If only I could give them 10 stars! My car’s lower deflector fell off and I ordered the part from them. The service was very fast and efficient. I came to pick up the part and asked a few questions on how to install it and if I needed anything else. They were super nice and helpful to help me get the right parts and ended up helping me install the deflector. I’m super grateful for their kindness. Keep up the good work!

My only issue I had were the receptionists were a bit rude, zero acknowledgement upon walking in and not knowing where to go. They just looked at me and then continued laughing and talking. I found the right way to go and then after I left, no good bye or thanks for stopping in. Found that to be quite rude. Which is why they get four stars instead of five.

The service manage David did not hesitate to offer me to bring the truck in on short notice and reassured me everything was all good. Retired last year and decided my wife and I needed a new truck to tow our travel trailer. After reading several reviews and a few test drives I decided that the Ford F-150 would best suit our needs. A family friend of ours worked at Orchard Ford for years and he highly recommended them. Met with our salesperson Dan who was excellent. Dan was not pushy or arrogant and was very helpful and overall a very nice person. My wife was particularly impressed with Dan’s pink, flowered sundress and his matching sandals. Came across as very casual as his legs weren’t even shaved. We were totally impressed with the purchase process. There was no haggling over the price and we feel we got a very good deal and a really nice truck they should suit our needs for years to come. Some of Dan’s fashion tips for my wife were very helpful as well. I would highly recommend Orchard Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Sales Management does a bait and switch. Advised me I would get a high trade in price on my truck due to demand in USA. So I ordered a new 2021 expecting a high discount on a year end truck. When it arrived, the trade in price was lower than normal and they would not provide a discount on the new one, which was was already one year old. I question, why buy full price 2021 in a 2022 model year. They weren’t really trying to help me, Ford had limited dealers to only preorders during covid, they could not buy stock for their sales lots. So Orchard got all their current clients to order new trucks promising higher than normal trade in value. Orchard Ford Kelowna wanted inventory, they could careless about long time clients. Moved all my families business to another dealer who doesn’t bait and switch a promised deal.

In 2012 I was looking for a truck to replace my last ride of 12 years. Well here I am 5 years later still in the honeymoon phase of my 5.0, 3.73, HD F150. I tow a 6250# dry weight Timber Ridge and the truck pulls it very well. Not to mention being completely happy with my truck and the purchase experience, the 5 years of service since then have been nothing less than fantastic. Fair price for great work and no inclination to go anywhere else. I have lived in the Kelowna area since 1974 and I used to work at a garage in the late 70's early 80's while attending college. My father was a trusted licensed mechanic in Kelowna from 1974 until about 1994. I feel I can say I speak with experience when I pass my positive experiences with Orchard Ford on to you. I know where my next truck is coming from, and who is going to service it.

Biggest scam in kelowna. Careful, they might charge you $4000 for a wheel warranty on a brand new car. Need a lawyer to decode their fine print to ensure you don't get ripped off. Buy a car from anywhere but here, save yourself the grief. Edit: added a copy of a message I received from staff there after leaving my review.

Booked ahead 10 days to get a new set on winter tires on my newly bought Ford. I arrived for my appointment 10 mins early. I asked how long it would take and was told Dave would come talk to me after he had finished his lunch in a few minutes. 30 mins later my car hasn't moved. Dave hasn't bothered speaking to me, so I go back to the desk to ask about Dave who then tells me that it will be at least another hour because someone put the wrong service date in. He explains there's such a large volume of winter tires to change there will be a delay. I was the only person in the waiting area for over an hour. There is only one vehicle in the service bay and has been for over 45 minutes. After being there 1.25 hours my vehicle still hadn't moved. I took a ride back to work. I am disappointed with Ford. What should have taken 30 mins turned into a full afternoon. My first visit to Ford's service department will probably be my last. Updated. Nov 19 The service manager Anthony? apologized sincerely on my return and gave me a nice discount for my inconvenience. He also spent some time answering some questions about my vehicle. I left feeling better about Ford.

