Owner Bruce Winn listened to our wish list, found the right vehicle for us and gave us a fair trade-in for our current vehicle. There was never any pressure or sudden extra charges and we bought with complete confidence as they guarantee it for 6 months. They even went above and beyond to have it ready for us right before Christmas so we could enjoy it over the holidays. We love our new wheels and highly recommend Winn. I bought my son his first car from this dealer in the spring of 2016 (M & H Auto Sales)(2004 Acura). When purchased, it had a a squeal coming from the steering and Winn Automotive said they would fix it at no cost as part of the purchase price. Our appointment to have it fixed was then cancelled by them and when we finally got them to look at it, they said they would order the part to repair it but we never heard from them again. Also, after a few months of driving this car we found out it goes through a lot of oil (this was not disclosed to us when we bought it).

The owner, Bruce Winn, and his staff are fabulous. I purchased my truck from Bruce and it has been great. It needed service of the knock sensors. It is an involved job requiring the removal of the intake manifold. When I got my truck back, it had more power and reduced my fuel consumption by 3 litres/100km! The job was done quickly and expertly. In November Bruce Winn recommended a product called Aquapel. He said it would last a few months and would help to keep my windshield clear. I was hoping to write a review of Aquapel after a trip to Calgary for Christmas, but Covid stopped that trip. I have been traveling up to Big White to Ski and I can honestly say that Aquapel lives up to the claims. My windshield does not get as dirty as other vehicles. It is amazing just how little windshield fluid I need to use on my trips up and down. I can honestly highly recommend Aquapel, it works! Way less expensive and less hassle to RainEx. Thanks for recommending Aquapel to me Bruce.
