You will be able to see all the feddbacks of people like you who use the products of Kelowna Subaru (Car Concessionaire) in Kelowna (Canada).
Now the business gets a score of 4.1 out of 5 and the score has been calculated on 127 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is really positive, and it's based on a large number of feddbacks, so we can be pretty sure that the score is quite faithful. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are pleased with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Car Concessionaire is classified in the category of Subaru dealer.
Fastest and best quality service I've ever received at a Subaru. Amazing
Always has been a five star experience, whether buying or getting car serviced. Exceptional customer service on all levels.
All of the staff were super cool
We went in because we seen a used Ford Escape that my 17 year old daughter wanted to buy. She had saved her money from working a part time job for 2 summers full time and during school part time. She had a budget in mind and couldn't go over it as she is going to college in the fall. We met and talked with a salesman named Gary, a nice and polite gentleman. We told him what we wanted and what number we couldn't go over. He discussed it with his manager and came back with a number that we feel was a good price for the vehicle. However it was still too much for my daughter's budget. I understand why they wouldn't go lower and we respected that. We left the dealership without a vehicle but feeling that we had a pleasant and happy experience. Thank you Anthony's Subaru and Gary for your willingness to help us!
Friendliest Subaru dealer in BC!
Just stay away from this place specially Kevin Westfall! I dont what is his problem but he is rude and doesnt know how to talk with customer. He can make fun of you and your car while he is looking at your face. He didnt even look at my car and he said 1000$ for trade in! Just stay away from these guys! Lemon stuff too ????
Thank-you for your service! I am from Kamloops and i will never hesitate to drive the extra mile to come to this dealership. I would not hesitate to buy another Subaru if its from Anthony's!
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Anthony's Subaru. Due to the holidays, the expected arrival date got delayed. Anthony and his team helped us out with a courtesy vehicle due to the extended wait. Friendly staff with no high pressure sales. Overall good experience!
Ask for Len, he is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Walking into Anthony's Subaru in Kelowna was like walking into the home of a friend. From Dylan in sales to everone in management, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Going the extra mile seems to be part of the company ethos. It was very refreshing to experience in a car dealership! If you're looking for a new or used vehicle you should definitely check them out!
My family and I have bought a few Suzuki's over the years from Anthonys Subaru and they have always been great to deal with. From the sales staff, to Christina in finance and Wade in the service department, everyone has been great. Would recommend.
Purchased a used Toyota Prius from here. Arranged purchase over emails. When I arrived, there were a few scratches on the car that were not mentioned earlier and were not noted on the inspection. Had Toyota inspect it to be safe, they also found the passenger headlight had some damage and was a bit loose. Overall, I am happy with the car and the service. I arrived close to closing and had some complications with insurance and payment, but they ensured I was taken care of by the end of the day.
Very knowledgeable sales. Courteous, no pressure sales.
We drove up to Kelowna from Vancouver for a vacation after having our oil and transmission fluid changed at a jiffy lube. During our drive up our car made a horrible screeching sound during acceleration and would struggle to maintain speed without an rpm of 5000. We called ahead and drove right into the shop. They found out that jiffy lube had placed an atf in place of the oil filter and while our car was being serviced they gave us a loaner car for free!! Mel in service was a great help and we would suggest her to and Athony's Subaru to anyone.
Always Helpful, Willing to make deals happen. Will be dealing with the in the future if I am looking at buying another Subaru. Cant beat the AWD.
Salesman Rob was wonderful... went the extra mile with Anthony to get me a great deal trading in my 2017 for 2018 ... very pleased with value and new Forester :-))
Anthony, the owners son did not take my serious issue that I had received seriously when I called him afterwards to discuss the matter. Calls were ignored and he even finished the professional conversation I was attempting to have with him by hanging up on me. The rest of this dealership is no better, poorly managed with grumpy and rude staff members. If you take them your vehicle for service, expect them to them to upcharge you for other services, not wash your vehicle when they offer it and overall leave you in a worse situation than when you came in, minus a couple hundred dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Plus what dealership does not have an alignment rack?