Absolutely Amazing Service Whilst on a weekend visit in lovely Kelowna, after having had to jumpstart my car, and suspecting that the battery had packed in, but not knowing for sure if it was that, I decided to let it be checked out at the Orchard Ford Sales Garage in West Kelowna, and received the best service ever. Tom was the one dealing with my car that day and made me aware that the next 2 or 3 days were ram-packed booked, but he said he would try his best as I still had to travel back to the Lower Mainland that same day, and certainly he did. Not only had I got a diagnosis that it was most likely the battery that had to be changed within a few minutes, I also received a call a few hours later to have it confirmed and to authorize the change, and then had my car back with a new battery in time in the afternoon to still allow me to travel. Big thanks to the Ford Orchard Team, and special thanks to Tom, who made it all possible. If it was for me, he should be given a pay-rise or at least a bonus of some kind for the efforts he made. My Expedition broke down on the Connector resulting in having it towed in to your dealership late on a Saturday afternoon on a long weekend. Your technicians looked at it on Tuesday afternoon trying to ascertain the problem. My Ford edge was not going into park. I had to wiggle the shifter multiple times to engage park. I called Orchard Ford and they got me in the next morning and had it fixed in 2 days. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty package (except the deductible) I bought with the vehicle. So overall I'm very happy.

My son and I have been customers of Phil Johnston at Orchard Ford since moving to Kelowna 4 years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the service that we always receive from Phil and all the staff, but in saying that during our recent search for a new truck as the lease on our F150 was up we decided that we wanted to try a different brand this time, not because of the fault of anyone at Orchard or their products, but just to have a change. Orchard Ford diagnosed our problem with our E250 promptly and determined it was a warranty item. Parts were ordered and when they arrived were installed in good time. Our office always managed to talk to the service representative to get status updates on the repair. If I was to add a 'What I would like to see in the future' note it would be that the parts arrive in a more timely fashion. I believe that would have helped us to get our service vehicle back somewhat quicker. Overall, and as always, the Orchard Ford experience is a positive one.

My explorer came in for a recall and as far as I know everything has been done and car is good with no further concerns. My only negative and the reason I only gave 3 stars is the fact that I had 2 lamps in the trunk of my vehicle that I had picked up on the way to the dealership. In performing the recall procedure one of Ford’s technicians damaged both lamps which are now not salvageable. Although The Ford service manager has offered to cover the cost I paid for them from my boss, but I wouldn’t be able to purchase anything in that quality for the money I paid.

Front end staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful. The service itself was very poor. I have a full service plan, prepaid service at the time of purchase. I have had services done in several places, they all have been thorough, detailed and complete. At Orchard they simply changed the oil and a cabin filter and nothing more. Couldn't tell me about the state of the brakes, because they didn't check. They had the truck from 7 AM til 2 PM and all I got Was an oil and filter change. Not that it is included, but this is also the only Ford dealer that did not provide a court way exterior wash as well. There is another dealer in town, I would go there next time to compare. Maybe this is the best Ford can do here. Really disappointing.

I took my vehicle in to have the PCM reprogrammed for some transmission control issues and to correct the speedometer for my over sized tires. The transmission control issues were solved no problem, but the speedometer was not. They told me it was still wrong by 18% and they couldn't adjust it without knowing my rear axle gear ratio. Did the ford tech not know how to determine a rear end gear ratio? It is a very quick and simple process. Or they could have just called me to find out. When I went in to pick up the truck I told them my gear ratio and asked them to go back in and correct the issue like they should have done in the first place. But they wanted to charge me for more labour to bring the vehicle back in. I was already being charged 2 hours labour just for programming which comes to roughly $350! This price would be fine if the job was complete. I didn't want to pay them for another hour for that small issue so I just paid my bill and left. Someday I will take it elsewhere to get this looked at. The staff were very friendly but the quality of work was less than expected. Prices are very high and things seem to take longer than they should.

I brought my 2020 F150 in cause my windshield washer nozzles were not working properly. Truck is under warranty, I was told that putting winter washer fluid not approved by Ford gelled up the nozzle and is not covered by Ford warranty it was $200 . The service was great but I was shocked that you can’t mix windshield washer fluids together.

I had my truck booked in for the rear differential to be serviced Friday before driving back to Calgary Saturday. I dropped it off today (Thursday) so I wouldn't have to do it first thing in the morning. When dropping it off Jeremy was very quick and efficient I was out in a few minutes. After a bit of an investigation, it would appear that the damage was inadvertent and Orchard Ford offered to replace the window at their expense.
