It was a disappointing because this is my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. My 3rd vehicle had a lot of scratches when I got it. I had to do a lot follow up calls to have it fix. Even had to walk 2kms way home on the day of repair no shuttle or service provided.I had to wait 4 hrs to know if I could get the vehicle on the same day, that was the only time they offer a service vehicle but I still need to walk again and get it from enterprise rent service. Their sales dept. and service dept. seems that they don't communicate .So loyal customers had to suffer. A lot of hassles before everything had to be done properly.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND, I bought Hyundai Kona 2020 and I'm having problems since day one and these guys keep saying we will fix it well if you're buying a brand new car there should not be any problems but Very bad experience with these people so I told them to find someone to take over my lease and one of the manager told me that 'we don't have buyers' that was really a stupid answer, if you're doing business of used cars and you say you don't have buyers, very bad, I would not recommend to buy cars from them

The entire process was efficient, friendly, and honest. Not once did we feel like we had to “fight” for what we wanted. Within 30 seconds of having our first conversation with someone from the company( who happened to be the amazing Palvinder) , we felt listened to and we were shown the perfect vehicle for us. He wasn’t afraid to ask direct questions ie-budget and what we hoped to get for our trade in, and was so trustworthy from those first minutes. I had my first oil service and winter tire installation completed at Birchwood Hyundai in October. I was very impressed with the attention Amanda at the service desk provided. I was kept up to date with the service process, car was delivered sparkling clean and in a timely manner. There was no upsell of products or services. Beyond pissed off. Had to bring it in a second time because the recall went bad and so they still cant find the problem annnnd after 3 days of it being there its on dead empty.... not even enough gas to register amount to empty!!! It was at a half tank when i brought it to them. So far this "free recall" has cost me several hundred in lost wages and fuel. What a joke! Edited to add that i pointed out a ding on my door that wasn't there prior to bringing it in and the guy just shrugged it off!!

The staff was mostly helpful and knowledgeable but they had us bring it in to fix a dent and when we went to get it the next day they hadn't fixed it and said that the guy who fixes dings doesnt even come in that day??? I needed an oil change for my vehicle. Called in and booked an appointment and was really surprised with how quick the service was. It was done within an hour and they even washed my car. The customer service and communication…or complete lack there of over the last 6 weeks that my vehicle has been in their shop has been completely atrocious. My 2019 Hyundai Tucson got towed to their shop with engine issues on the 12th of May. Amanda started my service diagnostic, I explained that I commuted to the city for work and relied on my vehicle and needed updates so I can make my plans. I was then told to just go rent a car. 5 days later they got me a loaner. Once they found the issue, which was very vaguely explained to me the warranty process started, on May 14th I was asked to send in service receipts and work orders which I promptly did. After this was done I heard nothing so I called and kept getting a voicemail so I left a couple messages and was told no sorry still no update on your warranty work. On May 21st a week of zero communication or answers on my warranty I emailed the service manager and gm to express my concern, Bill the service manager called me directly to tell me sorry I don’t have an answer for you but you should be grateful to be in a loaner and hoped he gave me some piece of mind for the weekend. After asking for weekly update on my service order and leaving countless messages and still no answers, Amanda called me to make arrangements to switch my loaner car, when I got to the dealership on the arranged Saturday the only person on staff was left with no information on this swap and wasn’t even sure he had a loaner to give me. When he found one I was told to go get it from the back lot I found it dirty, unsantized and with dirty rubber gloves in the vehicle and covid-19 a concern I took the vehicle back and the manager on site at the time Michael came out to see the condition of the car and promptly got it cleaned for me (he’s been the only good experience). During this I emailed my service advisor the manager and the gm the photos of the car to have on file since no walk around was done. Bill called me again on Monday to apologize, ask if I was in the vehicle and if it was “all good”. The car sure but still to this day, 6 weeks of being in their possession noones ever informed me of the status of my warranty, or if my back ordered parts were on time….suddenly it was which was pretty funny, oh and my parts that he had no idea when they would be there were also magically there. It seems the communication issues go far past just the customers. I’ve fully understood the back order of parts due to covid backlogs and was expecting it but it shouldn’t take 6 weeks to get a call back with an answer.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Purchased my vehicle here last year and they "book" my first service. They have no customer service, I have to follow up myself on this "first" service appointment. They only care about their surveys and looking good with HO. I drove 25 min to get my service done there and it was a simple disaster. I don't even want their "free first" service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I always buy used vehicles (within a year or two old) and don't like being promised everything under the sun only to get shafted. I will say that dealing with Gord Workum was good and I very happy with my experience here. I will be going back for services and parts when and if its needed. ===UPDATE=== Had to bring Vehicle in today (June 20 2019) for a service recall and there was two others they needed to do as well and that was done plus I had the hood deflector installed. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Yes I know I could get the hood deflector somewhere else online for cheaper but for the extra few $$$ I got it with 'Sante Fe' etched on it, professionally installed and no voided warranty to worry about. Worth every penny. I will continue to go back. ===UPDATE=== October 23 2020 Brought the vehicle in for service and had excellent experience. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Its been great experience every time I go there.

