I meet Jesse Wright in the parking lot for a few minutes but I was so impressed by him. He is kind, polite and genuine. He made the conversation about me. He asked me if I was going to miss my truck and I told him what a great truck it had been and I have no complaints, which he replied how well I looked after my truck and how clean it was. He also helped me move things from one truck to the other with a great smile and a wonderful attitude. It was nice to be acknowledged! That guy is going places he has manners and class. Josh was very helpful and his continued care after the sale has been second to none. The service team has also been great to deal with. I was disappointed by the sales person I dealt with, I guess he got his commission and that’s all that mattered to him. I know a lot of people which could translate to a lot of commission but I guess he is short sighted. There was no follow through or follow up. Don’t tell me how great you are, show me so I can tell others!

After purchasing 3 vehicles from Lindsay GMC, I will not be a returning customer. While there are some great salespeople to deal with, the trade in appraisal guy is rude and sneaky. After lowballing trade in values, he will print off “comparisons” which are not anywhere like your actual vehicle. For example, another 20-25,000 kms (so basically an extra year of driving) or a completely different model/trim level. I went elsewhere and was able to get the actual black book trade value (another $4,000) which was fair. Watch closely if you’re dealing with this dealership. If they are sneaky with that, it makes you question other areas they cut corners with.

I recently contacted Luke regarding doing some preventive maintenance inside the transfer-case of my H3 (having to do with badly designed shifter forks courtesy of GM). Luke was upfront with me, he explained that at this time his dealership had no technician with the expertise to tackle the job and referred me to another local shop. THAT IS THE BEST THING ANY SHOP could ever do in such a situation; to not engage in teaching yourself the job at the customer's expense! ***** UPDATE - This is more than a year later: Just had some work done regarding the transfer case encoder motor. I could not be happier, bill was less than I expected and all is good. Thank you Luke and Shannon! I can't say enough good about these guys.

We had our SUV fixed here and it was stressful. We originally went in with the vehicle making noise, had a $2000 repair for power steering and the noise didn’t go away. After some conversations with the manager the actual problem was fixed (I believe we split the additional repair cost). The original repair and answer to why the noise didn’t go away was not handled well; the follow up with the manager was helpful but should have been the help we received right away not after making a complaint. Also it seems odd that a dealership in a small town has had 16 5 star reviews in the last week, and all the reviewers have only one review. But I guess you can take from that what you want; maybe everyone in Lindsay loves it here.
