Things I appreciate most in a salesperson are honesty, the ability to laugh and connect as a fellow human, and the ability to sell their product without mud slinging or putting others down. I was overcharged by $13,000 MSRP and sold a $4000 warranty I did not need. I was told by a friend in the car sales industry this information at a later date. As a woman who was approached by this dealership to trade in her vehicle and trusted the salesman to provide me with the best possible price and experience with my trade in; I was disappointed and furious with the discovery of this information. I have purchased 4 vehicles through this dealership. I plan to report them to the Consumer Protection and would advise anyone to go over their contract with a fine tooth comb. Not only did they do this but they lost my winter tires when I had them stored there. They rectified this mishap but not before causing me immense stress from multiple phone calls trying to find the tires. Which they didn’t.

Great team from top to bottom. My wife got a Rio here last year and we were happy with the deal and service so it was only natural I come here. I dealt with Jordan and he went above and beyond for me. They had the car I wanted and he made it work into my budget. When I showed up I locked my keys in my truck and Jordan had his team get them for me before I was back from the test drive! There was a mix up with the insurance people and it didn't look like I'd be able to leave with my new car, guess again! They threw a dealer plate on, let me park my old truck in the lot, and extended the test drive for me until the next morning so I could enjoy my new car! Would recommend to any driver looking for an enjoyable process to getting a new car.

I am a loyal Kia customer and I love their vehicles (I am now on my third), however, I am highly disappointed in the Kelowna Kia service department. Their service department is very slow (often waiting hours for just an oil change). When I’ve had warranty repairs needed, I’ve been told that there is nothing wrong and made to feel like I don’t know what I am talking about. They offer a ‘texting’ feature to arrange for appointments, but they don’t get back to you. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Very unimpressed with the junk vehicle Kelowna Kia sold me. Buying a used vehicle is risky but I thought buying from the dealership they would of done more due diligence checking the quality. Less than 30 days and I have problem after problem. They have also contacted me 3 times desperate for inventory. I think they’re just looking to make sales quick on the little inventory they have. Super disappointed, they’ve lost me as a customer!

I own my Kia Optima for almost 1 year and have been in Kia Dealership in Kelowna 3 times. 2 out of 3 times, I did not receive a proper service from Service department. 1st time, the mechanic didn't pour enough engine oil and I had to buy another 1 liter of engine oil myself from Walmart. The same goes for other liquids under the hood. I also ask them to fix the door hinges due to noise and he put too much oil which made a mess on all doors. 2nd experience was good and the 3rd time, same story again and I had to go back there to top up the fluids under the hood. Considering the gas price is very expensive and I have to drive 1 hour to go and come back to Kia, it is an expense that I don't need to deal with. I put my trust in their mechanics hands and instead, I get a very poor result. It also takes over 1 hour for oil change, I used to work in an oil change shop and it should not take more than 30 minutes.after posting this review, I got a response from Kia to call them and talk to manager. I called twice and the answer was there is only one manager available and he will call you. 1 week later, still waiting for manager to call me. Extremely disappointed at Kia and the poor service and customer service they provide.

I went in for a level 3 oil change and service on my 2016 Kia Soul and it turned into needing breaks ???? all the way around. I was definitely not prepared for that cost BUT the amazing Kia associate was very generous and super kind, he explained how important it was for my breaks to be top notch with winter ❄️ right around the corner, he also said that the condition they are in, if not tended to now that my rotars (sp) can and will be damaged, then the cost for all of it will sky rocket, he offered to take 15% off my entire bill and also threw in new wipers for me, that’s top notch service in my books. I bought my car brand new with 77 km on it and have had ALL my servicing done here at Kelowna Kia.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. keep it up guys ????

I have given only 2 stars because of our terrible experience with one of the Finance Managers, Janessa. She was aggressive, exceptionally rude, and arrogant when finalizing my purchase and then days after when we were dealing with a warranty we wanted to cancel. Jordan Kot from the KOT group did follow up and provided us with an appropriate and understanding response to our concerns and did provide us with a small credit in the service department for our troubles. We were thankful for his humble and respectful demeanor. Kelowna Kia works hard to do things well and make things right, just unfortunate that they have someone who ruined almost the entire experience of purchasing a brand new (and expensive) vehicle for me.

Buying the car was a quick and painless process but after I had the keys it was quite the opposite. I had concerns about the previous maintenance and Wasnt provided information so I got a premature service because I didn’t want my warranty to be void because I couldn’t get answers after about 5 attempts. There was also scratches on my car I didn’t notice prior to the purchase and asked if they could do something they “tried” to buff it with no luck. Promised me a paint pen and an oil change free of charge well that was in May neither have come to fruition. No follow up, nothing.
