My roommate and I own a used smart car we purchased through a private sale in Vancouver. Originally I called to make an appointment for a recall part/parts to be ordered and put in. Service associate said parts would be in next week and they'd give us a call when they're in. Never received a call back..Roommate went to check on status of parts a few weeks later. There was no record of the order ever being placed! Roommate made same appointment months later for recall parts to be ordered in. Associate once again said parts would be in the next week. It's been a month and haven't heard anything. I've never had such poor customer service with an auto dealership! Looks really bad on you.

I just got my second pre-owned vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Kamloops. Being from Alberta it's very important to me to get a vehicle in decent condition to pass the out of provance inspection and both cars have passed the inspection with no issues whatsoever. Communication is also critical in this case as you want to know as much as possible about the vehicle. Norm and Blake, thank you for answering all my questions and provided all information, pictures, and documents I needed. Once again, Thank you Norm for the detailing tips and some elbow grease you had to put to make my Benz looks better! Thank you Black for the personalized video!

Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from here fairly recently, and had an excellent experience during the entire process. Worked with Harry from beginning and he made it super easy for me, especially with it being my first personal vehicle purchase. Really relaxed atmosphere. Even after driving from Vancouver to Kamloops, I'd still say it was worth it. Felt real good getting a good drive in, in my new vehicle too. As for the vehicle itself, it's working excellent, and have had zero issues with it. Provided a Carfax report for me when asked, and were open about some of the more minor (to me) flaws in the vehicle (small tear at a seam in the seat). Very honest individuals. Would recommend.

I am new to the Mercedes Benz brand and purchased a new to me E400 coupe from a dealership in Victoria. I purchased this car on Nov, 12, just before the big storm which wiped out the routes from the lower mainland to the interior of BC. I had chosen to leave my car there as I wanted to get a full set of winter tires on it as I would be driving the Coquihalla on a regular bases. I requested that the Victoria dealership make arrangements for a carrier to bring my car to Kamloops once the new tires were mounted and installed. Once that was completed, I contacted the local dealership to see if they would receive my car from the carrier as they do not deliver to private address. I thought it would be something that they would accommodate as they would be getting a new vehicle to be serviced by them. They informed me, as well as the Victoria dealership that because they did not facilitate the sale of the car they would not receive the car for the couple of hours from delivery to me picking it up. I will not take my new car to them, I will go else where. As a person who always believed that the brand of Mercedes was an honourable one, I have to say that this particular dealership does not live up to that image. My little review will not affect their business but at least I was able to express myself

I have been there a few times for service and they get the job done alright. Customer service is mediocre compare to other mercedes dealers. However, they do not take car washing serious. Every time i get my car back, the interior is never cleaned and the outside has missed spots. Turns out they send their cars to GMC for car washing. I would not trust a mercedes dealership that sends my car to a GMC for anything. I would only go there because they are the only Mercedes Dealership in Kamloops.

Had a Xenon Bulb go out on our SUV. First time taking our vehicle in for service, and was nervous about what it would cost, being a Mercedes Dealership. Price was more than reasonable, and I honestly have to say this is some of the best customer service I have come across at a Dealership/Shop! Tyler was super polite and laid back, explained the cost, had us booked for service, and had the work done quickly! Got the SUV back and they even washed it!

I would like to take the moment to praise the sales staff at Mercedes-Benz Kamloops. I do not regret the drive down from Kelowna for a much superior experience compared to the dealership in Kelowna. Harry went above and beyond to tailor to all of the questions I had regarding the CLA and GLK45. He took the time to give us a wholesome test-drive with both vehicles. I did not notice the typical "Dealer-push" to buy; but rather to support me in my decision making. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle and exceptional customer service

This dealership clearly doesn't operate with sound ethics. I was sold a certified pre-owned vehicle a couple of months ago. Do not fall for the glory that is "star-certified pre-owned" as their 150-point inspection failed to notice that my gasket had split open and has been leaking oil likely long before the car was placed in my hands. I find it hard to believe that neither of their mechanics noticed what I (as well as another Mercedes-Benz dealership) would consider a significant leak. I cannot even describe my disappointment with this dealership. They chose to sell me a lemon, instead of fixing the vehicle prior to its sale or at the VERY least disclose this information. Thankfully, the 17 hour repair will be covered by warranty, but that does not take away from the fact that I was mislead by the seemingly "flawless" inspection process and the constant assurance that this car was in "tip-top" and "mint" condition, when clearly that is the furthest thing from the truth.

Integrity and straightforwardness are the first two things I noticed about this dealership. I went to test drive a vehicle and they noticed a problem with it and let me know prior to arrival. Still working with them on finding the right vehicle and very happy to be dealing with them.

On a three month road trip across the western United States and Canada, my fiancé and I stopped into Mercedes-Benz of Kamloops to make sure all was well with our 2014 Sprinter cargo van (aka our home on wheels). Wow. A great experience again. My wife and I went there for a second service and dealt with Tyler Stuart again. This time he was more amazing than the time before in which we thought he was amazing back then. Everyone at that dealership is friendly and first class. And they are pet friendly so Bentley, our English Bulldog, was made right at home. The only complaint I have is that the cookies and sweet treats in the waiting room are way too good for my waist line. But this level of service reminds me why we pay so much to own a Mercedes and paid $250 for a light bulb for a headlamp. But this group does set itself apart.

Do not go here for repairs under any circumstances. Took my car in as it was jumping RPMs upon starting and they claimed that I needed a new O2 sensory and other various items to fix it. So I paid $1000 to get the work done and still had that same issue. Plus, After getting it fixed I drove away the next morning from my driveway and there was a MASSIVE oil leak from my car and my car was practically empty of oil and I was unknowingly driving around without knowing this the night before. The manager claimed that "it only happens to your brand of vehicle" which was complete lies. I'm appalled that a automotive repair shop would knowingly say my car was good to go but yet a main valve from my car was had a massive oil leak. They didn't even bother to notice it. How arrogant? DO NOT BUY A CAR OR SERVICE ANY VEHICLE HERE. I ended up going to Kaltire and they fixed my oil leak and my car had no issues after that. What a joke!

I have to say I should not be surprised at the service I received at Mercedes Benz Kamloops as it is very similar to my experience with Mercedes Benz Boundary in Burnaby. I originally took my 2010 C Class in for an axel issue. Turns out there was also lots of transmission things going on that also needed to get done and since the garbage warranty I purchased wouldn't pay anything I decided to buy a new car. Norm great, made me feel like I was well taken care of. Found a nice Audi that I liked. Unfortunately there is a very big gap between the sales department and the service department at this location. The car that I purchased seemed to be having an issue with the front airbag sensor (disconnecting randomly, alerting me that there was someone sitting in the front seat when there wasn't). Norm and I had noticed this when we were test driving it and he said to bring it back if it started to be a problem. A week later it started going on and off again. I brought it back to the dealership and they could not pull any codes from it and the service department said that they would "Do some research" and get back to me. A month later and no one had gotten back to me with this "research." Finally, after an angry email I did hear back and they sent me to Das Auto to have it scanned. After taking it there I was told that the car would need to be taken to Audi in Kelowna. I called to have this arranged only to be contacted later by someone from service stating that there was a recall on the vehicle and there was no fix at the moment. So after spending over 30k on a new vehicle the end result is me driving a car that goes "ding ding" every minute. Oh and I can't have a passenger in the front seat as they might die if I am in an accident. In summary, super excited/happy with my purchase right now....not. Like most dealerships they will be super nice to you right up until the moment you drive off the lot.
