getting an oil change done and yes its possible it could of got damaged by the vehicle's placement on the lift...

Took my 2017 tuscon suv in to get my thermostat checked. They told me my fluids are in the wrong department where my coolant is in my windshield washer fluid and and windshield washer fluid is in my coolant and that's the reason why I'm not getting heat. If I had coolant in my windshield washer fluid my window would be greasy and smeared. They said I would have to drain it and put new fluid in for 200.00. Got a second opinion and my fluids in the correct department. Thankfully I didn't go ahead with it as I would of lost 200 dollars for the fluids to be in the right spot. not impressed.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Focus and love our Hyndai Santa Fe. July 18, I took my 2016 Santa Fe in for a regular service (oil change etc). I don't live in Winnipeg and try to plan my service trips accordingly. I was told service would take about 1 hour. Using that information, I planned an activity close to dealer during service and made another appointment 3 hours after service appointment. I had to cancel appointment as the "regular service" took 3.5 hours! I was reluctantly talked in to a wheel alignment I am not sure I needed. Also, was bombarded with high pressure tactics to purchase new tires. My minor warranty concern (check engine light stays on) was used as an excuse to keep me there longer even though I said I had another appointment. I was told the service department went on an hour lunch AFTER being assured the car would be ready in 1/2 hour. It went ON and ON. I was totally disgusted and fed up when I finally left. Is it a coincidence that this NEVER happened when my husband brought the car in for service? Since his passing, this has happened to me 3 times!!! I will never subject myself to the patronization and poor service again. I have been driving longer than most of the employees have been alive and I know when my car needs tires or an alignment! What a total rip-off! I am done with Focus.

Unfortunately a staff member was extremely rude to me when my NEW engine started smoking ( so bad I could not see out of my front window ) and had not even drove it for 2 minutes when I finally got it back after 2 months, he told me I would have to get it towed to their shop myself and pay for it, he went on to say it was not their problem and talked down to me and even suggested I drive the car to their center while its smoking and liquid shot out of the tail pipe and while smoke was filling the car ( which it was at another collision center in the parking lot for an MPI claim, I hadn't got it off the lot yet when my car looked as though it would light on fire ) then I had them tell me they test drove it ( which later came to light they did not and lied to me) I did not feel comfortable accepting this motor given what happened but had 0 choice in it and just accepted it as my car had been gone 2 months at this point and no one would just replace this "new"motor that they put in on recall that my last motor had that had extreme issues within 2 minutes of receiving it, I said countless times I am not confident in this new motor after seeing so much smoke that I couldnt see out the windows, the service manager said "this can happen and its normal " it is not normal!! Even upon driving out of their lot my tail pipe made a noise and my engine still revs up when idling, I know many mechanics who agreed this is not normal and said not to accept it but I gave up arguing as no one would listen. The service manager was nice and helped however I did call the general manager and he never returned my call. At all. Very disappointing and expecting my motor to blow again... never buy a Hyundai EVER. And in response to hyundai saying please call us I DID ... you did not call me back. Wife's command start has crapped out on her 3 years in a row now. Last year focus replaced it for free as these things should not fail after a year. This year they charged her $70.00 for the same replacement of the same part. This is outrageous, these cheap Hyundai command starters are of such inferior quality that they fail every winter and the dealership should not charge an inflated, invented, arbitrary fee to replace it. Poor quality parts and predatory billing practices. New owners clearly don't care about maintaining positive customer relationships. Avoid this dealership.

Bought a 2017 Elantra and no heat when we have a Canada winter temperature at -40. anything below -5 if you have your heater on it will not work. your engine temperature is on cold and will not rise. When you try to address the situation with hyundai canada they were rude and had no answer and you cant even speak or get a call back from a supervisor. do no buy a hyundai. Also notice below that the dealer pick and chooses who to reply to. They are not too concerned about the bad review post.

Bought my Elantra from Focus in 2012 and have had no issues at this location since then. I take my car here for all of my servicing needs and wouldn't go anywhere else! Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The building is always immaculate and clean with a nice sitting area/lounge. Recently, as my car has been getting a few years on it, my backup camera was not working. An AMAZING technician Dustin Myron was able to get it replaced for free, even though the warranty technically didn't cover it- thank you Dustin!! The shuttle vehicle is a new, CLEAN, very nice and roomy Santa Fe with the kindest driver. Focus has always been great at giving me shuttle rides and picking me up when servicing is done on my vehicle. They never pressure me into unnecessary maintenance on my car, and I have always felt that they genuinely care about my car. All work has been done professionally by long term staff that have years of experience, and I have never had an issue with repairs etc on my vehicle. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle here!!!!