I have bought multiple cars here and would certainly recommend them as a place to buy a new or used car.
Jacob Solomon was a Huge help in showing us so many different options. I had a hard time figuring out what would work best for price and year. Should I buy used? Maybe new? I had a lot of questions..Jacob was extremely attentive and helped me find the best value for my situation. Thank you for being so patient with me!LoL. Anthony helped me with my trade and the pricing and I just had a really great time dealing with you guys. Thank you again for being such a quality sales team!
Anthony's Subaru has a great team that will look after you from start to finish. I have been dealing with the same family owned dealership since day one. You won't be disappointed!
Very friendly, low pressure dealership!
Love this place ???? everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my new car
Salesman (Kiley), and financial support manager (Dale), were courteous to a fault and a sincere pleasure to work with, amidst purchasing our 2nd Subaru from Anthony's. Both dealerships (Kelowna and Penticton) boast no pressure staff and respect for our business.
My wife took her Outback to Antony's for a check engine issue. Mel Vigeant, service advisor, was extremely helpful, reassuring and pleasant. Would definitely recommed them to anyone needing service! They are first class.
First time using service department. Had a recall that needed to be fixed. Smooth drop off inside. Comfortable waiting room. Service writer was polite and effective. Answered all my questions
Pushy and I didn't like it
Friendly knowledgable staff who are happy to help. I love our new car the the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!
Me and my wife had a great buying experience with a new Subaru Forester. Christina & Kiley were great to deal with in the initial stages as well as Dale in finance being a great help wrapping up the deal. The entire process was quicker than expected and was very pleasant. No corny / high pressure sales tactics here. We went in with a rough idea of what we wanted, they answered all of our questions, gave us a great offer to walk away with, and on our second visit we drove away with our new vehicle. I will definitely return for another purchase.
Awesome staff, they only sell quality cars here!
Dealing with Anthony's Subaru was an absolute joy. Jo Ann went above and beyond helping me with my financing. All pleasant people, no pushy salesmen. Highly recommended dealership.
Great sales staff, Anthony, Kiley and Dale helped me get into my dream car. I shown great service as soon as I walked through the door, they did everything they could to help me get the car. They are very open with information of the car, and the pricing was phenomenal. Will come back when the time comes for a new car. Highly recommend this subaru dealership. 10/10 experience!!
The worst customer service. Do not visit if you wanted to be treated with respect. I was first sold a car and at the time of payment, the finance guy Dave (forget his last name) spoke to me in such a disgusting manner. I am a new permanent resident in Canada and despite having all the documents and the money I was refused a car. He refused to recognize government and ICBC issued documents and made me appear like a problem customer. Instead of explaining the options I have he kept making up new, fake rules to refuse me a car. Well guess what ? There are more cars and less drivers and you just lost out on a customer and 30 grands thanks to your sick attitude. I bought a car from another dealership. This country is known for equality and for treating everyone with kindness and respect. This dealership is certainly the opposite of that. Too bad this was the first dealership I went to in Canada and had my one and only negative experience here.
I’ve had my Impreza 2018 for a little over a year now, and I’m so happy I went there to buy my first new car. Salesman (Marco) helped me, and I was pleasantly surprised how laid back he was. Not pushy, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Amazing car manufacturing company
Anthony and Kiley were awesome. Super nice guys. Felt very comfortable browsing and test driving vehicles which is very different than other high pressure sales dealerships. Ended up with a new 2017 Impreza Sport with Eyesight. Great cornering, smooth ride and lots of features for a fair price. Highly recommend checking these guys out.
Len and the team at Anthony's was truly phenomenal to work with, from the beginning of discussing the options, right through to delivery. The team was very efficient, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. If you're in the market for a vehicle, this is definitely a place to stop by.
