Took a flat tire in for service and it was repaired as I waited. Price was fair and service was prompt. While the vehicle was in they noticed I had a coolant leak and they didn’t even charge to repair it because it was simple. Coffee and tea was a nice freebie too

Couldn't find anything readily accessible, but offered to ship in a replacement (though it wouldn't be installed in time). Ended finding a used one for me and put it on so we could limp home! Just all around great people. We had an air bag in our truck break right before we were. To leave on a trip on the long weekend. We called 5 places that couldn't get us in until the next week. James Tirecraft got us in within 1 hour and had it fixed within 2. For $30. I have since started using these guys for brakes and oil changes. Nothing but good things to say.

Went there to replace a Tire on my B-train trailer. Took 4 ever to change the tire. Finally when they finished, i realized it wasnt the good size Tire so they had to restart over. What do you think i should rate this place ?

I need some specialty work done and no one in town would help me, so Napa referred me to these guys and even called them to say I was coming. Andrew knew who I was when I called in. The service was outstanding! I don't have a truck I drive a Fiat 500. They'll fix anything they said. Andrew was very pleasant and so was the rest of the staff Andrew even offered to fix me tea and even set the TV up so the wait wasn't so boring. This is my new auto shop. They also sell a great selection of tires who new? This company shows it appreciates your business.

I bought a 1965 Mustang fastback from the states and tried to get it inspected at a automotive shop in Kelowna only to run into one problem after another. They couldnt find parts, they couldnt get into their CVSE inspection site and it just went on from there for two weeks. Finally I googled inspection places and stumbled onto James truck and trailer. Within one day they fixed some issues, and found parts where as the other place couldnt and my car was on the road. Classic cars may not be their speciality but they treated me fair and worked and communicated efficiently. Thanks again! highly recommended

Bill quoted me one price, but ended up charging me 3 x what he quoted. Bree told my wife that the tires that were changed off of Ford rim's to Lincoln rim's don't fit...yet somehow she drove away from the store with the tires on the Lincoln rims. Bree also told my wife that they had problems with the tpms sensors...but when I called to enquire why I was being charged so much more than what I was quoted...one of the things Bree said was that the tpms sensors were no problem, in fact they had no problems...except for Bill's memory ????????! This place is a complete joke...they lost a lot of business because they wanted to stiff me. Oh, and for the record...they quoted me $1000 to replace the front rotors and front break pads...i did it myself and it cost me $200 and two hours of my time while working in the rain! This place is a f....ng joke!!!!
