I've gone in to take a look at a few vehicles here, and though I haven't bought it's not because of the service or experience. Salesman and service staff are very polite and friendly, dealership seems to have good policies. I would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. In the area it's definitely one of the more pleasant dealerships to go into.

Buying a car at Harmony Honda turned all my buyers anxiety into exhilaration. I knew it was time to bite the bullet and spend the money. I made a call to check out the 2019 RDX ASpec I saw online. Marco answered the phone and had the car ready to rip upon viewing. He was informative and attentive. Unlike other dealerships I had visited, not once did the staff make me feel pressured or a sense of urgency to make a purchase. Marco was informative about the vehicle and offered me answers to all my questions. The staff are very open and honest and lead me through the buying process promptly while sharing my excitement with me.. it was just a fun time! I would suggest Harmony to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, the customer service, communication and respect went beyond my expectations! Sure car sales-people wana make the sale, but at Harmony it’s evident that their sales team takes pride in fitting their clients into a reliable vehicle that will suit their lifestyle, and budget! Asked them before coming i will come only if it is under warranty. If not i am not willing come. I was told it is under 60,000 kms therefore it is under warranty. And then later on after checking gave me a surprise bill of 130 dollars. Was shocked. Made me pay 130. Such a non sense. Very unhappy.

OMG, what a waste of time and a total exercise in futility. Booked our vehicles in for the summer tyer changerover at Honda in Kelowna. Had an appointment for 2:00pm and, we were asked if we would like to book their shuttle car. We said we would like that. I arrived at 1:30 and the first person told me he couldn’t help me as I was booked with Wolfgang, (who was busy). 15 minutes later Wolfgang came to take my keys and book me in. I told him we had the shuttle booked for 2pm, he said he would let me know when it arrived, he didn’t. At 2:30 my wife asked on the progress of our vehicles and was informed it could take another 90 minutes as it is TYRE changeover season. WE know it is and that is why we booked an appointment. The shuttle car finally arrived at 2:45 and we asked to be taken home (an hour round trip for the driver) because we were so frustrated. Alexa (another service person) was just great, and it was her that informed us the shuttle driver was available. She also assisted the first guy (I didn’t get his name) to locate me on their system so that he could tell me that he couldn’t assist me. Fred the shuttle driver was great and by the time we got home I was feeling more relaxed. Why does this place over book?? Are we the only ones frustrated to be treated so badly by them? If we know it’s tyre changeover time don’t THEY? They are a great example of poor time management and it displays no respect for their customers’ time. In addition when I phoned to book the appointments I was informed that they had increased their storage fees by 20% in January, but we were not informed of this additional charge when they made this decision. Very poor customer service. We never did receive a call to let us know our vehicles were ready, we had to check on line. Jeff the service manager responded within an hour of our original review and we discussed our concerns. He accepted responsibility for and apologized for the inconvenience we experienced yesterday and is looking at what they can do to rectify their procedures so others don't have a similar experience. It felt good to be respected and heard. Thanks Jeff.

Overall I had a great experience at this place. The salesman was new when we were there, and to be honest he was a bit pushy. I didn't feel like he truly listened to what we were saying in terms of follow up (since he kept calling afterwards and kept saying buy this car today) BUT overall, I recognized that he was new and set the boundary. I didn't end up buying a vehicle here, but when I'm ready for a new one I would definitely go back.

