These guys are amazing. We were visiting from Vancouver with family and our countryman got a flat on Saturday afternoon. By the time we got to the dealership everything else was closed. They pulled out all the stops, called around and when there was noone else they managed to source someone. They found a tyre (it's an older model mini) for us and gave it to us for a discount. All the while they made sure we were comfortable and looked after. It really took us out of a pickle as we had to drive back to Vancouver on Sunday. They did everything in their power to help. Very impressive service, we would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Mini Kelowna. Wife and I dealt with Gustavo, and his team. We found the perfect vehicle, and was treated with a fair trade in value, something other places tend to not do. They also gave our 2yr old son crayons and colouring books with his little meltdown he had on the showroom floor! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Very professional.

My husband and I purchased a 5 door Mini Cooper S this past weekend and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! Lawrence was extremely accomodating as we test drove a few different models and answered all of our questions. It was really nice to buy a car without a high pressure salesperson breathing down our necks! David was great about sitting down with us and going through all the costs associated with the car and Garrett walked us through the financing process quickly and efficiently. They all bent over backwards so that we could take the car home the same day as we are from out of town. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

So I decided to start looking for a mini again. I have shopped online for ever. I decided to go to our local dealer in Kelowna. There I started talking to Gustavo Godeghesi I have to admit I would rather shop online then at a dealership. But Gustavo was fantastic. Made me feel welcome and very easy going.
