Drove from Nungesser Rd to Kenora stayed at a friend's. Check Engine Light came on during the 4.5hour trip no sure the reason Called DingWall Ford Service. Called at 8:40am December 21st 2021 Lady answers. Asked can I help you Explain my situation. Oh sorry. We. Don't have any room today. Our hourly is 124.xx. That's fine can you please fit me in today. Nope not at all WOW for a Out Of Town Person from 22hours away. And you can't even take 30mins and charge me 1 Full Hour. To tell me why my check engine light is on Your Customer Service Sucks! Back home they would do EVERYTHING to help ya out Guess that's why your Dealership isn't part of the Diamond Platinum Award. That Ford Dealership's get Merry Christmas and Happy New Year DINGWALL FORD. and to think. I'd of moved up here for work and bought a GT500 off ya or something I Hope this Review goes back to HEAD OFFICE Cause Brock Ford FORD. Rocks!

We were on our way out west to Alberta from southern Ontario. We had our 2018 F150 serviced in St.Catharines before leaving on our long journey. Three hours in and just passing Barrie Ontario the check engine light comes on. Very strange considering it wasn’t on for the few days prior to leaving. So 2 days into our trip everything seems to be going fine until I lose all turbo power and the truck wouldn’t even shift properly. Towing a 26’ trailer with no guts was very nerve racking down the Trans Canada. I asked my wife to look into the closest Ford dealership and sure enough, like clockwork, it was in the next town of Kenora(about 50 km’s). I talked to a service representative on the phone prior to leaving and she was very helpful and was willing to squeeze me into their busy schedule. So from time of drop off to problem fixed was 1 hour. Amazing!! Bryce their head service tech did a fantastic job finding the improperly fitted hose from my service department in St.Catharines. He checked all other diagnostics and everything was perfect! 6500 km’s and truck runs great! Thanks to the Dingwall Ford service team for giving me peace of mind!! Cheers

Recently traded in my car on a pickup at Dingwall, I was Very happy with the whole experience! My sales rep Keisha was super helpful and went out of the her way to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. After the deal was finalized I noticed a couple minor issues with the truck. Even though technically they were no longer responsible, they fixed the issues and gave me a loaner to use. I highly recommend Dingwall Ford if you're purchasing a vehicle or need service work done on your current ride

Had check engine light come on while heading around kenora. Pulled in at 3 in the afternoon. I asked if they would be able to run a scan. A mechanic dropped the job he was on and scanned the the error code. Found out I have a misfire and he recommended changing all spark plugs. They had us back on the road in less the 1 hour. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you dingwall ford!

If you're dropping your vehicle off here for warranty work, you might as well head over to another dealer and pick up a new vehicle as they will likely have it for the entire term of a new purchase. So far been without a vehicle for 3 weeks to have a timing chain replaced as they some how were unable to get parts for 2 weeks (readily available 2 hours away - I called and checked). Even when they do get the parts in however there are no mechanics that work there apparently and no one to actually install the part. Looking at three full days to install a new timing chain on an F-150... Couldn't have possibly been a worse experience start to finish, no loaner, no rental, nothing. I get to walk or borrow vehicles from impatient family members - all while paying $750 a month for it to sit and collect dust in one of their service bays. I was a Ford guy through and through but you couldn't pay me to own a Ford again.
