I came to Kenora Chev out of sheer frustration due to dealings with big dealerships in Winnipeg. I will say right now, I wish I had just contacted Kenora Chev in the first place. The sales manager was absolutely amazing, taking the time to hear why I was so frustrated and working with me over several days of communication to make sure I was 100% satisfied with finalizing my purchase. The service department is so professional but at the same time a "small town, get to know your name" department. They make sure you have no questions when leaving and personally guarantee that if you do have questions you can call anytime without fear of being a pain in the neck for calling. All in all, a wonderful experience and I WILL be making the trip from Winnipeg to Kenora just for service of my vehicle. I think that says right there just how much I support this business.

This is our 4th vehicle purchase from.Kenora GM(formerly Kantola GM). There are so many positive aspects about this dealership...one is accessibility. The service department is very efficient and I am always pleased to be able to book my service online so quickly and easily. My vehicle is always returned when promised and rides are always available to get to work. The staff who work in service take the time to explain to me what was or is needed to be done. This is my first time dealing with Jason Petric for the sale of my new Buick. Jason was great to.deal with...as it was a challenge for.our schedules to jive..and I am sure he was wishing it was easier..but he worked hard for me! He was knowledgeable and easy to chat with. He followed up promptly with my questions or.concerns. He wasn't pushy. He was patient! Jeff Hatfield in finance was efficient to.work with..and everything was concluded on his end in one day..making it so convenient to buy my Buick! I have had no issues with Kenora GM and I woild not hesitate to deal with them in the future..and if your into a new vehicle, consider Kenora GM!

Sales is ok, what you would expect for spending over 100k somewhere. Once you own your vehicle, expect an oil change that you've made by appointment take AT LEAST 6 hours.

Bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado; not even a year after we got it it seized. Fixed then transmission goes, fixed it again then engine lights go off again. Warranty covered it but so many problems with it, we tried asking for new truck. Nope and now it's warrant is up and engine light again and now won't start!! Sold us a melon and they still refuse to give us new vehicle. I called Chevy/Ford company with complaints. Never got anywhere...I recommend not to purchase from here!!

Stranded at the lake with a car that wouldn’t release the Park Break! We immediately called Kenora GMC and was assured by Kerry he’d do everything he could to try and help us out, with an hour before they closed for the day I was very stressed out to say the least! We called On Star to get a tow truck out and received a call back 10 minutes later from Kerry saying he was sending a driver out to pick us up and bring us back to the dealership to pick up a car for the night. He assured us our car would be looked at first thing in the morning, and it was ready for us to pick up by 9:00 a.m. Kerry went above and beyond to help us out and I can’t say enough about the customer service we received! Thanks again Kerry for helping us out! It was greatly appreciated!