I recently went for a spring tune up. Had an appointed for 11:00. They seemed really busy and overbooked. I was then told I could pick up my car at 3:00. Why have an appointment of they're going to have your car all day? I then received a call and was told my drive belt needed to be replaced, my oil pan was cracked and my brake pads were falling off and it was dangerous to drive. I politely declined which seemed to anger the person I was speaking to. Went to fountain tire for a second opinion and was told that my oil pan was not cracked as steel does not crack, drive belt is fine and my brake pads are still at 40%. They had also put my seasonal tires on wrong. ???? Not impressed. Imagine how many people are scared into having work done that does not need to be done!? Talk about a money grab. Never going back.

I booked a specific appointment time (13:00) as I can't be without a vehicle all day. I arrived 10 mins early and with a list of items to look at as I'm driving cross country and want to be sure everything is in working order. When I booked my appointment, I was told it takes between 1-1.5 hours and so my promised time for the return was at 14:30. I went through each of the items specifically with Rebecca to ensure it was clear and I left the paper for the technician and Rebecca advised me that they will do a complete check of the vehicle and will call me with any recommendations and work that needs to be completed. So I walked away happy and said "so I'll wait for your call" and went on my way. I returned at 14:30 (the "promised" time) and noted my car was washed and outside the service centre. No one called me as stated. When I went into the service intake, there is a lack of any customer greeting and so stood in the garage for a bit looking lost (Rebecca was no where to be seen) and so I walked into the waiting area where the receptionist didn't even look up at me standing there. One of the people in the service intake caught my glance and so I walked over to him. Rebecca went for lunch. No call was made to me and none of the additional work was carried out. When I questioned what was going on, the guy just said that she went for lunch and here is a list of things (unrelated to my questions) that need and could be done. After walking around for 1.5 hours, I was livid that there was no phone call or hand off to someone NOT on lunch, my specific questions were not answered and the work I knew needed to be one, were not....because NO PHONE CALL was made. The guy said we can get this done in 20/30 minutes. I went into the waiting area to...you guessed it...to wait! I sat down and decided to ask for the Service Manager. If I could give negative stars, this guy wins them all. Client-centric, he is NOT. I explained the situation and his response was lackluster and seemed to suggest he'd have to find out what happened. That was it...he never came back to explain the delay or cause of anything to me. Then after an hour, Rebecca comes to collect me like not a thing had been said although this "Service Manager" was standing next to her. She was keen to see the back of me and tried to rush through the invoice to collect payment. One quesion I had was about tire pressure - I asked" can you please confirm the tire pressure for the 18" low rise tires". So I asked "where is the tire pressure noted?" To my enjoyment, they both chimed in and said "that will be on the paperwork" so I ask "where" knowing that it wasn't listed (and I still don't know) She ran off to the technician and this is when the fun started with the service manager. Despite never actually apologizing before this moment, to my shock, he revoked said apology because he thought I arrived at 11am (time was approaching 15:50). So I argued with him that what ever the schedule is, I was made to waste a full hour (in addition to the the time already spent waiting), Rebecca didn't hand over my notes, didn't call me and had no accountability for the day. He said "I was wrong about your time and was going to apologize but it's only 30 minutes late (and that was incorrect in itself). Back and forth we went and I refused to listen to his take back of an apology and he was so in the moment, he couldn't see past his own nose that he was taking back an apology because I wasn't there for 5 hours but only 3..even let him spit it all out and said to Rebecca "he's taking back an apology". So this tête-à-têtes escalated to the point that I said I DON'T CARE and buddy told me he doesn't care either and then it moved to the usual "don't disrespect me" phrases. I asked a few times..where are the answers to my questions. He said he doesn't care and I said ok, this can be a complaint then. He advised me that the complaint will just go to him anyway and can "quashed" They can't see that "client" time is valuable, they made a mistake and refuse to apologize..that's all it needed.

Needed to book a service for my car last minute. dropped it off in the morning, paid over the phone and picked it up that night. I'm pretty sure they washed it for me as well? For the record I have never dealt with this dealership before but they were great to deal with. The whole buying experience is stressful you really have to have your wits about you otherwise you will not get a deal. They will find every angle to make sure that they make you think you get a deal and then add additional charges that other dealerships do not. I will not be purchasing from them again this has made mine and my wifes life so stressful. What should have been pleasurable, was hell. We now have something we overpaid for and have to live with. Stay clear of them unless you are a financial wizard and ask questions every step of the way. Ask about "Focus Promise" and see if you think 1 free oil change and tire protection for 1 year is worth $900. Totally unacceptable. Beware of the friendly faces.

After doing my own research for the market value of my vehicle, they offered a trade-in value very close to market value, thus making it a no-brainer to trade it. Once that was out of the way, the salesman (Paul Kneeshaw) gave me all the different options regarding financing or leasing. Spent extra time to find a plan that worked for me and within my budget. Even now, months later, I can expect top customer service if I call or text with any concerns regarding my vehicle.