We had a lengthy and drawn out experience with Harmony, and I would like to detail it here. We purchased a nice used vehicle, after having received the best value for our trade-in out of many dealerships we visited. John our salesman was very entertaining, and Andrew, despite being the manager, gave us endless amounts of his time as well. We decided after a week that the vehicle we chose was not a perfect fit for us, and we exercised the return policy that Harmony Honda offers. I expected this process to be difficult, but Andrew handled all the complications himself, and again dedicated large amounts of his time to our deal, with no protest whatsoever. We realized how economic and great a value the new CRV is, and my wife and I love our new car more than I would have expected. Its very spacious, and it is quite good on fuel. Daryl was very diligent to handle the new car delivery, and we couldn't be happier. We had a chance to drive it in very snowy conditions, and despite having all season tires, my wife found it very confidence inspiring and stable. We came back to Honda and decided on a beautiful 2019 CRV. The service we received from Wayne Marriott and Colin Frantze was excellent. Wayne was so kind and gracious. Colin showed us exactly what we wanted to see and needed. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and helpful. He followed up and provided timely communications. When we came in to purchase the vehicle he went through every detail and educated us on the aspects we needed to know. Jackie Bridge in financing was super efficient and delightful with wonderful positive energy. The setting up of our insurance was a breeze. Definitely recommend going here even just for a test drive. This is one of the only dealers I checked out, because they have a lot of cars to choose from and they are cheaper than most other dealers in town ontop of all that there are no upfront fees!!

Service personnel suggested I purchase a new battery because mine was testing low, and they asked how old it was. When I told them I bought it last year from the Honda dealer they tested it again, and, low-and-behold, it was fine now; no need for a new one. Ugh. Signage directs Honda service customers into the Acura area, where a service person is waiting to laugh at you for coming to the wrong area.

Hands down the best service experience i've had in Kelowna. Keep in mind, I brought my Subaru to them; not a Honda. I'm a hard customer to please as I worked in dealerships for a couple years and don't put up with any bs. The customer service was excellent with a shuttle both ways and the value was very good. Dropped car off at 8:35 for my 8:40 appointment. Usually service has been good here. Unfortunately, not today. I was told that my car would be ready in 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Returned 2 1/2 hrs later and was informed that the tech had taken my vehicle for a quick drive to check it after emission tune up. He had somehow popped one of my 3 day old winters and I was told that I would need to wait for the tech to put my spare on. My service rep was apologetic, but unfortunately, I had to wait another 45 minutes before I could leave and I would have to return tomorrow so that they could put on a new tire. The next day I called at noon to ensure that they had received the new tire and that they had it ready to put on when I dropped by. When I arrived and explained my situation to the person outside I wasn’t ushered through the line. Instead I was told to get in line and then told to come back in 45 minutes. This service makes me want to ask my friends how their service dept is where they bring their car. This is my second Civic in a row. I’m looking at different cars for my next vehicle.

I bought my first Honda Civic here in 2016 brand new from Stephanie who's no longer there. I chose Harmony because that's where my father purchased and services his car. Great first experience visiting the centre. No pressure sales, no doc fees, a one-stop shop with financing and insurance all in store. Sometimes it can take most of the day, but they've got coffee, bottled water, and Wi-Fi. After a relatively good first experience and continual maintenance on my civic at Harmony, I decided to visit again and buy an older preowned CRV for my spouse. This was the wrong choice and car for a couple that doesn't know much about cars. The salesman this time didn't care. On top of being sold the wrong car, the bulk of the not so good experience came from dealing with the finance lady, Sandy (no longer with them, fired?) who on that day lied about needing warranty to get financing. That day, I came out with a less than satisfactory experience. All this brought us to Quinn (damage control manager), who listened to us and helped us come up with a solution. He was always more than willing to hear me out and make things work. We came in and they offered to buy back the CRV (at a loss, found out the warranty wasn't transferable through dealership) or trade in for a different preowned vehicle. Quinn was super professional and gave us options, no pressure. He made everything right and did everything in his power to offer us a fair price along with extras. Just like his skin, Quinn is the shining light for this company! Although we lost money on our trades (as expected), he made it as fair as possible and took care of us every step of the way. Harmony has gone through changes over the past few years. It is not perfect. No dealership is. However, they do strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want to build back their reputation. You just need to fight for it sometimes..

Harmony’s trade in value offer was tied for the best in Kelowna for a used vehicle or sale to a dealer. We bought elsewhere as our desired vehicle was very hard to come by in the used market and an offer came up we couldn’t refuse on a rare vehicle. Even though we bought elsewhere we would still recommend Harmony.

