Not happy we bought a car got it home and found out the salesman lied to us. When I called about the missing parts he said were in the trunk he told me to return for a full refund he would sell it for more. 2.5 hr drive from us to him and all he would do is give us some gas money. Not happy. Told me to get the parts from a wrecking yard. Buyer beware

We purchased a BMW X3 from from S & Z in May 2019 after looking at the website. Called for an appointment and made a trip to inspect the vehicle. We were greeted by a friendly salesperson (Massimo) and shown the car. It was in very good condition and we were provided with a CarFax report with information related to the vehicle. A test drive convinced us this would be our new vehicle along with the three year warranty. Eight months later, in January 2020, the car had a small problem, which was repaired under the warranty. S and Z Auto is recommended to someone looking for a reliable vehicle from a dealer that offers a positive buying experience.

The owner told me coolant in the oil is normal. Tried selling a car with a blown head gasket. It had coolant instead of g12 (which an Audi requires) which was apparently given the okay by his Audi mechanic.... I am an Audi mechanic and I can assure you this is incredibly bad for audis. The owner proceeded to tell me he's been selling cars like this for 14 years and told me to go home in the middle of inspecting it without even a test drive because he didn't think I was ready. Incredibly immature person with no lack of regard for selling vehicles of any value. This is the worst shop I've come across ever. I feel sorry for anyone who has bought a vehicle from here.

An awful showroom that sells bad cars for high prices hiding the codes and get mad at us for taking more than 10 minutes to inspect the car. As soon as they realize that we found some hidden mistakes, they start shouting at us, calling names and unleash some racist jokes. Worst people I've ever seen. No wonder they are father and son. If I could give them zero stars I would! Had nothing but trouble with the cars (yes I bought two... Big mistake!) I got there! Both had problems within 24 hours after purchase. First time the response was adequate. The second time I was told it was my problem. Very rude! Would not recommend!

Found a great car at a great price!! My family needed an suv but I only had so much to spend, and Massmio made it happen. And when we ran into a problem with the shifter 30 days after purchase, he offered to have it fixed at his mechanic, or give us $200 to have it fixed by someone I trust. We bought a Honda CRV from S & Z and are very happy with our purchase. They let us take it to Springfield Automotive to get it checked out. Once the mechanic told us that it was in good shape we were then able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle. We had some issues with getting insurance so they even let us borrow their dealer license plate so that we could take the vehicle home that day. All in all it was a good experience.

My husband and i drove down yesterday to Kelowna go look at a Nissan at S&Z. Our knowledge of cars is very poor. After explaining our needs to Massimo, he recommended us to look for a different vehicle that would fit our needs. He offered us to bring the vehicle over to him in case we do find one so he can look over it for us. We drove around Kelowna for 2 hours and found a couple vehicles , brought them over and he helped us with the right purchase!. We are blown away by the honesty of S&Z auto sales and Massimo. Phoned to ask a simple question- phoned twice. I just want to know the engine model number so I don't have to waste my time driving to Kelowna. It's easy to find!! He's told me twice he will phone back in a couple hours because he's 'too busy'. What kind of car salesman is too busy to sell a damn car? From the reviews on here I doubt you're too busy. Great deflection though.

I have purchased two vehicles from S&Z , and have been very happy with both. The second vehicle I purchased had a problem with the cabin heat that I didn’t notice until a few weeks later. I called and was told no problem we will take care of it, bring it in when you can. They took care of the problem as promising and made sure that I was happy. There is no pressure to buy, and they will look for a specific car if they don’t have one on the lot. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a GOOD used car. Dan

After I bought a Jeep Liberty at S & Z Auto Sales I got an inspection done where I first found out that almost all the fluids were in bad condition and that the Jeep has a fluid leak at the upper side of the engine. The A/C was also not working. Literally the whole A/C system had to be replaced including a part that's not getting built anymore. My mechanic mentioned that it looked like there was a severe impact to the A/C unit to cause that damage and I had to drive the Jeep at temperatures over 45 degrees without A/C and after that it was at the mechanic for several days as one of the parts had to be custom built. My mechanic also asked if the Jeep had been sitting in a field for years before as he has never seen a 2012 with such low KM having so much rust under the body. S & Z Auto Sales assured me it was only a couple of months, but this can’t be true. A couple weeks later I had to replace the muffler heat shield, exhaust muffler and engine heater. I ended up having to pay another almost $3,000 for all the repairs. When I informed S & Z Auto Sales about that situation, he tried to excuse everything and assured me, that he never had any complains from customer (this can’t be true when I see so many one star Google reviews). As well did he blame my mechanic, that he took advantage of me (I had a second opinion). It's convenient for him, selling a vehicle to a young girl with no clue about vehicles and no English as her mother language. It is very unfair and unprofessional to be taking advantage of consumers like this. I would give him zero stars if that would be possible.

