Amazing staff and selection of motorcycles and gear. The guys at the parts and service counter are always super helpful with acquiring replacement parts for the stuff you broke on last weekend's ride. It's way too common a thing, where we order stuff online for the convenience, or to save a couple bucks. But every time I go in Danny often gets me things cheaper and faster, and I get to support a local business in the process. So keep that in mind if you have a cart full on Fortnine or Rocky Mountain.

I wanted a 50/50 tire for my dual sport. These guys sold me a 90 off road 10 on road tire according to some other shops I went to after. They were also the wrong size! Then my chain was too small. They ordered a new chain for me. Chain sagged about 2 inches or chain was to short and tire was touching swing arm. So that was another waste of money and time. I live about 8 hour drive away so I could not just simply return the tires. Huge pain, I will never shop here again.

Very disappointed with the service from this shop. Sold a bike I never should have been sold. Then the bike had nothing but problems. Spoke with Sales rep and owner and insinuated that perhaps I don't know how to ride the bike. Took the bike to Penticton Honda Centre and they fixed their ignorance. Don't use their service centre and unless you know exactly what you want to get into, be prepared to be sold something that will disappoint. I tried to get into something else months after purchasing the bike that I put 2 hours on and they offered to buy it back for half the price. Never spending a dime there again. Penticton Honda Centre all the way.

oh no bike throws and engine code in the middle of a dual sport trip around BC, .... What do I do? So when I finally get cell service I phone Valley Motosport. Danny answers and books an appointment the next day, whenever I get there, then I get a followup message from Jodi to confirm. When I get to the shop my bike is in and out very quickly. Went and saw Robin for a helmet issue and she was great, Had a whole box of small screws and such to look through, turns out as I was doing that, Aubrey has fixed the code issue, and is power washing my bike and lubing up the chain, he had also installed new screws in my helmut for my visor. On my way in no time at all. Also had a chat with Levi a technician there who said engine light doesn't necessarily mean engine problem, usually something else, this code happened to be a wheel speed sensor thing. Currently riding my third bike purchased from valley one back for another!! Anyway cheers to your group at Valley Motosport! Keep up the excellent work!

Great service. I bought a used SV650 from a Burnaby Kawasaki dealer. It had the Suzuki Protection Plan, but I couldn't get anyone in the lower mainland to help me transfer the warrantee over. Suzuki Canada referred me to an insurance company down in the USA. The Protection Plan wasn't with them. After phoning Bby Kawasaki back, they recommended calling Valley Moto Sport, "because they're awesome." I did and in a matter of about ten minutes, Jody in service transferred my warrantee over to my name. After all the hassles I'd been through with two other Suzuki dealers, Suzuki Canada and the insurance company in the USA, I was very pleased to have this fixed up so easily. Thank you Jody.