Always a fantastic experience
1 star is generous for this place. Worst customer service experience ever. We spent over 20 grand on a vehicle, apparently this wasn't enough to warrant a minimum effort towards us in any way shape or form. From the namesake Anthony Jr down to the salesman we dealt with, completely rude and condescending towards us at all times. Salesman repeatedly lied to us, gave us false information and was very misinformed about the product he was selling overall. Very arrogant attitude from everyone we dealt with. When we picked up the vehicle we were told it was going to have a full tank of gas, it was at half. An item that was broken in the interior was not fixed. We were also told "My best detailer took care of this car for you". Well your best detailer left crumbs between the seats, dog hair in the back and a leaking chapstick in a door pocket. I would never, ever deal with these guys again, lesson learned. Save yourself the hassle and keep on driving past this place. There are lots of dealerships in town.
Anthony's Subaru has been nothing short of great to my wife and I throughout the process of buying and servicing our vehicles. We purchased our 2014 Subaru Forester XT from them last year, and the entire staff, from the reception to the warranty rep. to the sales agent, were very helpful, and most importantly to us, honest. Throughout the negotiation process we were treated with respect and they made it clear what their margins needed to be, so it was easy to make a deal that pleased both parties without resorting to a hard-nosed approach (I used to negotiate for a living, and in my experience the best outcome is achieved when the stakeholders just lay it all out on the table, without any b.s., and move forward only if the numbers make sense). I should preface all of this with the fact that we had been through an awful experience with Sentes Autogroups Lexus dealership before going to Anthony's. The staff there seemed great, and after working with them for the better part of a week, we were ready to sign on the dotted line for a used Subaru Impreza. In fact, we asked the salesperson if we could put a deposit down to secure the vehicle while we waited to hear back from his service department as to whether or not they would be able to clean the dirty headliner as part of the deal (we said we would proceed regardless, it wasn't a condition but a perk they offered to provide if it wasn't going to cost too much). It should have been suspicious when they wouldn't take our money that evening, but we left in good faith. That was a mistake. The next morning we received a call that they had sold the car. I missed the initial call, but called back about 10 times trying to get a hold of the salesperson, but he was clearly avoiding me. I ended up going down there to see what was going on, and found the salesperson strolling around drinking his coffee and joking with the other staff, and then looking very surprised to see me. After he did, he had me sit and wait while he disappeared for about 10 minutes. When he came back, he sat down beside me and said "James, we're in the business of selling cars. It's gone." No apologies, no compassion, just pure unabashed car dealer greasiness. It turns out they had another party who purchased the car, sight unseen, whom they compelled to do so by shopping us and our deal. We went all the way to the top with our complaints, thinking we just got a shady salesperson, but after having a meeting with one of the owner's of Sentes where we were treated with total disrespect and contempt, we realized what their culture was; money before people. Those guys are a bunch of dirtballs, and I would seriously advise steering clear of their operation(s). Now, all of that said, was Anthony's really that great after the bad taste of wasting a week of time and getting shafted by Sentes? The answer is yes. Again, having spent years negotiating for a living, you learn a thing or two about character. From the top down, Anthony's treated us with the respect a customer (or human, really) deserves. They heard our story from our dealings with Sentes, and eagerly showed us that not all dealerships are created equal. Since buying our car from them, we have had the same great experience with our regular service and maintenance. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner, and they are always pleasant to work with and accommodating of our busy schedules. We now even get our other vehicle serviced with them. When the day eventually comes to get a new vehicle, we will be heading to them first.
Was shopping and my cars warning lights cam on. As I have a Subaru I drove to the dealership down the road. It was a few minutes after 5pm so all the mechanics were gone. A salesman took the time to connect a diagnositic analyzer to my cars computer to quickly determine that the issue was nothing major that couldn't be repaired at a later time. We drove back to Revelstoke with the comfort that we weren't going to break down in the middle of winter. Above and beyond!
Good parts service
The gal in the service department was awesome!! Sorry I forgot her name but she was fantastic with my car needs!!
My wife and I bought our first Subaru here. The staff were amazing to deal with and had everything waiting for us when we arrived to pick up the car.
