I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot a couple weeks ago. Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. We were greeted by the salesman within a couple minutes. My husband told him I wanted to look at a car I saw online. They brought it up to show us right away. We were given the keys and told to take it for a drive. No pressure sales tactics at all and Kyle our salesman was genuinely one of the nicest and easiest going sales person I've ever dealt with. The head honcho Mark is awesome as well???? I would go to them for another vehicle purchase over any other dealership in town hands down. You guys are great!!!

Overpriced. Out 10k after an accident 10 months after buying my BMW from them. Also look at the details before you sign as they moved me from 48 months and $285/month to 60 months and $303/month. I didnt think to look at that because we agreed on the 48 month deal and they called and said I was approved but failed to tell me they changed the terms to make that happen. When I asked one of the managers there about that his response was "well its only a difference of about $15 a month" Ya, when you divide anything by 60 it's going to be a fairly small number. It sill cost me an extra $900 plus the extra interest from the extended term. Will probably never buy anything from them again unless they redeem themselves with me somehow, but I highly doubt that will happen. Oh then they proceeded to send me an email reminder for maintenance 2 months after my car was written off.

Not only did they surprise the heck out of me (someone who has very high standards) they took it to a whole new level. RUN!!! do not buy a vehicle from these people,I have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle they have sold me and when I call or email with a issue they say they will call me back and won't hear back at all,they are great until you walk out the door,I will never recommend anyone to ever buy anything from them cause when you need there help they don't take any blame it's always your fault!! And your issue.so everyone in the auto industry anx anyone looking for a decent car don't waste your time with them!!! Amazing service. Took my car in using a Groupon and they provided me with a oil change, topped off my fluids, washed the exterior of my car, cleaned and vacuumed the inside, and gave me 1 year roadside assistance. While I waited they asked if I needed a ride somewhere or if I would like to just wait in their waiting room, which was very comfortable. After they finished they did a run down of how my car is running including a status update on my breaks %. Amazing service!

Great service over the past 8 years. I love that they wash and clean the inside of our van - this is such a bonus for a busy family with 3 small kids. For our last service they called to let us know the estimate of the cost for the repairs we needed and said they would order some parts but could return them if they weren't 100% necessary yet. I almost bought a Subaru Outback from Elite. The salesman played unprofessional manipulative games trying to get me to up my price, but I had offered a price that was more than fair and knew he'd accept it eventually. He wasted half an hour of our time before agreeing though. I got the vehicle checked out at Anthony's, the nearby Subaru dealer, and their report said it had a leaking head gasket. Elite claimed there was no leak and refused to address the issue, so I canceled the deal. That car is still for sale with a leaking head gasket, which is common on Subarus. Buyer beware. I went back again to look at another car a few months later, and when I was poking around the engine, a hose fell apart in my hand. Any decent mechanical check would have fixed that issue. One bad experience could be random, but two for two is a pattern. I would never go back to Elite. [Repost because my original review was deleted accidentally.]

Love my “new to me” truck! Best purchase of 2020! I was referred to Kyra by a family friend of mine and boy did she delivered! I had been searching for a truck for the last few months (pandemic didn’t help with the bounty, or should I say lack there of used trucks) So, after so many test drives it felt like I just needed the right price and right moment! And voila! Kyra kindly emailed me information on a GMC they had acquired and everything fit my likings and my budget. (Thank you Patience!!) i recently had my vehicle in for serving and as always found the sevice excellant. From the courtesy ride to the office when i dropped my vehicle off, to the helpfullness of all the staff I interacted with. Then when it was found that there was more work than initially thought and parts that needed to be ordered, there was a courtesy car available until my car was ready. And after all that, when I got my car back is was running great again. It was also washed and vacuumed.