On July 18th while on vacation I had an issue with my brakes on my Odyssey. I had the vehicle towed to a BCAA service centre as I had AMA coverage. When I called Monday morning I was told they couldn’t look at it until Tuesday. I already was supposed to be back at work, I called around. At 9:00 I called Honda Service explaining the situation. They said if I could get my car in by noon, the could take a look right away. I then had my vehicle towed directly there. While the van was being towed (5km) I called Honda back and gave someone all my information at 9:30. This person knew the car was in the process of being towed and would be there in less than 10 minutes. I then called at 12:17 to see if anything had been done and was told that they didn’t have time yet. I called again at 4:00 and was told the same thing. At this time, I asked what the eta on even looking at my car, as I paid $150 to get the car towed to Honda as I was told they could look at it on Monday. I was put on hold, then transferred from the person answering the service calls to the person in the actual garage. I was then told they had NO RECORD of my vehicle. I explained it was the van with Alberta plates that was brought in at 9:30 in the morning. She said that they were wondering about it, but had no record. She then said they would try to look at it by the end of the day. (Spoiler, they were unable) Tuesday morning, I got a a call at 8:30am saying they took a look and it was fixed in 5 min. The actual people doing the work were fine. The process of getting information from the person answering the phone to the service centre is atrocious. I wasted a day plus $150 in towing fees waiting for them to do nothing. If I had known they wouldn’t look at it at all on the Monday, I could have actually done something with the day. However, I ended up having to wait around all day in the hopes of going home before needing to take another vacation day.

Highly pushy, full of pressure, and somewhat-judgmental sales reps, especially to students like me. Read my fully-detailed experience below. I had a test drive appointment booked with Jordan Schneider on June 2, 2020. As a student looking for his first vehicle, I took the transit to get to Harmony Honda, bringing my small backpack with me. When I first stepped into their lot, I could see from the window one of the sales rep talking to his colleague. He then turned towards me and just glanced at me walking in their lot towards the door. At that moment, I knew I was being somewhat judged like, "what is this guy doing here?" He opened the door for me. No welcomes, no greets or anything. It was me who started the greeting first, "Hi! I have an appointment with Jordan for 2:30 pm. I know I'm early cause I got off work early today." He then offered me anything to drink and I told him I needed the washroom. At least he made an effort to welcome me. I then met Jordan after a small wait I considered negligible. Don't get me wrong, Jordan was a professional sales rep who was doing his job well—more like overly well. The second question after "what vehicle are you looking for" was "how much monthly payment are you looking for". I may be a student but I knew dealership tactics: I never gave him my comfortable monthly payment even when he repeatedly (but subtly) asked for it. I've gone to multiple dealerships in Kelowna and this was the first time a dealership explicitly asked me for my monthly payment. Jordan was also very knowledgeable about the Civics I'd test driven. Even the nitty gritties of all three models of Civic. That being said, he tried to get me emotionally attached to the car by repeatedly asking "how do you like it?" I wanted to get as much financial information as possible in the same day and would spend some time to think about which payment would be perfect for me (plus, need to get parent's confirmation, even though I was planning to pay with my own money). Jordan was pushy like crazy: he literally wanted me to make all of those decisions "overnight". My parents lived abroad and they had +14 hours time difference than where Harmony Honda was. Jordan literally said, "Yeah you can call them now". I said, "but they're probably still sleeping, it's like 7am in my home country". "I mean we can wait in 2 hours and I'm pretty sure they'll be awake since they're busy people". Me: "It's okay I can't be rushed and I need to take some time to think this through" Jordan: "Well you can call them and it's [the decision] is something that can be decided overnight" Both Jordan and Wes kept repeatedly asking me this exactly-worded question, "the numbers look nice right?". Mind you, I've gone to several dealerships and NONE of them asked me how "nice" the numbers looked to me; all they did was to put down the numbers on a piece of paper and gave me time to think and plan my payments, not rushing me to spend my hard-worked $27,000+ within the same day or two. I could tell how Jordan seemed a little upset as I had too much to think about in my head. I am a thinker and I love thinking. He kept asking me what I was thinking and it was quite annoying. I consider myself an introvert and having him asking me questions repeatedly just goes beyond my boundaries. That said, I could also tell that he was trying to be patient with me and kept it calm and cool. I also consider myself a somewhat emotionally-detached, very logical person and I was glad I didn't spend a single penny. I did not put any refundable deposit down. And to my readers: bargain and do your research well, and don't involve your emotions. Math will be your best friend. As a Local Guide, I can take an oath that everything I've written is accurate and truthful. Review was written 5 days following the visit. P.S. I talked to other dealerships about Harmony and one of them said, "yeah, I heard Harmony was very pushy" hahaha.