Sleepy little dealership, no one seemed very excited to sell me a car. Lots of time sitting around waiting.
Went in there 2 years ago with my heart set on a Subaru and the customer service was awful. The salesman didn't seem to think I was a serious customer. Left within 10 minutes and bought a new Hyundai the next day.
Just wanted to give Anthony and his team a huge shout out! I bought my dream STI from them three years ago now and the service and support has been top notch! Keep up the good work!
We are from out of town, and needed our 20,000km servicing before heading back home on the road. We were unable to get in Monday, but we gave ourselves a few days to work with. They accommodated our schedule quite nicely. Their shuttle service was great and picked us up conveniently when needed. The service tech did a great job fine tuning everything and days later we were still noticing things they had done for us, like fixing our back window wiper. I would trust taking my vehicle there anytime.
great service, fast and helpful.
Great subaru dealership!!! Lovely interior design.
Bought a used car - Dylan was great. From the moment we called he was friendly and responsive. One of the best car buying experiences we've had.
Very kind service
This is the only car dealership that I have ever given (5 stars). Had a service appointment to fix an air bag recall. The service department lady came out in the rain to get me because I was 15 minutes early for my scheduled service. Very nice. The shuttle driver was also waiting to take me home. They will continue to get my business and when it’s time to buy a new vehicle it will be here. Thanks again for the great service…
Very good sales staff..with product knowledge. Large selection of cars on the lot to choose from. Long established dealers with a AAA overall rating.
I have had nothing but negative experiences with their sales staff. I have visited this dealership three time in search of a personal vehicle, as well as *tried* to negotiate the purchase of a new vehicle through them and each time, I've been treated as more of an annoyance than anything else. It's as if the sales staff see themselves as too good to be bothered with their customers. I have heard this from many others as well. The more people I mention this to, the more I hear negative stories about this location. I cannot understand this kind of customer service. The products are good, but buy them from other Subaru locations - you will not be treated well at this location. I have heard that the staff in Penticton and Vernon are kinder (though some staff work multiple locations). Do better Subaru. Kelowna is still a small town.
Great staff and services
Quiet friendly place
Living in Kamloops we don’t have a Subaru dealer so I called ahead and ordered a missing air intake snorkel for my pre-owned 2010 Impreza. Wade was very helpful in getting the part ordered and paid for over the phone. We made a trip to Kelowna for the part and tied in some shopping. Gary in parts/service made sure I got the part and was super friendly and helpful. Luckily it was only a couple pins but Gary took the time to bring me into a bay and show me how to install it. Great service and some beautiful vehicles on the lot. Will be back for sure!
I walked in a couple months ago and waited a while to get some service. A older gentalman approached me eventually. I explained I wanted to buy a vehicle asap in cash since I had money saved up. After asking for a test drive he refused...his reasoning was the car didn’t have winter tires on. (Hwy 97 isn’t snow packed). I asked to test drive another wrx or sti and again he said there was nothing, I walked out. My second experience was very recent. I made an appointment for noon and the person never showed up. I waited 40mins until I got up and talked to someone els. The salesman had very little knowledge on wrx and sti. I’ve owed both in the past and I know enough. My father and brother both bought a Subaru from Anthony’s Subaru. They told me some of their good staff left and since then it wasn’t been going well. Even on their end. I love Subaru’s, it’s too bad that the dealership gave me such a hard time. I’ll be switching to Audi or bmw.
Anthony Jr is a class act! Excellent sales guy, but an even better person!
I've had my Forester for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! I was helped with every step of the sales process by the amazing staff and never felt pressured into making a rushed decision. Everyone a dealt with was an absolute pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anthony's Subaru to anyone!
Always friendly and helpful. And never have a line up to wait for service, always a good sign
We dealt with Ken Watters at Kelowna Subaru right from the start and he was exceptional. We appreciated his personal yet professional approach and found his communication excellent. He was a real pleasure to deal with and we'd highly recommend him.