I bought a brand new 2015 elantra with them two years ago. Got the GAP insurance too. My car was written off and waited weeks and weeks for the check to arrive, only to receive a cheque not even close to the amount needed at the bank. I kept calling and calling but no one is returning my calls to help me. It is very very disappointing as I have done my car's maintenance and other business with them from the start. Edit: responded to owner by email and received no response that was 4 months ago. When I picked my car up for service I stood and waited for the clerk to phone several customers equalling about 10 minutes when I should have been the priority not the laundry list of customers they are calling back to up-sell them filters they don't need. Not sure who's running this circus. Good service, good vehicle but! waited 2 hours upon vehicle pickup after purchase because they forgot papers at the insurance building. Excellent service as usual. Friendly, attentive. Relatively fast. Social distancing was being practiced, with clear stickers and signage, as was the cleaning of chairs in the lounge (saw one of the dealers spray and wipe them down a few times). I believe my car steering wheel and some of the dash was also wiped down (I could smell it). Two small criticisms: I was surprised none of the service staff dealing with customers were wearing masks. I wore one, as did several other customers. Was also a wee bit disappointed that the mechanics did not remove the plastic sheet from the car seat or the cardboard on the floor, but this was minor and easily dealt with by me (but again, it would have been nice not to have to deal with some trash in my car before going to work - I did have hand sanitizer with me, so was able to clean my hands after balling up the trash). All told, excellent service though. Will absolutely return.

Most disappointing car shopping experience ever! Found what I thought was the perfect car, waited 2 days for them to do a safety before I could even purchase the vehicle. I had secured financing through my bank and informed them of this, yet I was grilled and pressured by Ervin their sales manager as to why I didn't want theirs. Furthermore, on the day I was to finally pick up my vehicle, nobody called me (after I requested they call me) when it was ready. Upon inspecting the vehicle after it had been detailed, none of the damage that I had pointed out beforehand had been repaired. As well, now that the snow had been washed off the vehicle, I noticed that the rocker panel had severe collision damage to it. I brought this to the attention of the dealer and sales manager and was told they would not fix it. They said the price reflected this damage, even though the dealer said that this was the first time he had noticed it. They failed to disclose this damage and advised me to open an MPI claim which would have been insurance fraud, since I was not the owner when this damage occurred. I stated this to the sales manager and he said that I could put a claim in and it would be fine. They were unwilling to fix the damage or discount the price of the vehicle. Needless to say... I walked away from the vehicle and would never shop there again.

Birchwood Hyundai seems like a relatively good dealership, however, we had a rough experience when we purchased our car. The dealer gave us false information concerning our payment method and told us we could pick up the car the same day if we used this payment method, which was not true. We ended up wasting our time and going home empty handed that day. Another thing was that the information about the car provided by the dealership online did not mention ALL the components of the car. Lastly, the insides of the car were filthy when Birchwood released the car to us, although they claimed to have cleaned it. I ended up deep cleaning the vehicle myself.

