I purchased a classic vehicle from August Motorcars. My experience with this dealership was outstanding! I didn't have the opportunity to personally see it so I relied on Mike Dawson to send me photos, details and his assessment. He was completely transparent and went out of his way to show any imperfections or blemishes. When the vehicle arrived, it was even better than what was represented to me. Upon inspection of the vehicle, there were a few minor items discovered (30 year old vehicle) I brought this to Mike's attention and they immediately made it right by compensating me to have it taken care of at my own repair shop. Matt August personally followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Being in sales myself, I have rarely encountered this level of care and ethics. I will be a customer for life and be an advocate for this company! Thank you!

After months of searching, I found the perfect car newly advertised by August Luxury Motorcars. I immediately called a sales agent - Matt Muise and had a chat with him to FaceTime the vehicle for me. He said no problem, he will call me when he gets to the dealership in about two hours since it was 7am and he answered the call from home. Long story short, Matt was instrumental in putting together the deal and arranging the shipment of my vehicle to Ontario. Matt took the time to answer all my questions throughout the purchase ... we must have had hundreds of text messages/conversations..I am thoroughly pleased with the service. Call Matt if you're in the market, he goes the extra mile to ensure you're well looked after even if you are 4000km away. I Received the car today and it was exactly as advertised. Excellent service. Excellent dealership.

I’m naturally apprehensive buying anything remotely but August had THE car I wanted and couldn’t resist, it would also be most expensive car I ever purchased. I was put in touch with salesperson Matt Muise. Matt is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. He managed expectations early, didn’t over promise, and put together a deal that was too good to pass up. Brett Rocha their head technician was amazing to work with during the PPI process... honest and transparent and highly-proficient are the words that come to mind. When the car arrived to me it’s drove and looked absolutely perfect. Never once did I receive a, “no it’s not possible” or “that’ll cost extra”... they just did it. I’ve bought and owned many cars in my lifetime and this by far was the best experience, hands down. I highly recommend Matt, Brett and the crew at August Motorcars. They’re rockstars!

Really great down to earth guy who knows exactly what you want and will do everything in his power to make sure you get the car you are looking at as quickly as possible. July 5th I was speaking to a guy named Matt. He informed me he was waiting for the "media team" to get pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Why he couldn't just walk outside and take a picture is a mystery to me. A week later, no contact, no pictures, no nothing. You claim you have a car ton sell, but you cant walk outside to take a few pictures? Id recommend stop being lazy and walk outside and take a few pictures with your phone if you want to sell a car, I get professional photos are nice, but a week for this media team to get pictures? Most people want to buy now if they are asking, not a week later. But after asking around the local area, unless you are spending 6 figures they really dont care about you. Which is unfortunate. Next time there is no pictures of a car listed online for sale and someone asks about it, walk outside, drive to the lot and snap a few quick pics. You could of sold a car. But you couldn't even be bothered to touch base with me or just let me know they are working on getting pictures. Pure silence.

After having heard through the grapevine about the great service department and all round nice people I decided to give August luxury motorcars a try. Worried I might not be welcome with my 2006 323i, as they have amazing supercars there, I was pleasantly surprised what a super group of people I was dealing with..... from the awesome Kathryn at the service desk to really helpful Brett, who I believe is the head of the service techs. Absolutely Incredible !!! Is all I have to say, this was my very first experience with August Luxary Motors. I purchased a Ford Raptor ( Used ) and there were a few small things wrong so I actually reached out to the general Manager Mike Hall literally at 10:30pm at night and within 3 min he responded back to me, he was super professional and can definitely tell is super down to earth, he immediately lined me up with Brett Rocha ( Head tech ) and between the both of them they took incredible care of me. I live in kamloops and what they did was nothing short of amazing ( they had a team Member drive down a courtesy vehicle and swapped me out and took my truck back to Kelowna , they went above and beyond not just making everything right but actually went the Extra mile and replaced things they really didn’t need to as my Raptor had 200,000 km on it. All I can say is I will be referring and supporting this company and all their amazing staff moving forward. What a class act and a true example of how a car dealership should be run. Spenser was so helpful, at no point did he speak about things he didn't know about, but he got the answers to the questions I asked. the negotiating aspect of things was seamless and he genuinely went to bat for me. In December I purchased a vehicle from August Motorcars " sight unseen." Although a bit apprehensive, I put my trust in Matt Muise to provide documentation and photos that accurately represented the vehicles mechanical and cosmetic appearance. Matt arranged shipping and delivery of the vehicle that was smooth and seamless. Shortly after receiving the vehicle ( no extended warranty purchased) a mechanical issue arose. I contacted Matt and without hesitation August Motorcars dealt with the issue going "above and beyond" what was required. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in the past 30 years and I can say without hesitation my experience with August Motorcars has been the best. These guys are the real deal! If you are an out of town buyer, you can trust August Motorcars to deliver and stand behind their products 100%. Thanks again to Matt Muise and his team.

I would give this place a NEGATIVE number if I could. I contacted them back in early December about a used Porsche 911 Targa. The ad said they had run the car through its over 100 point check and it was ready to go. I told them I wanted it sent to the Porsche dealership to have it checked over. The dealership found a LIST of things wrong with it, and August Motors said it would take some time to fix what was wrong with it. Then they said it would take 3-6 weeks to get a vin from Germany for the car to be shipped to the USA. And as I had waited for over 3 weeks, my car that I was selling to Carmax lost $700 on their offer to me. So now today after telling them a month ago that I wasn't paying they charged my credit card $279.43 today, trying to sneak it through. So if this is a company you want to deal with, I would say be VERY careful. Just a few of the things that the Porsche dealership found were 1. Left rear stabilizer bearing torn. 2. Hood struts don't hold. 3. Passenger side door trim detached, and so on, a total of 10 things wrong with a car that their inspection team missed. And they said this car was READY to go!

Terrible experience. Bought a vehicle from these guys less than a month ago, and not even 2 days later I had a problem with it. Was told to come in and it will get fixed, they proceeded to change my oil and figured it would up and go away.. wrong. Continued to beat around the bush and refuse to fix the problem at their cost. Save your money and stay away.

August replaced the clutch on my Maserati Quattroporte as well as a few other fixes. They were very professional and they provided wonderful service. They allowed me to supply my own parts for the replacement and they were very easy to work with. They did a great job of updating me on progress and they even helped me ship it back to Chilliwack where I live. The car is driving and shifting great and I'll certainly see them for more repairs/maintenance in the future. Poor Service. We went in the showroom on a Saturday around 4. There was a staff person behind the desk who looked up at us a few times but didn't acknowledge us. There were sales staff who moved around us trying to to put the ropes around the cars and there were people who looked like staff also walking around. We walked around inside for about 5 minutes, waiting, but no one said anything. We then went around outside and walked around again- nothing. Not even a hello. I don't know why we weren't acknowledged but I can tell you service is everything and I won't be getting my cars here.
