My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of unique. Immediately after purchasing a car from these folks, I ran into some unexpected mechanical issues. Instead of leaving me to fend for myself, Perry stepped in right away and offered to help me get to the bottom of it. While mine was in the shop, he even offered me their courtesy car. After some lengthy diagnosis, mechanics could not find a solution - and Apple Grove agreed to take the car back from me. These gentleman have come by their positive reputation in the community honestly. Vadim is not the is usual used car salesman. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. Car fax and detail was already there to show the details about previous ownership. Very reasonable about the costs. Low doc fee and warranty cost were low. Customer service was excellent. He called when he said he would. He had the car ready when he said. The car was as advertised. The paper down and ready to go. Loving my car! I bought a '98 crv in great condition for what I thought was a fair price. Over 3'000 km later and I still haven't had any issues — no surprises, and I got what I paid for. The Dealership: Vadim was very open about their process and helpful with my questions. I didn't feel rushed (except for the circumstances of other people being interested). As a young first-time car buyer, I felt comfortable with the process and the integrity of the dealership — as opposed to other places I shopped at. My only wish is that they gave me a record of what they serviced. As always when car-buying, do your research and compare prices! But I think it would be difficult to go wrong with this business.

Nothing could have gone better. We flew in from Vancouver Island at night, were handed the keys to the vehicle at the airport and told "see you in the morning". Two weeks later a fairly major defect came to light and the problem was corrected even though Apple Grove had no obligation to do so.

This review comes with the highest regard, the greatest respect, and the best experience we have encountered when purchasing a vehicle. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at this time, but as we were driving by Apple Grove Auto Sales Ltd., my Husband spotted this truck sitting on their lot. He just had to go back and talk to Perry about this truck, to find out what it was all about. When he actually got to see it, he was in absolute awe about it. Perry had told him that the truck was going to be gone the next day. He was so disappointed, he came home and told me about this gem. It was a 2012, Dodge Longhorn, Laramie, It was in absolute perfect condition, inside and out, had all the rings and bells, and very low kilometers. We felt sad that we would not have a chance to purchase it, or at the very least try to. Then we received a call from Perry, saying that he had managed to keep it there, and we could come down and see him. We had a 2008 Buick Enclave, which we really enjoyed, but this truck was truly my Husbands dream. So, Perry worked with us to make this dream come true. Awful place. I bought my first car here and it was beyond a lemon. After driving it for 2 days you could tell they did some sort of quick fix to make it sell-able to a naive first time female buyer like myself (Oil POURING out of the vehicle and such). It got to the point where my father had to call the company and threaten them with serious legal action before they even offered to take the car back and admit any wrong doing. We ended up not perusing legal action and taking it to a scrap yard so that we wouldn't be giving the car back just so they could re-sell it to another unsuspecting victim. Do not purchase anything from them.

I traded in a car and purchased a luxury SUV from Apple Grove in Penticton. Vlad was very honest and professional to deal with, the whole process went extremely smoothly and efficiently. There was zero pressure at all, I felt like I was just checking out a car with a friend. After driving home to Kelowna, I noticed a minor issue (cd player issues). Vlad and the team at Apple Grove dealt with it very professionally, they simply told me to go pick out a replacement stereo(within reason of course) and have the shop quote an installation. I did just that, and Apple Grove was happy to take care of the bill. Customer care and satisfaction are clearly high on their priority list which is a very nice feeling.