Have had amazing customer service from there service department. Never am issue always willing to listen to my vehicle problems. Love the cars runs like brand new after 8 years. Ended up buying our car from the sales department in Penticton because my wife and I were treated much better down there. They had to ship the car from kelowna to penticton so we could drive it back to kelowna. Sales in kelowna treated us like little kids. Worked out in the end.
Fantastic service and great sales department. I’ve been going to Anthony’s for over 10 years now and have never been let down. Every time we’ve bought a car from them, it’s been an absolute pleasure. No crazy pressure, no BS. The service team is always happy to help and have made excellent recommendations to save me a ton of money from what I wanted to do. Go to Anthony’s and know you’re in good hands!
Service center staff are wonderful, they explain everything very well and make sure you understand what's being done on your vehicle. Was given a loner car without hesitation when they had to keep my vehicle overnight to run diagnostics.
Anthony & his team are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Check them out. You'll be glad you did!
Clean and new building
Len was very helpful with the purchase of a new 19 Ooutback Premiere. However when a an extremely prominent squeaking from the front seat came up only after a few thousand kilometres I was told I have to wait over three weeks to get booked in to take a look. I went in to the dealership to try and get someone to take a look as I drive it everyday and I find the issue unacceptable on an almost brand new top trimmed model. Firstly I was laughed off when I told them this was a well known issue with out Outback owners. A quick google search will show otherwise. I was able to replicate the issue immediately for the service manager who said he would have to look into it and get back to me. I am waiting for two weeks without a word. So far not a great first impression of Subaru of Kelowna.
Couldn't get a salesman to talk to me!
Right from my first contact with this company, I had positive feedback. Kiley (sales) and Joanne (finance) were extremely helpful and went far above what I had expected. The car, is exactly what I wanted. Staff were professional and quick. I highly recommend Anthony's and would buy again.
Always a great experience with the staff at Anthony's!
Great product! Great team! Great service! Thanks for doing what you do!
After a year dealing with this location everything has been exceptional. The sales staff were helpful and did not pressure, the service staff have been absolutely amazing to deal with.
Low presure sales people good selection willing to deal
By far the worst service department I have ever visited for car work. Dropped my car off for an oil change and when I go to pick it up the next morning there was a large crack in the windshield. They preceded to say that it wasn’t their fault and I would be responsible for covering the replacement cost. I took my car to your dealership to have the peace of mind of quality service. Not to have my car broken. The way you guys handled this situation was disgusting. I would never recommend anybody to ever buy or service a car at your dealership again.
I have bought Two new cars from Anthony Subaru and have alway been happy with their level of service. Great dealership and fun to visit.
Very first time went there and was disappointed with manager's attitude. though salesman was very friendly.
I have heard from many in the Kelowna valley after my experience at Anthony's that they are rude and difficult to deal with. Do not buy a car from them, it is worth the drive for the minimal compassion and empathy at literally any other dealer in Canada or the Usa. They do not care about their consumers. Absolutely atrocious service. I have never experienced such lack of caring, or compassion for another human being (and fellow Subaru owner) than I have at Anthony's Subaru in Kelowna. I brought my vehicle in to be rekeyed, not only did they tell me it would be 2 months- they quoted me 360 dollars. I called my hometown shop, who laughed and said it would take 3 minutes and cost 60 dollars. Once I had figured out all the information and was ready to have the key programmed to my car, Stuart of the service department denied me service and told me I would have to get my car towed to the states in order to get it programmed, because it was too much of a headache for him to deal with, despite my having an appointment for said service. Stuart was perfectly happy to cancel my appointment so I would have to get my damaged car towed to a town hundreds of miles away and pay thousands of dollars. I had to physically drive across the city and BEG him to program it to my car (a 5 minute job), lest I pay thousands of dollars and weeks of time to tow my car to another dealership in the states and have it done there. All because you think that the set 60 dollar price for the job is not worth your time? What kind of customer service is willing to cost their customers extra just because they are too lazy or inept to complete a foreign task. I can guarantee that I will emphatically suggest to anyone who will listen that Anthony's Subaru dealership should be avoided at all costs. The management are suffacious and irritable and don't hesitate to relay those negative feelings to the customer. Moreover, the first day I walked into Anthony's I was noticeably avoided by all customer service personnel, salesmen, and anyone else working there for over 10 minutes. If I were shopping for a Subaru I would rather travel to Calgary or Vancouver, or the states because Anthony's will treat you like garbage just because they can. Tisk Anthony's, you do not exemplify what it is to be a Subaru dealer, let alone a Subaru owner. May you one day find your ways and realize the customer is the most important part of a business, until then I hope you fail in a heaping mess with all of my heart. Take care and thanks for treating me like garbage, I know I'm not the only one.