I came in looking for a part I didn't know the name or part number of and within 2 minutes the deliteful lad behind the counter made me feel very comfortable and even excited to do a chore. I was offered a coffee or other beverage, then had my part ordered right away. I saw a pair of gloves that i was interested and they were taken back to be price checked but the same great guy comes back and hands me them BOTH charge free! Such a friendly staff, turned out they were scraper gloves and I didn't even realize which is even cooler!! Harmony Honda nows how to do business right! I will be recommending to any Honda owner.

My wife and I have bought 2 cars from Harmony Honda and we went there buy our 3rd car from them this 2020 spring... A black manual Civic si or the like is what we wanted, they didn't have any in stock... Left them our info and never heard back. Returned in August, same thing. We were pretty frustrated so when we walked in the door yesterday we asked to speak to the manager. He paired us up with a great salesman (wish I could remember his name) spent over half hour figuring out what we can get and at the end were told they only have 1 left (white) in Canada and are sold out... *sigh*. To top if off they're no longer making coupes. Maybe if they would have contacted us like they were supposed to in the beginning we would be driving a new car from them. We are so mad at this dealership, words can't express how we feel. Told the salesman, "I think Honda just lost 2 loyal customers" and we left.

I went in July to purchase a new vehicle with out a choice as my old vehicle was well on it's way out. I went in and seen Tyler & he was on top of it. He was very pleasant young man who took the time to explain several different options. TYLER then also showed me my options, went over the features thoroughly and encouraged me to take some CRV for a test drive. My heart was set on one Tyler had me test drive actually. I did end up leaving that day due to self conflict making a decision nothing to do with Tyler or Honda. Joke was on me I then quickly returned the next day to have him sell ithe CRV to me. I was being very difficult for price point but to my surprise Honda truly values there costumers and accepted my want with even giving me a trade in value for my old beater. My 03 civic lasted 12 years & only cost me 9k in total from purchasing in 2009 to end 2021 that is cost of repairs, maintenance & winter tires. I most likely could have even made it last longer too. Moral of my review I would highly recommend Tyler at Kelowna Harmony Honda. I truly love my Honda's and really do believe there such great value for your money. Be careful shopping for cars here. I came in to see how much the trade cost for my car, while speaking to sales person they check my credit with out my authorization. I did not go through the process because they will value your car like in a low price and They clearly stated they will not check your credit unless you make a decision. Good thing I have credit monitoring and to find out they check my credit with out my consent. I will not do business to this people and I can’t trust them.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Stephanie Elizabeth. She helped my dad get into the perfect SUV (he was looking to downsize from the van he was driving) at a great price a couple weeks ago. Her service was exceptional and we picked out, test drove, and negotiated a price on a vehicle in less than an hour. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the finance department. We were paying cash for the vehicle and it took an additional THREE HOURS before we got the purchase and transfer papers printed, paid for the vehicle and got insurance. Stephanie ended up taking us over to Acura to get the insurance done because it was taking so long to get things processed at Honda. It's tax season and I'm an accountant, so this extra 3 hours we had to spend at Honda before we could drive away with our new vehicle cost me over $120 in overtime pay, as well as kept a few of my clients who needed to drop things off to me waiting until late in the afternoon when I finally was able to make it into the office. PLEASE hire some additional staff in your finance department, and ones who will stick around for more than a year. I understand there is a high turnover rate in your finance department, and the lady who dealt with our paper work had been working for you for less than a week. Perhaps you could look at hiring internally, and promoting some of the loyal employees who already work for your company into your finance department. Overall I am happy with the service we received at Honda (and my dad was very impressed with how clean your shop was when he got the summer tires put on last week). But something really needs to be done to improve the efficiency of your finance department.

