From the minute I walked in I felt ignored. I was looked at, and snickered at. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a place of business in my life. Was made to feel like I didn't belong. Thank goodness it was a quick in and out, and I was dealing with a sales person from another company. I guess if you don't wear a suit, or dress in the latest trend, you don't rate. I find this to be typical of the Kelowna culture. Would never go back, nor recommend this place to anyone. Much friendlier and welcoming places of business out there.

We were shopping in town today (Saturday) and after a couple of stops we kept hearing a chirping sound in the front end of the Mercedes. We thought a bird was stuck in there and drove over to the dealership to see if they could do anything. Steve said the service shop was closed but tried to flush it out using water from a hose. While doing that, Aaron (mechanic) was driving out after finishing his shift. He asked what was the problem and quickly parked his vehicle to put ours up on the hoist to see what he could do. After removing panels and the front drivers side wheel, he was able to reach in and grab a marmot with the help of Steve and one of the salesmen. Wow! What service! They not only removed the marmot, but also saved its life! Thank you for going the extra mile! Aaron, who was clearly on his way off for the day, took the time to make sure that we were looked after. He also took the time after putting panels back to check that no wires were damaged due to chewing. Thank you Kelowna Mercedes and your wonderful and dedicated staff! An extra thanks to Aaron for the time spent!

He kept me informed on the Pre-Purchase inspection for my Gullwing; provided documentation on all prior servicing; took pictures for me of the vehicle; coordinated with enclosed transportation; and then in a moment of real attention to the customer experience, he took photos of my car being loaded, so I'd feel I was there personally.