Got charge with under warranty and have premium plus extended warranty for checking my vihicle :(. I have intermitent BCW detection issue and warning light's on issue and showed them the photo of the issue appeared in dashboadd.. and when I bring my vihicle to service all warning light is not present and they will charge me for checking it... they will just wave the fee if they found the issue and was under warranty. :( one sided. Note: people and service are good. They just follow policy and procedure.. If you know for sure you want a Hyundai and don't have a set budget or care about details, then this dealership is fine. If you want transparency and upfront sales people, then don't go here. I went in there with a set monthly budget, not knowing if the Hyundai vehicle I wanted would work into that budget. I asked for a value of my trade-in and was told they wouldn't spend the money getting a Car Proof and determining the value of my trade-in until I chose a vehicle. The problem with that approach is that the value of my trade-in had a direct relation to which vehicle I would choose....could I afford brand new or do I look at a demo? Could I afford the Ultimate trim line or do I have to go with a Limited or SE model? It felt like I had to prove to them I was a serious buyer before they would make any effort to sell me a car. The weird thing was that I brought my wife and 3 month old baby along so it should have been obvious I was serious. I wouldn't be dragging my family along just to kick tires. With all the competition and options out there for car buyers, a dealership should be highly motivated and do whatever they can to sell cars, even if that means periodically wasting money on Car Proof reports that don't end in sales. I went to the Nissan dealership down the street right after visiting this Hyundai dealership and the manager got my Car Proof right away, drove my car, and gave me a trade-in value within about 10 mins. It was easy to know what they were giving me and how that affected the overall price and my payments. I signed a deal at Nissan within a half hour. Even if I didn't buy a Nissan, I wouldn't go back to this Hyundai dealership simply due to their sales approach.

Right from our sales guy, Goran, to Jason at finance and Jason at service.. they were great to work with. For anyone buying their first vehicle, it can be daunting.. and while some might that dealerships always push you, we never found that at Birchwood Hyundai. They were incredibly accomodating to our needs and listened carefully with suggestions that would be the best for our family. We can't thank you guys enough for helping to make this a reality for us!

They tried to charge my 91 year old Grandfather a $400 additional fee when he was going to buy out his lease in full. And no, this fee was NOT in the lease agreement. Spoke to the sale manager several times about it but they wouldn't budge. He made every payment on time, and was willing to pay over $11,000 for a 3 year old car that isn't even close to being worth that much, but they don't care. Called Hyundai Canada and they got us another dealer in the city that didn't charge any additional fees. Be warned, if you're buying out your lease, you don't have to be SCAMMED by additional fees like this place attempts to do. Our entire family will never never buy another single car, oil change, or part from this place again. Hopefully this is only for this location...I would hope the other Birchwood's wouldn't do this!

I regretted the purchase immediately, But the guy who delivery the car make worst and set the my old license plate on this new car punctured the bumper so hard somehow fixed it to crush the bumper. I've had a solid check engine light for over a week. It disappeared by itself, but I was concerned and wanted to make sure my Hyndai Tucson gets full inspection. I have booked an Inspection for Wednesday, informed representative about the error code I had (P0301 - misfire detected in cylinder 1), and advised that I was not sure whether the issue was in the spark plugs or it could be anything else and requested a full inspection. At 10 am I received a phone call that there was no issues with coils, but I was advised to replace the spark plugs. There have been no Hyndai spark plugs so I was offered aftermarket spark plugs for 32 dollars a piece. I agreed and asked to replace them. Three hours later, I wanted to check if my car was ready, I called in and was advised that the car should be ready, but they would only be able to confirm if my rep was back from lunch. I was trying to arrange a pick up during lunch and asked if there was a way they could check if car was ready sooner and they said yes, only if rep comes back sooner from lunch. I paid 412 dollars for service, the error was not even cleared and a few days later my engine light is back on. I paid $180 for inspection just to make sure there was nothing else that needed to be fixed. If I just needed spark plugs replaced, I would have done that at Canadian tire for $110, the whole idea of getting an inspection done was to make sure any other issues where addressed before they become a major Breakdown.

I've had my 2021 Tucson for about 2 weeks now and I love it more and more every day. I'm very glad I chose this vehicle. Cameron Dobbs was my sales guy and I was so impressed with how easy he made my experience. He wasn't pushy and totally respected the fact I was test driving other cars before deciding. I just wanted to share a recent experience I had at Birchwood Hyundai. I went into the dealership one day to pick up a touch up pen that I ordered the week before. I went up to your Parts Counter and stood in front of it, while waiting for a parts representative to finish a phone call with another customer. The parts representative finished the phone call with the customer and waited a couple of minutes, which is fine if he needs to note some items down from the call. After a few minutes, he reaches his head out from behind his monitors and asks me, "Are you here for parts?". I responded "Yes". He then lectures me that I need to "Look him in the eyes if I need assistance with parts", in which I responded, "I thought standing right in front of the parts counter would be good enough." Overall, it was an awful experience and makes me question whether I should be requesting services, buying parts, or buying a vehicle from Birchwood Hyundai in the future. I reported this experience directly to Birchwood Hyundai and was informed that someone would be contacting me. No one ever contacted me, so I am leaving this review now.