I have been going to Elite for both of our vehicles for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service but needed to share how they recently went above an beyond. I was shuttled home by James, a lovely young man who recently started at the garage. I asked how they usually get the rust off of bumpers as my rusty bumper had been bothering me for MONTHS! He gave me a few suggestions that I could try. When I got my truck back I noticed that my bumper GLEAMED! He had asked permission from his boss to take the extra time and effort to clean my bumper and make this busy mom of a toddler extremely happy. He did this of his own initiative. They not only inspected the car, but I also had them perform some maintenance on the items they identified during the inspection. I flew into Kelowna, Elite picked me up at the airport and brought me to their shop. The car was everything they said it was. if there was a zero thats what i would have put for a star!! my experience was not good! my husband and I purchased a 2013 on a sat..by the time the transaction was done we were told it would come back on monday for a tail light and a windshield,whereby i would learn more about the vehicle,we were told they could even bring vehicle to house for me leave it there. i have come to understand that was a lot of smoke and mirrors! we were told it would get in monday,no call till tues night asking if it could be there wed by 9 am,so we complied we didn't bother them with shuttle. as I'm sitting at home @330 now i text salesman saying you told me it would be a couple hours I'm getting it back right? he texted no not till tomorrow,I'm like oh no i have an appointment,so i call my husband as he's leaving town and tell him he says ill call you back,within 2 mins he says get easy someone is coming to get you the cars ready! I'm confused how this changed in 2 min,nonetheless,i walk in looking for car nobody knows anything i fine it, I'm waiting in car i was told the car didn't have text messages received,there also was not another key and no keyless entry,so I'm waiting to ask these questions when a manager comes over to my car and says salesman is busy i say well do you no about cars his reply yes, so he gets in can't figure it,tells me i may have to pay for keyless entry,as nobody can find code,i waited to hear back as I'm a patient person, by monday the next week when i didn't hear back i called looking for a manager giving them the benefit of the doubt, the girl took my info saying the gm would get back to me, well he never did and the salesman contacted me 5 min later telling me to book car into ford to get the factory code for the keyless entry ,don't worry well pay like they were doing the greatest thing ever! never heard from anybody else! This should not have happen,a lot of smoke and mirrors!i was told that testing didn't have the capability for my car, well in me spending my hours on it I got it,so nice try(typical sales)!!I had purchased several vehicles here and was looking to upgrade my daughters in spring,they lost a lifetime of business from us!! terrible from the whole picture!!

Great service, truck washed and vacuumed, and even better was a diagnostic report showing my service rep, technician, and all details of what they did including pictures to support what they were working on is something I’ve never experienced. Love knowing what they did and why - no longer a call stating ‘this needs to be repaired’ but actual pictures showing the wear and tear and replacements needed. We saw the truck online and the pictures were actually true to the condition when we were shown it and went for the test drive. He is so easy to deal with….no high pressure, none whatsoever. After I sent in my inquiry for the Lexus posted on their site, Bert replied within 12 hours. He then explained to me on the phone about the history of the car. He’d always follow up with either a phone call or a text message with any of my requests. Bert is the go-to guy if you ever visit Elite. When my wife and I flew up to Kelowna and finally picked up the car, Bert would spend time explaining all the features of the car to us as if we are buying a brand new vehicle. I have bought many cars over the years…new and used. Bert genuinely looks after his client’s interest. I think he is the best.

I brought my vehicle in to Elite Auto to get a power steering leak fixed sometime ago and they diagnosed it as needing the entire steering rack needing to be replaced because of inner tie rod seals were bad. The quote was for 1300 to do the work. I declined. My neighbor knows alot about cars so we put it up on ramps and he crawled underneath it and found that the pressure hose was covered in power steering oil. I took it to another shop and they honestly doagnosed it a just a leaking hose. They laughed when I told them Elite Auto wanted to change the entire rack. It was just under $150 to fix it all up. I don’t know a lot about cars but sure am glad I got a second opinion.0

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Purchasing was easy. Don't let them sell you their warranty. They slipped it into my contract without asking. Literally zero discussion beforehand. I protested when I noticed the change in price (after I had already signed). The finance lady responded with, "All used vehicles need warranty." Warranty cost me $2,695 and is extremely limited. I had a chance to read the fine print after and I can't imagine a scenario where it could be put to use. Besides all its limitations and red tape there's a $100 deductible on all claims, to a max of $3000 on 3 separate occasions. Don't let them push you around. Save your money and opt out. I've put 7000kms on the truck I've had for 6 months. Wheel bearing went and cost $700. Warranty doesn't cover it. Shifting is getting rough and I'm worried about the transmission but warranty won't cover that either.

We had an unfortunate accident on our way back to Calgary on Thanksgiving, we hit some black ice and before you know it we came to a sudden stop against a rock. My daughter working for a body shop told us it would probably be a right off. We were now in the market for another used vehicle. I took the Monday off work to look around Kelowna for a used GMC or Chevy 2500 diesel truck thinking to myself (Good luck) I checked all the dealers big and small plus the Auction World nothing. I remembered Elite Auto and off I went. I was checking out a couple of F350 and a 3500 GMC when the young salesman Jeremiah came over and asked if he could help me. I'm Looking for a used 2500 GMC or Chev diesel pick up truck. his reply ,you are not going to believe this but we have exactly what you are looking for, a girl could not get the financing this morning so it is back on the lot and I am pretty sure you are going to want it. The next thing I know I am driving it over to my wife's work to show her the truck I was so impressed with. She loved it, I loved it , Perfect. Here is the important stuff!!! On the way back to the dealership Jeremiah was telling me all the things they did to the truck in their shop, Front Brakes, Transmission flush, oil change, changed all the filters and new Winter tires. I have been dealing with a local mechanic in Kelowna for 8 years so I took my new truck in and had him to go over it with the list of all the things Jeremiah said was done and my truck came out with a PERFECT score everything Jeremiah told me was done and I could not be happier.