My wife went in for service during the COVID time when people were being laid off from work. This company told her she needed unnecessary work when all that should have been done is a scheduled oil change. Very unprofessional to take advantage of people at such a time. We ended up with a huge bill for replacing the differential oil and filters which is not even needed to ever be replaced in the vehicle (according to the manual). This is a two year old vehicle which is driven around town. I spoke with the service manager and he was not interested in correcting any of their mistakes. BEWARE - they will have you pay them for a lot of unnecessary work. There is limited work that needs to be done to keep your warranty in place for your vehicle - they will give you bad advice. Be sure to confirm that they are only doing the work that you have booked in and is required. I felt completely ripped off here. Unfortunately we now need to go elsewhere to get our servicing done. It was confirmed to me that extended warranty will be valid as long as you use qualified mechanics (with receipts) to do the required servicing. After having paid thousands of dollars for an extended warranty, to be billed over $500 for a completely unnecessary differential oil change is completely unacceptable (when I was expecting to just pay for an oil change).

Edit: it's been well over a month since Harmony "apologized" on here and we still haventh heard from them. We got our car that we bought from them back from the mechanic in town with a bill for $8100. I guess the 120 point inspection doesn't cover the check engine light that came on the next day after we bought it. We took the car back to the service department 3 days after buying it to have them look at the check engine light issue. But by the time I had gotten there the light had turned off and the service worker told me they couldn't read it if the light wasn't on which I found out is not true. It was a couple months later we found out the cam shaft was broken and had been rubbing a hole in the side of the engine for the last few month which leaked all the oil out. And ruined our new to us car. Thanks Harmony Honda for nothing. They also said they would get in touch with someone but they have made zero attempts. No phone calls no voice mails no missed calls no emails nothing. Bought a used car from harmony. After 4 months of having it find out the engine needs to be replaced. Harmony says we are on are own and there is nothing they can do to help.

Yesterday I took my car in for an oil change and winter tire changeover. My tire change is a courtesy as I purchased my tires there but the oil change wasn’t. While waiting for my vehicle I was called in suddenly for for some dental surgery that required medication that had to taken precisely 45 minutes prior to my appointment. I arrived at Harmony to pick up my car and see a couple of people ahead of me and my time was running out to take my medication. I explained this to the gentleman who was checking on the people in the line and asked if we could fast track my checkout. Not only did they do that but I was very surprised to have explained to me that my charges had been waived! You guys rock! I love my Honda Civic and always tell everyone that but I can’t rave enough about the service I get at Harmony Honda too! Thanks again and I was able to my medication on time!

I had a check engine light on. Honda charged me 139.00 to tell me what was wrong. ????. I will not be going back to Honda when my check engine light goes on again. When I phoned another garage to see about getting it fixed there because I didn’t want to pay for another hour of work plus the small part needed they told me they do not charge to run a diagnostic. It seems ridiculous to me!!