My family purchased a vehicle from here in 2014, and when I took the vehicle in for a recall they told me the front end needed work. The quote came to around 800$. As a college student this amount of money is not small. I took it to a trusted mechanic at another shop who I have been dealing with for years. They told me that none of the work this location had quoted me was necessary and they wouldn't recommend I do it. I took it to a personal friend who is a mechanic and has been for 12 years for another opinion and he concurred that the work did not need to be done. We purchased the vehicle here and they try to hose me for almost a grand in return. Would not recommend.

Just purchased a used car here. Car selection gave us a few options. Salesman was polite and listened to our needs and then presented us options until we found one that we were interested in and almost fit the budget. Negotiations then begun. As can be expected sales Mgr ( another very polite person) had to be involved but this is part of the car purchase process. Negotiations continued until we felt a fair price was being presented to us at which time we signed the purchase agreement. Drive the car home the next day. Experience was quite enjoyable. I’ve had one experience with Birchwood and it will most certainly be my last. I had a vehicle coming from Alberta to Manitoba and booked an out of province inspection with three days notice. As the appointment was booked, the vehicle was drive from Calgary all the way to Winnipeg. Once the vehicle arrived at this dealership, we were told that they were too busy to be able to fit in the vehicle in and would not make an exception even though it had just driven 13 hours to get there. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 7 years and this is far and away the worst service that I’ve ever seen.

I previously dealt with someone recommended to me at another dealership who gave me his “best price” with an “incredible family and friends discount”. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned Santa Fe Sport in 2016 and are very happy with our vehicle. We paid fair market value and were pleased with the dollar amount we recieved for our trade in. The customer service was outstanding in the beginning, however has really gone down over the last while. The warranty on our SUV is set to expire this summer and at our last two service appointments, I indicated we were interested in either purchasing extended warranty or looking to upgrade to a slightly newer vehicle. Both discussions involved the sales department. I was told they would get back to me with a price to extend our warranty as well as some upgrade options so that we could decide which option was best for our family. We haven't heard back from the dealership despite making a few attempts to see what our options are. It's obvious they don't care about the sale or keeping us as customers which is unfortunate because we were really happy with Birchwood Hyundai in the beginning. In talking to others about our recent experience, we are not alone in feeling the customer service at this location has gone downhill over the last while. Not sure if there was a recent change in management or what the explanation is, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I went in to the dealership on Saturday because I noticed a paint chip on the hood. Hi guys please be aware before buying and I would never recommend birchwood McPhillips in my entire life First of all I was really interested in your Hyundai Kona and then I spoke to one of your dealerships at Birchwood Hyundai at 2420 McPhillips St, Winnipeg, MB R2V 4J6 So when I called in before coming into look at the car I pacifically mentioned to the salesman that I have an international drivers license with Manitoba's letter that I can drive and after that they said no worries come in and have a look at the car and and after making the deal they sent me to there finance manager lee for financing and before signing for credit check I pacifically again mention that I am I have a international drivers license with Manitoba letter and I also mentioned that I don't have a Manitoba photo government issue ID but I have applied for a knowledge test which is within two weeks and I'll get the the learners drivers license within four weeks and I have also applied for Manitoba identification card which again I will receive in four weeks. And then he said no worries we will look into it and after he took my international drivers license and after doing the credit check he told me that he would definitely require a government photo issued Id and when I get the government issued ID give him a call I went to various auto pac for even the blue sleep that Lee mentioned and they said that can only be given after you have passed your knowledge test and after telling again and again that I don’t have any Manitoba government issued ID and these guys said no worries we will figure it out and after doing credit check lee mentioned that he would definitely require ID and according to me it would take four to five weeks and then he said he needs a deposit of 500 dollars to hold the vehicle and he said that deposit is refundable and due to this I went to my friend who works in Toyota and asked him about the id and he issued me the car on my study permit and after that when I made the deal with Toyota two days later lee called me and said to me that he has talked to auto pac and know I can pick up the car but I said I already bought the car because Toyota gave me the car and know the general manager became rude and said he won't refund my deposit of 500 as I am international student 500 dollars is a big amount for me and guy please be aware before buying !!!!!

