I recently bought my vehicle here, 2013 Ford Escape! So I decided I wanted to go through the dealership and get a remote starter put in my vehicle. I called and I got a price, they told me it would take 3 hours, and it would be $687. I live an hour away. The day of my appointment I drove the hour, sat for 45 minutes thinking they were working on my vehicle. They finally came out and told me the year of my vehicle they needed to completely wire it in instead of a plug and go remote starter and that it would take 6 hours... and the price DOUBLE! I was beyond frustrated...

Had a minor problem with Sync and radio as intermittently did not go on. A quick call to Country Ford Service and I received a quick suggested fix, but a caution that the problem had been recognized and a permanent service fix was available. I was encouraged to bring it in ASAP to confirm diagnosis and get service before warranty expired. It was close. Appointment was made promptly, and I was in and out in the designated time. As I waited, all staff acknowledged my presence and engaged me in friendly conversation. Even learned some new things about my vehicle in casual conversation. Kinda just want to stop in on occasion and say high to these friendly folks. I look forward to regular service visits!

ROB PYPER SERVICE ON 2017 F150 - I had some recall work done with an oil change and check-up and the work done seems to have gone well. Unfortunately the dealer had called me in the morning to suggest some additional work including brake service and I was not available to answer the call. I returned the call twice during the day with no return call and was told when I picked up my truck that the phone in service dept. that the calls were being transferred to, there was no one working that day to answer it. So after leaving the truck from 9;00 am until 4:30pm I will have to return another day to complete the work-this was a Friday. My I suggest that everyone in the dealership knows what phone to transfer incoming service calls to!

Country Ford performed a service on our Ford vehicle which was involved in a recall by Ford Motor Co. I phoned and made the appointment and was given instructions on how and when the vehicle should be brought to the Dealership. I arrived at the service counter and had very good service and they asked if I needed a ride home, I decided to wait as I was told it would be about one hour, the vehicle was repaired and I was driving away in 45 minutes. I was really pleased with my experience.

We have bought two cars from Steve Smith and his teams...always fair and honest ! We live about 100 km. From the dealership but have found their service staff worth the drive. On two past occasions, I took my Ford to a local dealership...for warranty work.. At the local dealership I was told...to stop a drive train noise...I needed tires...new ones still the noise, then it was the brakes..did that and still the noise..they did a couple of other inspections and work...still the noise. They told me to drive it until it breaks !! As a safety concern...I drive the distance to Country Ford the next day...they looked at it...found the small bearing issue, fixed it and I was back on the road home in two hours ..free coffee and wifi too! I spent over $1500 at the other dealer for their make money project giving Ford A bad name. Again last week, I had a major warning light come on indicating immediate service is required and the car kept dropping to idle speed. At the "other dealer" ..five hours later..I was told the cars computer did not record any errors and I need to wait for a break down! Back to Country Ford...within one hour they fixed a sensor issue..apparently the previous issue we had been majically cleared by someone! Country Ford's has a team of knowledgable and honest staff! I brought my 2017 F150 in for an oil changed and also asked for my tires to be rotated... I have a slow air leak in one of my tires rear passenger side and after I asked and paid for my rotation the same tire on the rear passenger side is still leaking so I guess the tires were never rotated very disappointed

Extremely unprofessional. We traded in our vehicle for a Brand new Explorer. Less than a week later they called us up, demanding more money because we didn't include the OEM wheels which we had sold 2 months prior to sale. Also, calling my wife a liar saying it was discussed during the trade in, but it sure helps to have a paper trail (or text message)proving it wasn't discussed at all. Even threatening to take our vehicle away, which greatly upset my wife as we have never bought a new vehicle in our lives. It's a good thing I don't paint everyone with the same brush, because I would never buy another Ford again. Google wouldn't let me post this without clicking on "1" star or else it would have been "0". Still disgusted..

Took my ford ranger in for passenger side airbag recall. The glove box interior was scratched badly. Showed them before I left they said they have the information and would look after it. They never did. Went back week later met with service manager and owner. Both told me I was lying. Service Manger hung up on me as well. They don't like mistakes and stick to what there staff says and customers are liars. Wow terrible experience. And in a small town too. Shame on you and your terrible customer service. Beware when you go there. Take pictures first if you have to go there.

The vehicle I chose took a few days to arrive and Reg B kept me up to date on the progress daily. They take the time to go over all the controls in the vehicle and even offered to assist with any I had difficulty with, to the point of sending a body to the house to help synchronize the garage door opener if required. We purchased our second vehicle from Country Ford and both times experienced the most honest, open and cordial sales experience I have seen in any sales industry. The staff and management clearly lay out the total cost of the vehicle, profit margins and trade value. Due to their small size, they also have less overhead than most other dealerships. They also talk to you like normal people. None of the sales staff have a fake persona, or salesman face on, while they interact with their customers. August 2018 - New faces at the service desk again, this is 3 times in last 10 months, hard to develop a relationship and trust when staff turns over so often, should I be concerned? Got my booking quickly, next day, 8am, great. Asked for the "Works", clean and grease moon roof. Shuttled home, great. They found I needed new brakes, front and back, and rear calliper - fine. Called in afternoon and told they needed to order a calliper, given a loaner, over night, nice. Sat home next day till I called and they told me my car would be ready at 3pm. My fault for waiting around, should have done my errands in loaner, and waited for them to call me. Didn't want to take advantage. Learning experience on my part. When asked about costs, I don't know if they would have looked up my file and seen that I had had Ford brakes replaced there, front 2016 and rear 2017, so pads were under warranty, savings, and that I had credits in the points program, to put against my bill, if I hadn't looked up my file and asked? Overall, I am glad the service is done, not sure how I feel about my experience. Service desk staff were friendly, just don't know how I feel, would hope I didn't get taken advantage of. Fall 2017 - Was surprised by new service manager, seems fine, time will tell. Not very chatty but he is new. Got my appointment quickly at a convienient time for me. Service was quick. Would be nice if they would remind about greasing my moon roof take, I usually do this each time I go, but got thrown off by new face. Also would be nice to know if anything is coming up for my next visit so I could plan ahead if more money is required. Overall no issues.

I worked remotely with Kyle Nelson to find a truck. I'd done some research through Unhaggle and Kyle called me to follow up and see what I thought of the estimated price I'd found. He was awesome - extremely helpful, not at all pushy, excellent communicator. He gave me a great price and undercut the local dealer. Our local guy didn't seem to want to bother putting the time and effort in but Kyle went above and beyond even while delivering a better price. When working remotely he personally delivers the vehicle to your door. It's a pretty sweet set-up. I HIGHLY recommend Kyle.