I was looking for a SUV from either Honda or Toyota or Kia. I wasn’t sure which one I wanted. Walking into the Honda dealership a sales person by the name of Andrew Harks greeted me and I explained to him what I was looking for. Andrew was always respectful and professional and the right sense of humor for his profession. Despite his efforts I went with another brand of vehicle only because of leg room issues. I purchased $45.000 vehicle from Harmony Honda plus a $2800 extended warranty, 6 month after my purchase we had an issue, went back to harmony to have the issue repaired, the same issue occurred 3 additional times, the last time I complained about it, the service manager said we can't repair it, I was then turned over to the sales manager who said I should just purchase a new vehicle the issue would go away. That option would have cost me and additional $10,000 over the term, no one was the lease bit concerned about me and my issue and for that matter the extra expense I would have to commit to this, I find this extremely un-professional and I would not recommend Harmony Honda to any one locking to purchase a new vehicle. Bought my Honda CR-V just recently at Harmony Honda and dealt with Garry ( Grouch ) Grochowich. Not a grouch at all, quite the opposite! He was not a pushy salesman and made me feel comfortable through the process. I had been to several dealerships at that point and was feeling pretty anxious about dealing with another salesman. The service department is disaster! Two weeks ago My girlfriend took her vehicle there and they gave her a oil change sticker like the old cars. They even don't have enough knowledge about the Honda technology. They give people these stickers to force them to change their oil sooner than the time that they should do. Also, they told her to do the deferential oil change however the maintenance number 6 didn't come up. My girlfriend thought it is a part of service. People who change their oil should be careful that sometimes they don't use enough oil during the oil change. Please check the engine oil after each service. After each service, check everything that they said they checked. Sometimes they just do the paperwork without doing the work. If you have have plan to travel to Vancouver or Calgary, do your services there and don't waste your money and don't trust to Harmony Honda. We have some friends who have Honda vehicles and they have exactly the same opinions. We have plan to call Honda customer service and report that how harmony abuse the customers. Please respect to your time and money and don't waste them there.

What a top notch experience ????. Garry Grochowich took time, care and attention to what is was looking for. As it was quite early in my search for a bucket list sporty zippy small car, I was back to the dealership 3 or 4 times. Test drove Mustang and Mercedes-Benz and watched for inventory changes, After taking the little Beamer out, I was in love with the speed, handling and zip. With a few possible seat issues, Garry arranged a lengthier test drive for me, never once felt pushed just supported to be sure I was making the right decision for me. I left the dealership with a 2018 BMW M240I and a huge smile on face. Loving the rumble. I would also like to thank Greg, a fellow salesperson who always cheerfully acknowledged me when I came in to the dealership if Garry wasn't ready, provided water and chats and always called me by name after our initial meeting. I just bought a Honda pilot touring in December and right away the service department gentlemen helping me named Kevin asked me if I was going to be doing any highway driving. I totally forgot I had a few trips to vernon over the next few days. Kevin had new studded tires and rims ready for install the next day. It was really nice for a lady to be able to go into a service center and not feel intimidated or be talked down too. Disappointed with the Service at Harmony Honda today. 2 weeks ago I made an appointment at Harmony Honda to have my tires switched from Summers to Winters. My winters are on a separate set of rims, so this is a fairly easy job to complete, but I have it done at the dealership so that my tire sensors work. Today I arrived on time for my appointment. I was advised it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the job. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, with no updates on my vehicle. At an hour and a half I went to ask about when the vehicle would be done. At this time I was told they had not even started my service, and it would be another hour. Unfortunately I could not waste another hour sitting around, so I was given back my vehicle with summer tires on it.

Kevan(finance), and Joseph (sales) are AMAZING!! We were going to buy our new Honda CR-V EX in Penticton, and I wasn't pleased with our interactions. The woman in finance only asked Honda Canada to approve us. We waited from 9:30-3:30, no call. After me calling them twice, they finally called back at 4:00 saying we weren't approved. So, I called Harmony Honda, and within 30mins we were pre-approved! We purchased our new vehicle as a result of a car accident, so there was a lot to sort out to be able to finalize the purchase. Kevan kept me informed, answered questions,and came up with solutions via email, and phone calls for over a week! When it was time to go and pick it up I arrived at 5:30 (they close at 6), and Kevan, Joseph, and the insurance broker stayed late to accommodate us. Had an oil change yesterday. Waited 3 weeks for the appointment. Arrived on time to be told the shop was running behind "a little". My oil change would be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. It took 2 hours...2 hours for an oil change !! ?? This is not the first time. Absolutely ridiculous. I go there because they are the dealership but I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. If an appointment is booked there should be no delays.