My mom’s experience at Birchwood Hyundai has been outstanding. She purchased her vehicle 6 years ago from the dealership but was getting car serviced in the southend of the city, as it was closer to our house. In the past year my mom was not impressed with the dealership that was close to our house so decided to go back to birchwood to get her car serviced. She went in for a oil change and Jason from the service department notified her that she needed to do oil consumption tests. For 4 months she went in on a regular basis for her oil consumption test with Jason, who was knowledgeable and kept her informed about her car. Thanks to the oil consumption tests that was recommended by Jason and that she purchased the extended warranty, my mom got a new motor fully covered by hyundai. During getting her motor replaced Jason was able to provide a courtesy vehicle for my mom. My mom highly recommends Birchwood Hyundai and will continue to service all the Hyundai vehicles in our household at this location. Thank you Jason and Birchwood Karen D.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was written off mid-April - luckily I had purchased Gap Protection for Birchwood. I called Birchwood, spoke to Kanwal, and sent all necessary information to him to process my claim on May 13th. I have since been bounced around from Kanwal who ignored my emails and phone calls to Shayna, who presented to be friendly and competent until she also began ignoring my phone calls and text messages and is no longer with the company. I have been waiting 10.5 weeks for the gap protection that I am rightfully owed. For reference, average wait time is 3-4 weeks. I have left messages with different employees nearly every day for a week including GM Tom, and have not received one phone call back. I am completely appalled by this ‘customer service’ and blatant disregard for my reasonable and rightful inquiries as to where my claim is. I continue to have to pay for this loan until I receive my cheque. To say 10.5 weeks is an unacceptable wait time would be a gross understatement.

DO NOT go to this dealership. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Sold me a car hat was not safetied. When I picked it up there was a crack in the bumper along with several other things that were wrong with it. I fought with them for 2 weeks to get it fixed. They treated me extremely poorly because I m a young girl. I have struggled lots with the car ever since buying it. Tried calling them about my warranty and have been trying to get through for 2 weeks. Not a single person has answered their phones or returned any of my voicemails. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They are a scam and will treat you terribly poorly. Cannot stress enough how poor this entire experience has been for me. I have lost thousands of dollars because of them.

Went in for an oil change and noticed they have the winter tire program, for I was shopping around at other Tire stores for quotes and spoke with their service guy - Ray - for an hour and he was very knowledgeable on the various tires for Winter and asked me a few questions about my driving in Winter and then recommended what tires I should get and gave me a quote on their tire & wheel packages, which was way cheaper then what I got from the other places! Needless to say, I will be buying my winter tires through them!

Proper care was taken to sanitize the vehicle and it was returned to me clean on the outside as well. I purchased a brand new Tucson November 2017, my purchase experience was fine, the vehicle itself was beautiful and a good size for me. I felt a lot of pressure from the finance department and was told I HAD to purchase life insurance on my loan which I now know isn’t mandatory. My first issue was in November 2018 my engine was burning and using my cars oil and a part needed to be replace which took 3 appointments to monitor and fix. I wasn’t impressed with the customer service. March 2019 I notice my car was revving high and didn’t feel right so I made an appointment for the next day and on my way there I broke down on the perimeter hwy. I needed a whole new engine at 50,050km They rented me a car a gave me a 2 week timeline. Which turned into 9 weeks but during those 9 weeks they wouldn’t call and update me unless I left message after message and every time they promised it would be less than a week. Resulting in a lot of extra expenses due to paying the insurance on my SUV and the rental insurance. Also was surprised to see a dirty car waiting to me. Also the service team did not have patience or time to answer any of my questions or concerns until I emailed the manager and finally got responses and answers. I continued to have issues with my oil level. July 2019 another unknown issue after only 7,000km of the new engine the car would turn on but die shortly after. After getting it towed from an hour away they phoned me back and said nothing was wrong with it and would not accept that there is something wrong. When I went to pick it up I asked to have it double checked before I got there which didn’t happen. When I asked if he had time to answer some of my questions about future appointments he told me he didn’t have time and would give me a follow up call which I never received. I also asked to talk to the sales department because I no longer felt safe or wanted my car, and they wouldn’t even show me numbers saying that he “wouldn’t feel comfortable adding more to my loan and burying me in debt” which isn’t his decision to make. I have now traded in the car after barely a year and a half and am overjoyed to be rid of it. When I called to get some information for my trade in it look 3 days and 3 messages before demanding to talk to a live person to get answers. I would never recommend or return to this dealership.

