Wanted to say thank you to Steven and Car Vista. They made my buying and trading experience very painless. After buying a brand new car in the same month somehwere else, I must say my experience with Car Vista was pleasant. They ordered all my accessories for my new Truck and installed them no charge. Plus the new/used Truck was cleaned and detailed very well. Better than than new Car I bought for my wife earlier that month. The dealing part was straight forward and no hidden fees. The communication was excellent. Would recommend Car Vista to anyone looking for a gently used Auto.

It is very unlikely that I will ever buy a car anywhere else. My Dad purchased a vechicle a couple weeks prior and said the same thing, so naturally i checked it out. I got there at 9am, drove away with my vehicle and 10:50. The staff was amazing, everything about the experience was great. My last vehicle, it took 2, 3 hour visits, and 5 business days total for me to finally drive away, also 2 visits after that for things they missed on the safety. VERY happy with my experience at Carvista... My Dad would say the exact same thing.

It was my first time buying a vehicle, being young I was told that car salesmen would try to get the most money out of me for not knowing/ being new. Living six hours from the main center made the process difficult but my salesman Michael Crab was amazing texted me during non working hours, gave me a virtual tour of the car in a thunderstorm via face-time, was completely straight up with prices (got me a really good car for a fair price) and met all the criteria I was looking for in a car. Purchased a "new to me" 2017 Kia Sorento Turbo from Carvista. Easiest purchasing process I've ever had. No ridiculous "documentation" fees that other dealers try to sneak into your purchase. No upsell or add-on rust/paint/carpet/tire protection packages forced on you like at other dealers - though I do think they are available if you want. This is the price of the vehicle (work on that price if you can) plus taxes and that's it. No nonsense, no hassles, no fuss. They were nice enough to hold the vehicle for me without a deposit while I worked with my bank to get a loan secured. Steve was great in taking care of the whole process and making it quick, easy and painless to get into a new vehicle. Highly recommended.

If all used car dealerships were like this one, their unfortunate stereotype would be exactly the opposite! I was looking for vehicles on Kijiji, and found several for eye-wideningly good prices, all of which said Carvista on the ads. So I checked them out, and am happy I did. I ended up dealing with Steve, who's customer service from beginning to end (I took about a week from my first road test to getting financing from my bank and purchasing the vehicle) was the epitome of "above and beyond." He even gave me his personal cell # so I could text him any time, including evenings and weekends. Most importantly though, I love my new vehicle. My new GMC Terrain has less than 15,000 km, and I picked it up for FAR less than had I bought new. Do yourself a favour and check out Carvista before buying anything new. Seriously.

From the time I got in touch to the time I drove off in my new car, Mike and Steve made it a pleasure to work with them, no bs no hassle just strait and honest, when they did the safety they went above and beyond replacing things that could pass but they didn't personally feel comfortable passing themselves, I shopped around a lot and was told the car i was looking for was going to be way more than what I wanted to pay from several dealers, not only did they have the car I was looking for, but it was cheaper than everyone else, with loads more options than what I was told by the competition would fit in my price range, I will only deal with car vista in the future when I need another car. Lady friend bought a "quality used vehicle" here. They do just enough for the automobile to pass safety but don't care if the convenience features work on the vehicle. Just because someone is buying used does not mean they aren't entitled to a fully functional with all features working vehicle. We drove 2 hours to have things looked at just to be told well that doesn't interfere with safety to tough. Their service shop was filthy, cold and they do not offer courtesy vehicles. Piss poor experience

Overall great experience! Went to Carvista in search of a larger Travel Trailer, and enjoyed looking at them. I did not feel pressured. We were given our space to look at the trailer without anyone hovering over us, but he stayed nearby incase we had any questions. When we found the trailer we wanted, they were great with fixing all the little things we requested and even delivered it out to our camp for us. Amidst the Covid Pandemic, they practiced good Social Distancing and were extra careful with sanitising pens and surfaces. Also, we definitely love the trailer. We had our eye out for a GMC Terrain Denali for a few months and we kept missing out on them. Once we saw CarVista had one, we jumped at the opportunity to take a look at it. Took it for a test drive and really got a feel for the vehicle and started the purchase process. We got a fair value for my old car and the set price program they have removed a lot of the stresses of potentially grossly over paying. We were able to test drive, do the trade in evaluation, purchase, and take it home all in one afternoon. When I bought it Steve told me it wasn't a "lemon" but about a month later in April the air conditioner went we called they said bring it in and they will fix it brought it in it got fixed I was happy then in June I went to turn on my car And it was making an awful noise turns out the whole air compressor clutch went...bigger problem now so we called again and they said we will fix it for $600 we said no and got it fixed from the Hyundai dealership and now again third time the air conditioner is going this is ridiculous maybe you guys should fix your stuff before you sell it!

At first we were apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from an unconventional dealership, but in the end we were so happy we did. From the first call, there was no pressure to the point where after we hung up we felt like something was missing. We showed up 10 mins prior to close last night - as we are from out of town. Michael and Steve didn't rush as at all. We knew the vehicle we wanted to look at and it was ready for a test drive when we got there. Service from both of them was exceptional. We were there a good two hours beyond their closing time and never felt like we were a bother. The atmosphere was relaxing, as well as they both weren't pushy. We left with a fantastic vehicle for an amazing price and financing lower than what our own bank offered. You two were awesome. Tristan enjoyed himself too! Thanks again guys, you're great, and we will definitely be back next time we are looking at vehicles!