Buy a vehicle anywhere but here. Once they have your money they will not reply to you when you have concerns. They don't follow national Subaru programs and when they service your car, they leave oily mess in the interior. If you can get all communication in writing if you do deal with them.
Warranty work provided quickly and with friendly service.
Great service
My husband and I were interested in a 2017 Subaru STI. We were at the dealership for 45 minutes outside looking at the car we wanted; trying to get a sales person attention. We walked in the building twice and 3 sales people looked at us and refused to help us. We ended up going to Ford and got help within 2 minutes. An STI was my dream car but the fact that the sales people were not busy and refused to help us I will never go to Subaru for anything. Extremely unhelpful staff.
Brought my car here twice. Both times, bad experiences. First time I had two concerns with my car, they said there was no problem, when in fact it ended up being simple repairs. Incompetence. Second time was for a recall. They left my dashboard full of fingerprints. Totally unacceptable!
I am from out of town and was just visiting Kelowna for the weekend when my 2010 WRX ran into some transmission problems late in the day on the Saturday. I got a hold of Anthony's just as they were closing for the weekend and they arranged to have a mechanic meet me on the Sunday (his day off) in order to get my car roadworthy so I could make it back home for work on Monday. They went well out of their way to help an out of towner get home. I would deal with these guys again if I lived in the area.
Great service, friendly staff
Dylan Courville is an incredible sales person. With his help, my choice to buying a new Crosstrek Outdoor was easy. He is very knowledgeable and the staff were great. We are very impressed so far and love our new car. Thank you Kelowna Subaru!! ????
Spent a couple hours with Rob in sales a week ago. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He really takes the time to understand your needs and the best vehicle for you. I highly recommend talking to him.
Made arrangements to trade a vehicle in for a Subaru. The salesman said Anthony wasn’t in that day and would have to approve the trade, despite Anthony walking past the office while he was working on the deal. The trade was approved and an appointment was made to exchange vehicles. A few hours before our appointment we got an email saying the assistant manager had sold the vehicle to someone else. Very disappointing. The other car that we were looking at was $3000 less, had 40k more on the odometer and none of the upgrades that the original car had. I asked for at least the price difference in cash back and the salesman made it seem like he was doing us a favour by taking a car that was 7 years newer with 100k less on the odometer. Shopping for a Subaru anywhere but Anthony’s now.
Very good services
Mel in the service department was incredible. Everyone we encountered here made our recall warranty issue painless. Amazing staff and service. They went above and beyond in every way. So thankful!!
I just purchased my 2nd car with this dealership. The entire process was easy and everyone was great to deal with. I’m really happy with my new vehicle!
Great friendly staff! Highly recommend
Excellent friendly service. Always feel looked after.
Great customer service. Thank you for all your help in getting my new car!
We were sent here from the Subaru Penticton location looking for two different Foresters and told to deal with Gary. Off the bat, friendly enough salesperson. The first Forester on startup started making a sound similar to when a bearing in the water pump is going and will need to be replaced, but the salesperson brushed it off and said it was probably the belt. The vehicle had very high kilometres for a 2013. The second vehicle was just brought in on trade in, overall nice looking vehicle. At the Penticton Subaru, we were told this vehicle was $18,000 but when we got to the Kelowna dealership the vehicle was priced for $20,000 so appears to be a lack of communication. We took it for a test drive with next to no fuel in the tank, the light came on as soon as we pulled out of the dealership. Gary proceeded to tell my father that if we bought the vehicle, we need to replace the tires. In summary, unprofessional, unfriendly, and a lack of knowledge. I can say with confidence that we will never be back.