Brought my car Hyundai Elantra 2013 last Oct 18,2018 for repair but it wasn’t done because of my Extended Warranty issue. Apparently I was not registered with the third party insurance FCPP (First Canadian Protection Plan). I called them and my name was not showing. I paid $1715 for this warranty and showed them(Birchwood Hyundai)proof of payment. I was told that they will figure out my Extended Warranty and will give me a call. Made a follow up almost every day thru emails and I’m not getting updates. Imagine the stress and hassle i went through with this knowing I paid my Extended warranty. Obviously the problem is with the dealership. I emailed Hyundai Canada about the issue and finally I got a call from Birchwood Hyundai. It took me close to 2 weeks (Oct 31)before I was able to schedule my car for service. They’ve fixed it. (Nov 5,2018). Then I asked them to give me proof of my new insurance or a policy number and until now I don’t have any. I don’t even know what happened to my former insurance. Lesson: personally I would not recommend to get Extended warranty. Just set aside some money for future fix or repair on your car but if you really want it, make sure you are registered with the third party insurance by calling or emailing them as soon as possible. Get proof! Find a real good dealership that would value customers before and specially after sales.

we bought hyundai elantra 2013 on 28 december,2019 from birchwood hyundai winnipeg (mcphillips). at that time they told us if you found any problem in the car ,do report in 2-3 days. following that the next day, we informed them that the stereo and lock lights do not work properly. They took about 20-25 days for ordering stereo, then they called us and again put in the used stereo. we checked in the parking lot of the agency that stereo is not working properly and same were the lights. Not fixed. They said they will order new stereo but for about a month they did not respond to us. When i went there, they said they got the stereo and gave me next day’s appointment. i went there next day and after wasting my 2 hours they said they received the wrong stereo , it does not match to the car model. now they again said that they will order new one..and for the lock lights, manager said we can not do anything for those. very poor service.

BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH GORAN. He lied in order to pressure me to accept a low value on my trade-in. He told me $3000 was the best they could offer. When I told him I thought I could get $5000 privately, he actually laughed to my face and said "for THAT car!". Very rude. Then proceeded to tell me that no one would offer me a good price because the suspension was shot, so what they were offering was a really good deal I should take. I then took my car to my mechanic because I was worried... only for him to say there was nothing wrong with the suspension. At best Goran was lying, at worst this was attempted fraud to get the deal closed in his favour through dishonesty. Well, I ended up selling my old car within day for $6000 privately on autotrader... I then bought my new car from Focus Hyundai; who were excellent, and I highly recommend. My bad review for Goran is not because he low-balled me (that's just business). My bad review is because he was dishonest and just the type of guy that fits the stereotype of a "used car dealer". AVOID!

They were rude (service department) and told me they were charging for the diagnostic on my car even though I told them what I needed because I had already taken it somewhere else. Then they called and said there was nothing wrong but I said I knew there was. Finally (a few hours later) they called to say they found the problem and I was right. Go figure. Now I had to pick up my car and return a week later because they had to order the same part I told them to order originally.

She spent her own money to get it looked at by another dealership and when she went back to Mcphillips Hyundai to have the car fixed she had to fight with everyone involved to be heard. They finally agreed to safety her car after she threatened to report them to MPIC. When she received her car back nothing had been fixed!! They are scam artists and take advantage of young women!!

Ok experience with salesperson. Horrible experience with the "closer" they would not take my no for an answer about extended warranty. I did write letter of complaint and it was "noted" Ian D is the one who "noted" my complaint. It still resounds as the most horrible experience ever in that room. I wonder how many other have had un necessary experience to get over the top pressured. The "finance manager" also was trying to manipulate our choices of our Autopa(Insurance) which was unfounded. We did not pay what he said we would have to pay. I changed to one star for the salesman s he was ok....but otherwise would stay away for ever.