Bought a vehicle less than two weeks ago, transmission went on it. Owner saying it's basically our issue because we didn't get the extended warranty, saying that the three month warranty won't cover the issue. Immediately turned it back onto us as overusing the vehicle. Tried highlighting how much of a good price he gave us already, and broke out the profanity when I started questioning his warranty. I believe they knew full well there was more issues with this vehicle, that's why it was a good price. Do not trust what thier "certified mechanics" and "inspection" tell you. Save up your money and go somewhere else and get something that is worth your money. There is no difference buying from this business, as there is buying from some unknown person in a back alley. To think these people wake up and choose this life is horrible.

Needed a quality, low kilometre vehicle at a lower budget...this is the place to come ! Seyer was very helpful and patient and it is so nice to have his autoplan agent come and take care of things so you can just drive away! His vehicles are checked out and he sends you home with warranty so you feel good about your purchase ...will definitely send my friends and family to S & Z !

Please read honest review. Do not buy from this company. I bought a volkswagen and within the first month problems started happening. It needed 5 grand of repairs, as oil was leaking into the engine, the water pump needed to be replaced and many other severe mechanical issues. The VW mechanic actually said there was a part duct taped and they were shocked someone actually would do that. When the owners were confronted they denied everything and refused to cover any costs, or compensate in any way. I was naïve, and was reassured that everything was perfectly fine, that it was a good vehicle, and that it was recently inspected. Many of the good reviews on this company are written by the owners, as well as relatives and friends of the owners. I attached a few receipts that I could find, the check from purchase of the vehicle with the S&Z name on it, and some from Turner VW. There are many many more where that came from, I could request the whole file from Turner Volkswagen if you wanting to see more. BE SMART, please do not let these people fool you, as they fooled me. Do your research.

We had some issues with this place we bought a car from them recently. Found some issues out later after financing went through. 1, the brakes were horrible and was not detected on the test drive. We paid 1600$ for brakes and rotors all around the vehicle and tire rod ends and sway arms. 2. The add and the older salesman both said vehicle is accident free which makes a person wonder. Very well trusted mechanic in our town made us aware that the alignment of the vehicle is out and alignment needed to be fixed. So that was costly as well hood on the vehicle the paint is fading and that was because the hood is probably not the original on this car and a light paint match was done to match the color of the car. I feel that they probably didn't know about an accident prior but from the mechanical review most likely was. I feel that we have been taking for a ride with this company once the knew about the brakes they were quick to offer us a penny on the dollar we had to pay out of pocket. Long story short don’t buy a vehicle from these people unless you get a professional to look car over. Now that we have this large bill for parts and service they won’t answer our emails and our calls are not returned. Working with lawyer be careful. Now that there is contact with them due to this review we are now getting threats to sue us because we are apparently lying about our personal experience. We simply wanted them to pay for the vehicle to be in a good condition when purchased.

Buyer Beware. We bought a 2007 Chevy Silverado and at that time we were told that there was a 90 day warranty and then our extended. 3 weeks and only a few hundred km after buying the truck it started making noises. We thought both sounded to be wheel bearing and drive train. We took it to our regular mechanic and it was wheel bearing and u joint. I called S and Z and he said nothing is covered through him as he previously said and that the extended warranty would likely not cover the wheel bearings. He then went on about how mechanics just want to make money and that we could drive it at least another 10,000 km before wheel bearings would be a safety concern. (Terrible advice) He is less than honest so don’t trust anything he tells you, and don’t rely on the warranty he offers or sells you! We won’t go back or recommend this place to anyone we know.

I would give 0, if I could. I am professional mechanic and I own a shop, we came from Abbotsford with my wife to see the car from this place. Prior on telephone conversation owner was saying that car is very nice, but has a bad tires and he didn’t want to buy tires, nor to give a discount. When we came there, it was total disaster what I’ve seen. Vehicle had rebuild title, I was ok with that, owner told it had rear damage only. Upon inspection appeared that car had front damage as well, replaced all front body parts, missing engine cover, bad hood locks, chipped and fainted hood, pounds of filler on a quarters, poorly painted RED doors on black car - 2013 FORD FUSION. Overall quality of rebuild was extremely POOR. Owner told “i am not a god to know what was wrong with car”. And told that he has no time for us. That was just ridiculous! We just turned out and went away. Stay away from that old crook! He is a liar and scammer. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

They say these vehicles have been professionally looked at by a reliable mechanic. FALSE. Do everyone a favor and shop elsewhere at a more trust worthy and reliable place. Good experience with buying a car here. Massino is friendly and Golf what we bough is all as he said even after thorough inspection in the Volkswagen Dealership. Enjoying it a lot. One thing though with the Volkswagen dealership in PG where this Golf was serviced, they would not let me know any service records, or facts about the car, excusing it by confidentiality with previous owner. Not much advantage of buying newer car serviced at dealer, is it..?! They are great in taking the money though. Kelowna Volkswagen dealer was much more helpful. They informed us about all available info and status of vehicle. Anyway thanks Massino and Seyer, keep doing a great name for your sale company.
