VERY impressed by the professionalism of Gene Russo and his staff. It was a refreshing change to see a auto dealership that treats their customers with respect. They care about selling quality vehicles, and they either make repairs to vehicles they sell, or are honest about any issues that a vehicle may have. Whether you are selling a vehicle on consignment, or purchasing a used vehicle, you can feel confident that you will be treated fairly. I would definitely recommend Russo Auto Sales.

I have bought a few vehicles from Gene and have been treated with nothing but respect and honesty, they provide all service records and Car Fax with each purchase, and go out of their way to help you,, I know when it comes time to get another vehicle I will be purchasing from Gene I also consignend my 2008 GMC Truck there, and got what I wanted for it, no questions asked, It was nice to have them take care of all the looky loos and tire kickers, And they will even do a direct deposit, when you get your cheque . It was nice that I did not have to do anything other than get paid, when the truck sold,, which was very fast,.

Completely disappointed in my experience. I contacted Gary at Russo about the condition of a vehicle that I was very interested in. I was told in an email that "the truck is perfect except for one small dent on the top part of the tailgate". I called Gary to ensure that the truck was really in good shape as I have been lied to before by another used car company. Again, I was told this truck was in excellent shape and to trust his 30 years of experience. I drove 5 hours to come purchase this truck. I do not think I have ever been lied to more. When I got there, I found the following issues with my first 360° walk around: ~A broken fender flare ~The cab side was pushed in and did not line up with the cab ~there was masking tape left on the vehicle when they poorly sprayed over rock chips. In fact the entire bottom of the paint had been poorly painted to cover up the rock chips. They did not even sand it smooth before painting. ~stains in the interior When I told Gary he just wasted my time as I would not have traveled 5 hours (each way) it I had been told the truth, he said sorry and walked back in the office. This was completely unacceptable and I would never purchase from Russo after being treated this way.

Gary was very good to deal with. I was unsure about selling my BMW, I talked with Gary and he explained in great detail on how putting my vehicle on consignment with them works. If my car sold I was guarantee, the price that Gary and I settled on, no matter what the price Russo’s sold my vehicle at. Three weeks later Gary called me to come and pick up my cheque, they sold my BMW to a very happy customer. If you are thinking about selling your vehicle, get Russo Auto Sales to do it on consignment, they take the headache out of a selling your vehicle privately.

Have had my dodge avenger for 1 year, nothing but problems, have had to put a lot of work into it, regular up keep to the car, only to find out, it's a complete lemon... Needs a new motor! $7000.00 cost to fix, minus all the maintenance that's been done to it, my loan is still owing an amount of $8000.00... Pretty upsetting that I am going to get $500.00 to hand this junk into a dealership, add the cost of a new loan for a brand new vehicle, to the $8000.00 still owing.. NOT HAPPY! Wouldnt have even gave the 1 star, but it didnt give me the option to leave it at 0 stars.

My wife and I bought a used vehicle from them. Gary was friendly enough. Brent gave us the impression he wanted us to pay and leave. 4 days after we bought and paid for our car the head gasket went. We had bought the 2 year warranty. We were under the impression that the 30 day/3000 km warranty would cover it. We were never told that warranty and the one we paid for were tied together. We lost the option to extend our warranty after two years. We are still unimpressed about that piece of information not being made clear. We were offered a rental by Brent. We never heard any more about it after we told him we only needed it for two days. The follow up to the issue we experienced wasn't there. It's as if they didn't care. They got their money, the car is gone and ...... We aren't thrilled. I would have given 3 stars, but I sincerely feel it would be misleading. I'm not likely to purchase again from here.
