I have been looking for a 50th Anniversary Edition Chevy Silverado for a while now. I was surprised to find one at our Lexus dealer and was excited to have a look at the truck. I met with Mariah and we talked about the truck, financing, numbers, etc. The price was already very competitive (I had done my research) and she was very open and transparent about their whole process. Mariah was fantastic, she was so welcoming and truly cared about providing an elite car buying experience. Thanks also to Miranda for all of her great work securing financing and sealing the deal. She's a true professional. It was a busy Saturday, and they were very concerned about the process taking a bit longer than expected, and offered a gift card as an apology. Again, this is Lexus, they do everything very well, customer service, modern and comfortable showroom and customer lounge, etc. It was a long day, but they knew my level of excitement for the truck and made sure that we went home with it that night. If you are looking for a premier quality, highly sought after pre-owned vehicle.. I highly recommend having a look at their inventory. Everyone knows Lexus makes superb vehicles. But I didn't realize, that same level of prestige would transfer to the pre-owned vehicle buying experience as well, I mean.. look at pictures and how they presented the vehicle to us after the deal was done. Lexus of Kelowna.. It just hits different.

My wife and I were driving from Vancouver to Vernon, and started hearing an odd sound coming from our vehicle. We were concerned that there was a mechanical issue with the vehicle and called Lexus of Kelowna since it was the closest Lexus dealership to us. We called and asked if there would be any chance to squeeze us in to have the vehicle assessed. We were instructed that they would be able to fit us in within the hour, and to stop by the dealership as soon as we arrived in Kelowna. We dealt with Sheena and Veronica, who were both spectacular to deal with. They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and diagnosed the issue with our vehicle within minutes. They offered us a solution and assured us that the issue was minor, and could be dealt with definitively upon our return to Vancouver. They had us back on the road in no time. We had an ideal customer service experience. This is how every business should be run. Thank you to both of these superstars!!

Shannon and Amanda were a pleasure as well! My only comment, is that I was supposed to receive a follow up phone call...and I never did. But all around a great experience otherwise!

I've had experience with all different makes of vehicles at different dealerships and have to say that Lexus of Kelowna has been the easiest dealership that I've had the pleasure to do business with. My service advisor, Justin, makes the process smooth and goes above and beyond for his customers (I love the extras at this location, including always asking if I'd like a water or the specialty hot drinks). His attentiveness and efficiency speeds the process whenever my vehicle is due for service. I find that everyone at this dealership really listens to their customers requests and concerns and responds in quick and clear communications. It is not an easy task for an automobile dealership to gain trust however, that is exactly what this dealership has done!

Always had good service , but Veronica takes it too a different level ! She is on top of it ! Listens too customers and goes beyond and delivers , she doesn’t take no for an answer and delivers ! Super sweet , someone you feel you can trust ! Sometimes have my doubts about the mechanical staff ! Had issues in the past , hopefully they will regain my trust eventually ! Only time will tell ! But nobody is perfect and the service department made good on it ! Jason was good too me . But made me have concerns about the level of knowledge in the lower end work , basically mean the rookie stuff !
