Since purchasing my Jeep back in 2019, I have not had anything but a positive experience dealing with the staff here. If I'm needing in quickly for an oil change, they're on it, if I'm needing warranty work done, they're on it and if I'm purchasing new items for the Jeep, they're on it!! They're friendly and great at what they do here both upstairs on the sale floor and downstairs in the shop!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience. After some not great experiences at 2 other dealerships I decided to try Williamson and we will be back again. From walking in for a test drive to driving away in my 2021 Jeep Rubicon was 25 hours. Nic helped us with buying and getting a great trade on my used vehicle and was so easy to deal with. It was worth the drive to Lindsay for sure.

Recently Bought a 2021 Durango from this location Nov 30th 2021, Its January 6th and they said it would be ready for 11am get there and its not ready and would require a couple more hours after I already pushed work till 12 , Was hoping to have the SUV before Christmas not in the New Year. Now I cant Pick it up Because of Time Management Skills on Their End. At least offer to Deliver it to my location since IT wasn't ready. I wouldn't recommend Using This Dealership If they don't have it on the Lot Ready. The positive part about this experience was the price for the Durango I locked it in during Black Friday Promotion.

There's never a good time to have an alternator failure in your vehicle. Called the service department at 8:45 am and drove my Caravan away at 2:00 pm - with a new alternator. Fast and competent service at a competitive price in a friendly atmosphere. I also had a similar experience with their parts department. Great customer service - highly recommended!

Amazing Service! We had some issues with our Caravan and were really concerned about getting in for service with everything going on. John was able to help us and even though one of the recalls can't be done right now, they dealt with all of our other concerns and are going to follow up. Although I was a little disappointed that a 2017 caravan had trouble of this expense I was quoted a price to repair which I agreed on. They were very timely on the repairs and was well under the original quote. The service Manager John was pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to return for additional repairs.

After losing the key for my Lugnuts, I checked with multiple dealerships to see if they could help. And Kean pottery Not only did this dealership help me out literally the next day and squeeze me in but they also gave me a free car wash coupon and the price was incredibly low. My husband and I purchased a Jeep from Williamson’s last week and it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Nic Peach was an excellent salesman, providing helpful info with no pressure and went above and beyond to bring us 2 vehicles from their Uxbridge location so we could test drive them in Lindsay. Even more impressive, once we selected the vehicle we wanted, they were able to turn it around for us the same day!! The sales manager Jamie even waited at the MTO to make sure they did the plates before they closed for the weekend. Honestly I can’t say enough positive things about these guys and their genuinely excellent customer service. Every person we came across was exceedingly friendly and helpful and made it a pleasure to buy from them. If you’re in the market, check out Williamson’s - you wont be disappointed!!!

My wife and I purchased a used 2011 Dodge Journey from Williamson Chrysler in Lindsay. We called first and spoke with Luke Manley to schedule a viewing. Luke answered all of our questions and provided all details regarding the vehicle. We had a test drive the following day and were encouraged to take it for a good run. We had the vehicle scheduled to be delivered to us after agreeing to purchase. Upon delivery, the Journey was really clean. looked great and had been fully serviced.
