Best service ever!!! Will always come back even tho I live 1300 kms away. Had few error codes and Ken was more then happy to guide me so I can check few things and figure out what parts I need before I head all the way down to kelowna. There is other dealerships that are closer to me but they didn't even wanna waste any second to help me out. Still ended up going down south but parts were ordered and there by my arrival. When I showed up they made me a priority and issue was fixed same day!!!!

Mike and the crew at VMS have been nothing short of courteous and professional. These guys are enthusiasts with the heart and soul of riders at heart. I suggest going to see them for your riding needs. I wish they had more stock(so do they)... they will as this covid stuff eventually subsides. That being said they will point you where you need to go if they don't have what you are looking for and order what you need. I feel like we have found the best little bike shop in town. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has the top of the top customer service in their sales, parts and service departments. As a wifey of a sledhead, its a magnificent and reassuring feeling to know I am in good hands, trusted hands. Receny I was looking for assistance with snowmobile gifts for hubby. I was (as I always am at this establishment) treated as a VIP... even when they are busy and I dont know the proper names of the items, they go out of their way to help. I HIGHLY recommend Valley Moto Sport Kelowna, all day everyday.

I was really happy with the mechanic's explanation of what he did while working on my bike. He answered all my questions clearly and concisely which I appreciated. Ordered an oem throttle cable for my KLR at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, told it might be in by Tuesday but by Wednesday for sure. I called Wednesday at 3pm and it "Had just been ordered, might make it by Friday." Buddy blamed it on the new guy and blah blah blah, whatever, fine I'm in a similar industry I understand mistakes happen. It finally arrived Tuesday, 12 days after I ordered it. After I installed it I was cleaning up the bag and receipt, I noticed that I had a balance owing on the receipt. They over charged my visa the day they finally ordered it. When I picked it up the girl in the shop that gave me the part asked her coworker about the amount owing, he mumbled some about changing the invoice, I was on my lunch and already didn't want to be dealing with this and didn't think they'd blindly steal money from me. I waited till my Visa statement arrive to see if the changed invoice reflected what was actually charge, it wasn't. I will avoid every Valley Moto Sport like the plague and tell everyone else to do the same.

My sled has been out of service for the past couple of years and I brought it into Valley Moto to see what they could do for me. It's a 2006 Arctic-Cat Crossfire so it's getting up there in age and I was worried it I might have to replace the entire machine. Luckily for me, the boys and girls at the shop were able to get the parts in I needed and get it serviced up with just a few days! I couldn't have been happier with the transparency of the servicing and the friendly customer service I received from both the employees in the shop and in-store. Thanks Valley Moto! Now hopefully we'll get some snow...

Poor selection, depending on your motorsport preference I should preface. I swung by to look for a MX helmet, and the selection was terrible. 2 maybe 3 differnet brands of lower end helmets. Gear looked to be in the same position

The clothing sales staff were rude and unwilling to offer any help in locating items or even telling if they had an item in stock. I don't expect to have my hand held but if I ask if you have a specific model of helmet in stock in a size small, the answer "I dont know" and then just ignoring me usually isn't the correct one. If you're going to look at gear, go elsewhere, better customer service.

Such a phenomenal experience dealing with these guys. Purchased a new ultra 310 LX PWC and the sale was so easy. I purchased it while working out of town and they even dropped it off at my marina for me. A mishap occurred and the unit got damaged, well Jeremy and cam fought tooth and nail to get the utmost service from kawasaki, repaired the unit for me most likely not even making any money, upholding excellent service the entire time, helped me load the unit up once completed and this is the kind of service you don’t get every day. Most places sell you something and you never here from them again. I definitely recommend purchasing from Jeremy at valley motosports for any of your recreational vehicle needs.