Great service
Great customer service and all around experience 10/10
Both my brother and I drove all the way down to Kelowna from Vancouver to pick up 2 2016 wrx limited's, one black, one white. Kiley and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we got top trade in for our vehicles. Would recommend the drive because the fun part is driving back in a new car.
Just leased a $40K vehicle from this dealership and need to let people know of several red flags that occurred throughout the deal. 1. I requested~$2000 in accessories. They were all installed before I had been given the make or model of any accessory. It felt like I had no choice in what accessories I was purchasing, instead the salesman was deciding. 2. The leasing office called me during the application process to notify me there is a fraud alert on my SIN and my wife Tiffany's SIN.... My partner's name is Catherine and the SIN numbers didn't match for either of us. They had called the wrong person... I hope my SIN wasn't presented to some random applicant like this. 3. We provided a CC# for a deposit and were refunded the same deposit. Two weeks after picking up the car they are calling me saying I owe them $500 because they forgot to charge the credit card for the deposit. I asked for some service (oil change etc.) in exchange for the deposit to negotiate. The general manager Christina became angered, rude, insulted my character, threatened to send me to collections then hung up on me. I'm baffled at this, easily the least professional conversation I've ever had. Love the car but this experience was an emotional rollercoaster of poop. 4. August 6th update - Received notice from the better business bureau that Kelowna Subaru has failed to respond to their requests to resolve this issue.
Great experience as always!
Was in for a oil change today..such excellent service, peace of mind to know they check everything and have me covered. Also the girl in the service department is hilarious! I needed the laughs today!
Now, that is good service Subaru is a great dealership I will probably never change.
Good service
Awesome service department. They take great care of your car.
Worst dealership in the world I have had such a bad experience here with buying a vehicle I would give 0 stars if I could don’t go here
Phoned today April 21 for a simple oil change for my Subaru Forester and was told it would be 10 days before they could do it. Always have had my car serviced there and it was the "A" service which takes about 1/2 an hour. Needless to say I will get my oil changed somewhere else---poor, poor service! Should also add, when I phoned they didn't answer and I had to leave my number and wait for them to call me back ---had better things to do than wait for them to decide to call me back. Service is accommodating the customer not your business!
All my transactions have been wonderful at the dealership the owner is a nice down to earth easy going guy. Would highly recommend this dealership.
I had a test drive scheduled for a Forester just to get a feel for the vehicle. I made it clear several times I was not there to discuss price, and had hired an auto broker who was going to shop deals for me if I liked the vehicle model. The sales person completely disregarded this and harassed me about the price to the point that I left without even testing the vehicle. All other dealerships I visited were completely accommodating.
Once again they have done it! (this is our 7th Subaru from Anthony's) Kiley was amazing with his knowledge and presentation of our new WRX, the trade value of our late model Crosstrek was more than fair and the business office was quick and efficient! What more can you ask for? They do an awesome job from start to finish! Jordie Dunsmuir Kelowna
Just bought a 2021 Crosstrek here the other day. No pressure-laid back sales, quick trade in appraisal and the lady in financing was wonderful to work with.
Fantastic service! Hands down has one of the best parts guys Ive ever met. They go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy.
I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter and this dealership came through. No pressure, no add ons and no BS. Just honest pricing, respectful discussion, and options presented. Gary Stannel was great, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will be back next time I am in the market.
Helpful staff. Great cars. I've been driving an outback for eight years. My next car will be a Subaru.
We love dealing Anthony's for all our Subaru needs. Kiley is fantastic and the parts department is prompt and courteous.
