Terrible service and a terrible car. Sold me an expensively priced car expected it to be in good condition. The day a bought it 2 lights came on, one being the engine light and then the next day the tired popped cause the tires were on wires. I know the car was a rebuild but it looked good and was low kilometers so I trusted it. All the brakes and timing belt had to be done when he said they were already done. He takes me to the shop he works with to see and they say the person working on my car was on alcoholic and they fired him and that’s why none of the work on my car was done and still won’t fix my car for me. I’ve been stuck with the car for over a year now and I’ve gone back to where a bought it multiple times and they are extremely rude and have done nothing to help me fix the damaged car that they sold me. All 4 tires don't get wore down to the wires in one day of driving. And if the brakes and timing belt weren't don't when they said all regular maintenance repairs were done how can I trust the air bags will go off?

Don't let the tucked away gravel lot at the end of the street turn you away. These guys have a great business model of buying lightly damaged cars at big discounts, put them through a neighbouring shop, do a full mechanical and sell them at good prices. They make money and you save money. My daughter bought an immaculate Acura TL. Minor dent in bumper had been fixed (photos provided) and the car lasted only a few days on the lot before we grabbed it. Turns out, I've known the bodyman who did the work for 20 years. He knows what he's doing. 3 weeks and 800 kms later, no surprises. Great car. I'm a tire kicker for fun. And their prices are good. Good luck haggling because they don't. The prices are pretty much what they are and fair to both parties. Best to drop in to the lot as they sell cars faster than they can keep up with changes on their website.

Great used Car lot ! They will go the extra step to ensure their vehicles have been properly inspected and are in great condition. They are honest and will support you if your car needs any maintenance down the road. I bought a Subaru from them for a great price and was greatly pleased on how they assisted me in the process. They also helped me when I had a maintenance issue with my car even though it was my own fault. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Overall, my experience with Dan and Jeff (who also runs On Track Auto Sales in this lot) was very pleasant. I normally steer clear of used and new car lots, because the idea of someone making money off the vehicle I'm buying troubles me. I've always felt that buying private is a better option for an informed buyer. However, these guys have a pretty good system set up and have paperwork and ICBC approved inspection forms for all their vehicles. I originally came across an ad online for the exact vehicle I wanted, from Dan here at Shaleridge. I got a good vibe from him when I went to check it out. It was a Tacoma and anyone who has ever been interested in those knows they sell pretty quick, so I didn't commit quick enough to get that one. Dan genuinely felt bad about me missing out on it, and offered me a great deal on a very similar vehicle which fit my budget and the timeframe I needed to have a truck in to get up to work in AB. There ended up being a very minor issue with the vehicle that I found a couple days after taking it home. Dan and Jeff hooked me up with a shop and had it fixed free of charge that day. I've had the truck a couple weeks now and still feel that I got an excellent deal on it. To sum it up, I don't feel like it's every day that I come across businesses that operate with full integrity. Buying a used vehicle is always a stressful situation for me, but Dan did his best to make it a quick, easy, and stress-free transaction. They even have an ICBC agent who can come in and get your insurance done on the spot, which was very convenient compared to past days of running around to get plates, etc. on a privately purchased used vehicle. I generally don't bother writing reviews unless I think a place is either exceptional or terrible, so there you have it. If you're at all considering purchasing a vehicle you've seen listed with Shaleridge, I recommend going in and giving it a look.

Shaleridge Auto and their staff have been the most incredible people I've had the opportunity to do business with. They had a 2003 Mazda with 77K km and held it for me even though there were people lined up to buy it. Once I purchased it they had the auto insurance adjuster there within half an hour so I was able to drive it right off the lot. A couple months after getting it I rear-ended someone and ICBC wanted to write it off. Not only did they get me the parts I needed, but they got me that parts AT COST. I got a rad support, hood, hood latch, grill for under 400$ and they're hooking me up with an auto-body shop that they trust to do good. Overall I've had a great experience and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I don't think I'll even go anywhere else for used cars and I will only recommend this place. If you're iffy, go here I promise you won't regret it.

Thought it was a great car lot...warranty on used vehicles is a complete joke and waste of money. Both dealer and warranty company are not there to support when things go terribly wrong...do not waste your money on the warranty or trust the seller!!! Do your own thorough homework (which we thought we did!!!)

Purchased a car with 15,000 kms, car required $6,000.00 in repairs to be roadworthy. I had repairs performed by the OEM dealership. This gravel lot dealer tried to make it sound like the damages were somehow my fault. I see a trend where they have tried to blame others in reply to 1 star reviews. Do not purchase a car from them without an independent inspection. No, it's not normal "wear and tear". No, I didn't fill the $2,000 headlights with water before I glued them back together for the insurance repair.
