my boyfriend bought tires from another place in town a couple months back, one started going flat so we went to kp to get it fixed. randy gave us great service! the tires we were previously sold were completely rotten so they put on two new ones for us and told us to get a refund om the old ones and come back and pay for the new ones. they really cared about our car being safe to drive and were really financially understanding!! excellent service

Great service and help. Repaired a flat tire I had with a quick seal when previously I went around the corner and Kal Tire said it cannot be fixed and they tried to sell me a new set of $800 tires. Very shady from kal tire. These guys here were upfront and helpful.

Randy, thank you for your reply. I was phoning your company among others in town- for my son. Without asking any details of my situation, you said “take your tires to the company you bought them from” There was no “demands for today”. I was simply asking if it was possible. I phoned 3 tire companies in Kelowna, and Randy your response was rude, and unhelpful.- plus a little shocking given your great reviews. The others did ask questions and wanted to help. You see my son bought a car with new (unused winter tires) . We live past Fintry, and he works in Kelowna . Westside Road is terrible in winter which is why we thought studding his tires would give extra safety on his commute . So you know everyone (but your company) was willing to stud his tires next week, once he’s back in Kelowna. Maybe you were having a tough day, hope it got better for you.

My boyfriend had a great experience with his tire situation so I decided to bring my car in, as it would only start when it went down hill in second. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, and even called me about the fob on my keys which had nothing to do with it... Turns out it was was the alarm connection.... Charged me almost 400 dollars. Make sure you know their rates first, may be good for tires but I'm happy it wasn't more complicated... Who know how much more it could have been... And that's not even for parts.

So I spent near 2K on new tires, which was just an ok experience. The older big guy at the front desk was a bully.(after I purchased). Heavy sell on the "free rotation". I went there looking for a "free rotation" they could only get me in 5 weeks out - yes 5 weeks. The short grumpy guy didn't have any interest in trying to assist in any way. I drove down the road to Kal-Tire went to the front desk and they were very busy - BUT they said if you can leave your vehicle with us we can take care of you. Kal-Tire made an effort to help and I didn't give them $2K in business. Absolutely disgusted with KP Tirecraft, which will not see another nickel from my family and possible friends. They don't deserve 1-Star, lowest choice possible. Buyer be Aware!

They didn't have the brand I wanted in stock and I needed new tires on my wife's jeep right away so they recommended another brand that was not only comparable in quality, but also about 35 bucks cheaper per tire. Super fast install: Took 20-25 minutes tops! Service was amazing, best tire place I've been too hands down.

One star is too high a rating for this operation.I went to have my winter tires put on. Came back 45 minutes later only to be told that they had broken the wheel lock on one of the wheels. Was instructed to go to my car dealer and buy a kit needed for repair. How is that suddenly my problem, Tirecraft? You broke it, you take care of fixing it! Having already experienced incompetent service at Kelowna Tirecraft earlier this year (had to return THREE times before a leaking tire was finally fixed) I decided that enough was enough and asked my car dealer to take care of the problem. More than 2 hours of labor and $525 later, I go back to Tirecraft and request that they reimburse me for the expense of having my car dealer fix the problem that Tirecraft created. Tirecraft flat out refused and was rude in the process. Strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this expensive, incompetent, customer hostile business.

While road-tripping through the Okanagan on a Saturday I blew a tire and Randy was the only person from Kamloops to Kelowna who was able to get my tires and they arrived by the time our tow truck was pulling up to the shop. Not only did you get us fixed in no time but you saved the next leg of our trip. A million thanks!

Prior to two years ago, I was perfectly satisfied with their quality of work and prices. I had not been back for two years because I had left all work, including changing tires spring and fall, to the dealer. This spring I went back, and feel ripped off. The price of the change over to summer times had gone from approximately $90 including taxes to $125. But the price they chose to change me bore no relationship to anything posted on their price list. On top of it, they were exceedingly rude when I questioned the magnitude of the price increase. I won't be back; to anyone contemplating going there--even existing customers--I strongly urge you to agree on the price before the work is done.

Got my wheel alignment at KP Tirecraft Kelowna. Bad service .. Stay Away. Immediately the tires had ware called feathering. This is when the tire tread is smooth one way and sharp the other. Called back the next day. They told me it was my tires fault. They did not want to find the problem or correct my alignment. I paid for something not received. They told me I was a problem customer. This is my first time there and I will never return. They robbed me of my alignment money. Bad business ethics. My advice is stay away. Unless you need low quality work and be accused that you are a trouble maker. KP Tire Craft Kelowna wheel alignment is bad news. Do not go there.

KP tire is the only place I will ever take my car. I was literally just parked outside their shop when the owner came outside to inform me I have a flat tire. The shop was closed but they ushered me inside and had the staff stay late to fix my tire. I was in and out in 10 mins. Amazing service! This is also a family business which I love!

If I could rate lower I would, totally tried to scam me. What because I'm a woman they saw dollar signs. My boyfriend had the same thing done on my vehicle 2 times and never a problem. I call to get the same thing done. Oh no we can't do that. They try to get me to buy tires. Go somewhere else.

Called tire craft because we were needing new winter tires. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful. We've now also come in to have the lug nuts tightened and the tires rotated on two different occasions and haven't had to make any additional payments. They also store our tires for a good deal for the year, because we don't have the space. Highly recommend!