This is my review after 1 year. I purchased the car(subaru outback ) last year . Mr. Kyle ( the salesman) is very friendly and helpful . My first service (A) after 10k. and after 20k service B was done properly . After service B they vacuumed the car and washed the car . The lady I dealt with at thet service department was very nice PS: My first interaction with Subaru wasn't very good . Once I started to collaborate with Mr. Kyle everything changed.( In good). This review is based on my own experience.
Went to browse for a brz got a great idea of my options and no pressure to buy
Great purchase experience. All function of the various switches was well explained. Our second Subaru from Anthony's. Happy return customer here.
Worked out a trade for a car and scheduled to pick it up on the weekend. Come Saturday I got told my car got sold by the Assistant Manager. They offered me another car that was $3k cheaper, and only $1.5k cash back. Very unprofessional.
The deals are hot and the selection of used vehicles is endless. Definitely check them out when shopping for a vehicle, they have everything !
I held off on writing a review to give them a fair chance but after the sales mgr hanging up on my husband today (and my husband was totally calm when speaking with him) and 3 trips in gas and time from kamloops to kelowna... this has been the worst customer service i have experienced so far ... The sales manager was beyond rude over simply being promised a car detail when we bought our car from there because the car was dirty and there was glue on the exterior of the car...they are not upholding their promise... really sad for a locally owned company especially when we were considering buying a second subaru... won't return at this point
I am shocked at the poor customer service! I went there today after checking online regarding inventory. The fool who met us in the lot did not tell us his name. Laughed when we said we were looking for a vehicle and told us intensity was too limited for me to have look. He acquiesced to “check in the back” and didn’t bother coming back. As a point on line there are approximately 20 of the specific vehicles I was interested in. They really should be shut down as a menace in the community. I’m really very angry about this.
BEWARE, Avoid buying a used vehicle from Anthony’s Subaru. My vehicle had an issue from the day I bought it and I’m told by other dealership techs that it would fail a proper safety inspection. After approaching them a few times, Anthony’s would still not fix it. Even worse, each time they looked at it they gave me a different reason of what was causing the issue. I finally took it to the manufacture dealer to diagnose the problem which was not even what they thought it was.I brought this to their attention and they still wouldn’t fix it.BEWARE
Brought in our Ascent for a warranty repair. They were very easy to deal with and even delivered my car back to me afterwards. Everything was repaired as asked. Always a pleasure dealing with Anthony's. Highly recommend them.
I dealt with Kiley in the purchase of my 2018 Subaru Outback. The sales experience was good up to the point of delivery. When I went to take possession of the car it was damaged. There were multiple scratches on the car and the rear door was dented, gouged, and scraped. They offered to order another vehicle (6 Weeks) or have it repaired. The damage was so bad on the door it required replacement. They suggested they swap the door with a same colour and attempt to remove the other scratches on the vehicle. I told them to go ahead. On inspection a week later, the door replacement was satisfactory however a few scratches and a nick in the bumper remained. I decided to take the car as Kiley said he would follow up with their body shop to see what could be done with the remaining items and get back to me. He hasn't. On another note, the car had a braking vibration in the first few days of driving it. The rotors required resurfacing as they were slightly out of tolerance. How can this be on a brand new vehicle with few km's? Additionally, there is an intermittent vibration in the vehicle. As a first time Subaru owner, Im unimpressed with the dealership and the vehicle quality.
I took my 2012 Outback in for a 60,000 km check and was charged $495.75 for labour. When I commented that the labour rate of $125.00/ hour was high, I was assured that it was the most competitive rate in the valley. After having checked with Subaru dealers in Penticton and Vernon, found their rate to be &115.00 and $114.00 respectively. Also the Toyota dealer in Kelowna charges $110.00 while the VW dealer has a rate of $115.00. When questioned, the managements response was that $125.00 was the average labour rate in this market and they would not consider a rebate. I was also charged an extra $30.00 for a tire rotation which they agreed was an overcharge and would be returned. The management, in my view was not customer friendly. Overall, not a good experience.
Excellent service, kept my costs to a minimum and explained all the details of what they did and what needs to be done. Excellent tire prices and I won't be taking my Subaru anywhere else.
