Helped my elderly parents buy a car from BC Quality Auto Sales and Payam. The service, professionalism and honesty we saw from the owner, Payam, were top-level all the way through the process. It was a very important decision as my parents are in their 80's and on fixed income.; And Payam was patient and understanding all the way through. Part of my due-dilligence involved asking questions to determine if we were dealing with a person possessed with good faith. And Payam met and exceeded our expectations. I found out he has owned this business for 16 years. This was telling for me. No business could survive that long in a relatively small community if it wasn't doing a lot right for its customers. My parents drove away in a beautiful 2007 Hybrid Lexus SUV with very low kilometers and in beautiful condition. Payam provided a CarFax report for the vehicle and a full service history. I called the dealer (Regency Lexus in Vancouver) who serviced the vehicle for its previous owner, and the service manager not only confirmed all of the vehicle history, he was himself shocked how well serviced this Lexus was. The local Kelowna Lexus dealership told us that it was a "steal" of a deal at that price. Do not hesitate to include BC Quality Auto Sales and Payam on your list of places to check out if you're looking for a used car. Matter of fact, instead of spending countless hours and days combing ads, in future I will make BC Quality Auto Sales my first stop. As others have mentioned, a free warranty is provided for every vehicle, and it's with a very highly regarded insurance company, Lubrico. Peace of mind for sure. VERY IMPRESSIVE BUSINESS AND OWNER!

I have a 2004 Audi Avant 1.8 L that I purchased from Payam 3 summers ago. It's been a great car. In the 3 years of ownership it is what you hope a car would be. - reliable - I initially had the brake rotors resurfaced by a mechanic shop recommended by Payam - new tires that I scored a deal on at Canadian Tire , a couple of lights and 3 synthetic oil changes. I've been to the lower mainland at least 5 times just drove to Edmonton at Thanksgiving round trip. The car has never let me done - ever. 212,000 Km and everything is routine maintenance. Payam is a great guy and will only try to help you out !

I been there once and the service was terrible the owner doesn’t even know how to treat with the customers he said $4200 price on the call including two sets of tires but when we go there he was asking $4500 and even though there was only one set of tires. The owner totally lied about everything and super rude I wouldn’t recommend anybody to visit that dealership I would give rating in (-) to this dealership if there is a option for it. It was the worst experience of my life.

Awesome Place to get a Car! Thank you so much. After shopping around which I was not happy the way other dealership was treating me, I decided to go to BC Quality Auto Sales. I am supper happy of my car. Very honest, kind and you know what you get. Clean inside. I had to go back which I forgot the summer tired and he noticed one of my front light burn out. At no charge he change it. Great service and I strongly recommend him if you want to get a car.

I am very happy with my new (to me) Prius and with the excellent customer service at BC Quality Auto Sales. I drove up to Kelowna from Vancouver twice: once to look at the car and the second time to buy it. Both times, Payam stayed late at the lot and put in extra effort to accommodate the logistics. Although the car came with a recent maintenance inspection, I wanted to get a second opinion. Payam delivered the car to my chosen mechanic while I was on my drive up, and then picked me up from the car rental shop after I dropped off the rental car. The mechanic's report confirmed that everything was in good condition, and the mechanic told me that I had scored an excellent vehicle. Payam gave me a very fair price (worth the drive to Kelowna) and went the extra mile to have a few small parts delivered to me in Vancouver (at his expense), when I noticed a few minor flaws (wiper blades and a few interior items with cosmetic damage). Great price, excellent service, and a car that's just perfect for me.

Just bought a Lexus rx400h here, and was really happy with the vehicle for the quality and price. Service was great and seemed honest.. 10 days later after my daughter was able to shift from park to rear without pressing brakes, causing a lot of damage to the vehicle.. confirmed by a body shop that safety inspection wasn't done properly.. I now realize how important it is to stay away from dealers like these.. Your better off to just buy a vehicle off auction and inspect it yourself than to waste your time and money here.. Yes I am very disappointed

Bought a Subaru 2.5 rs with only 150k km from here years ago, for what seemed like a reasonable price and it came with 6 month warranty. I told the owner that I was interested but would like it inspected, he gave me some papers from an inspection that seemed legit so I was (stupidly) satisfied. I test drove it it seemed to drive fine so I ended up buying it. Fast forward about a week and the car is going through oil faster then gas, the rear end is making some questionable noises amongst other things. I took it into a shop that does warranty work and long story short the motor needed a full rebuild. If I was smart I would have gone after the owner (Payam) for some money for selling me a complete lemon, but stupidly did not.. I have checked out other vehicles at neighboring lots since then and they all seem fairly shady. All of the vehicles that I have gone and looked at from all of there neighboring lots seem to be from either northern bc or out of province (Yukon, Alberta) generally needing thousands of dollars of work from being beat up, and salted (especially the trucks). My recommendation is stay clear of this lot and the other lots in close proximity unless you do your own mechanical work or just like throwing away money, and if you just can't stay away make sure you get an inspection done from a reputable shop. Otherwise stay far away!

Bought a Toyota Matrix about a month ago from Payam. I agree with other reviewers, he is kind and honest with a lot of experience in the business. I was able to test drive the car before purchase at my convenience and the full Carproof was provided. He got the car serviced before purchase and there were no documentation fees and warranty was included in the price. He gets all his cars in the best condition possible before selling. The whole process of purchase, registration and insurance was done smoothly and quickly. I love my car and it has had plenty of compliments! Pyam (hope I spelled that right) has helped me a few times over the years. When I was younger (several years ago) and in a tight spot he hired me to help him so I could afford to buy a car. Not just your average used car dealer, he seems to actually care about his customers.

Bought a car about 2 months ago, a BMW. Payam was very kind, informative and frank - which I appreciated. He did mention that the car had a problem where the check engine light would keep turning on he said he hadn't had it serviced yet by his mechanic, but he would get it done prior to the purchase if I wanted, which we later did. There were no documentation fees and my warranty was included in the advertised price. I am very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend BC Quality Auto Sales.

Horrible scam artist here we bought a Nissan murrano and and after papers signed days it was in a minor accident .we asked about warranty and he said it covers Ac which was no good we found out in a week he used seal leak on it but it was to late .But anyways the Ac is not covered under warranty .A month into it we noticed the transmission was shifting odd so we took it in and they said it had some sort of conditioner in it and there was a reason why but we didn't know why .so we took it else where and they said whoever sold you this car knew very well for a length of time it was going .scam artist please do not shop here horrible person to do this to people I should have packed up and looked else where please do the same .

Had a very poor experience, found out check engine light codes had just been cleared to hide the issues. when i took the vehicle on a test drive the light came on. concerned, i asked the owner about it and he just brushed it off. after this he just cleared the code again. Seems suspect to me. would not recommend
