What a great experience. I couldn't figure out something with my car. I pulled in to the dealership and Rob from the service department checked over my car, even hooked it up to the computer to check for codes. Didn't charge me a dime. Hours on website are wrong. Called every phone number on the website and it took me to voicemail hell. No option to speak with sales. No option to speak with service dept. I had to know the name of a person I was trying to reach. I was just trying to get a service call in. Other dealerships around I guess.

As usual, my experience at Lindsay Dodge Chrysler was very positive. In addition to my regular service, my brakes needed servicing. The Technician discussed this with me before hand and then proceeded with the service. Everything was done in a timely manner and with all Covid-19 protocols in place. I get all of my service and warranty checks done at this dealership, and drive up from Toronto each time because they have proven to me how reliable and honest they are. I'm always taken on time for my appointment, and all of the staff are very pleasant to deal with. They never do work that is not needed, and in fact last time I came in expecting to have to replace a part, I was told it wasn't necessary to do so at this time. If the sales staff are as honest and friendly as the service staff, I will definitely be buying my next vehicle here.

Recently went there for my 2016 trailhawk running rough, made an appointment and was looked after promptly. Service manager and mechanic/ technician explained issue precisely, they ordered part and was unable to get till next morning, was told to be there promptly at 7.30. Had car there on time and they had me on my way promptly. Very capable staff, very pleasant and informative technician went out of his way to ease my concerns over the issue Great place

Returning back home from visiting family in area, my 2014 Journey developed a noise thought by myself to be a front wheel bearing....Service rep drove as well and agreed it was in front right...prepared estimate of shell bearing repair which I agreed...This was at 5pm and would be possibly 2 hours to repair....We walked to a local restaurant for a bite of supper....about 45 minutes in I received a phone call that it was a heat shield that had rusted off and was contacting the drive shaft.... The service rep Stated there was no charge and car would be ready in 15 minutes after they washed it...which I didn’t ask for.....Very very impressed with late service hours, friendly staff all around and a free car wash!!

We've had excellent service here on our vehicles in recent years and were not disappointed when it came time to trade. Sales staff were great and made everything so easy, even fun and stress free. And since we recently had a friend seriously injured by a distracted driver we were happy to support their #i pinky swear program to promote awareness. Hats off to Lindsay Dodge and especially Jen, Kat and Wes!!
Service concerns were over looked! Service advisor was pleasent and easy to deal with. Technician did not put forth an effort to diagnose concerns. Engine light came back before making it home. Took a repeat visit to get repaired. Other concerns were not given the attention required such as the coolant leak (mentioned twice) which they told me they could not find. Across town at the other chryler dealer they were able to locate the leak just by presure testing the cooling system. The whole service experience was not bad they did give me a loaner during one repair due to my repeat visit . None the less all the hard work the front line service staff puts forth does not compensate for the mechanics lack of ability or wilinness to put forth an effort to diagnose customers concerns.

Terrible service. Drove over an hour to have them look at my dodge and they didn’t do a thing to any of the stated issue.. “cleared” codes that were just warnings and shouldn’t be ignored. They were very judgemental in person and rate how they treat you due to how rich you look. Seriously thought they were going to at least say what’s wrong with the car rather than just say oh we cleared your codes and we don’t know anything. Will take the car to any local dodge dealers before going here again. Absolutely disgusting experience.

If there was an option for zero stars I'd give it. Went to Lindsay Dodge Chrysler in January because the hood on my van is corroded and bubbling. They took pictures of the the hood to send off to Chrysler because it is a warranty fix. I was told it would take a few weeks for them to hear back from Chrysler on how they wanted to fix the hood (paint or new hood). After not hearing anything for over a month I called back and was told they sent the pictures but still haven't heard back from Chrysler on how they wanted to fix the hood. I was told to give them a few more weeks. Then covid-19 came and I left it. Now it's July and I called back to be told they have resolved all there warranty issues and couldn't find anything about my van. I'd have to come in and get more pictures taken and start over. After getting off the phone with them I called FCA and spoke to someone there who contacted the dealer and confirmed the pictures were never sent. The service counter employee claims he lost the pictures and can't find them and blames covid-19 for the memory loss. My complaint through FCA was submitted and I was put into contact with Williamson Chrysler in Lindsay and am looking forward to dealing with Williamson Chrysler and never dealing with Lindsay Dodge Chrysler again. Horrible experience, terrible customer service at Lindsay Dodge Chrysler.

Amazing service. I've been in for just an oil change and they have given my car back washed. License plate had bubbled and without asking or a charge they installed a protective cover. I have a 2018 f150 that will not be going back to the local dealer I purchased it from and hope lindsay dodge will be happy to perform my routine maintenance.
If there were no stars I would have chosen that option. I absolutely am disgusted and disappointed with the whole experience with this dealer. Brand new truck and has gone in 6 time for repairs and here we are again. This time it wont even start. They said they wont be able to get to it later next week. Not giving us a courtesy car or nothing. Called the head office complaints department and nothing happened. I will be telling everyone I know not to buy dodge especially from this dealer. Some people need to learn how to treat a customer. Way to lose business dodge.

I would have put no stars but it won't let you. I went in for alignment and my vechical came out worse then went in they tried twice and still same.the first time steering wheel was offset to right then second time to the left. They blame the truck but it is funny it went it to the shop and it was straight. My worst experience ever and would not recommend the. For service at.
Worst car sales experience I’ve ever had. During sales process I was told 2 different stories about background of car, was told it came with satellite radio and it didn’t. I was verbally given a 60 day warranty by Allen & Kon at 2 different times for anything going wrong with car, and when I started having issues just before 30 days, I was held off until 2 days after 30 days and was told there was never a 60 day warranty and I’m 2 days past the 30 days. The car cost me $2000 in repairs less than 60 days after purchase. The car had 42,000km when purchased. While driving in the first rain after purchase, I lost control of car on wet roads only to find out my rear tires didn’t pass safety, and I bought car certified. My parking brake didn’t hold for safety, I can drive through it. I had to take car back after 2 weeks because enough oil wasn’t put in engine after oil change. I had to go buy coolant a week after purchase because car was overheating and found zero coolant in resovoir. My exhaust has a huge hole in it that wasn’t disclosed at purchase time, making me wonder if emissions was done. I’ve had to repair the brakes after 6000 km, they failed and my wife and I went through a stop sign. I highly don’t recommend this dealer, they have not helped in any way. They only made our purchase very regrettable.
