I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Mike and Rachel. I went in one day close to closing and talked with Mike and he showed me around the lot as I told him what I was wanting. The KWA crew stayed late and found me what I was looking for. I left feeling excited and like I could trust them before the car even showed up. A couple days later the car arrived and they held it until closing when I could make it in, it was clean and they were very honest the whole time. I bought it on the spot for less than I could find private sale anywhere else. They have taken care of me ever since without a hassle for all servicing and any needs I have. They were honest when I was looking at a car that wasn't suited for me, and gave no pressure at all when I was looking at a car that I was considering buying. Ooh boy..well im being generous here, because unfortunately I have to be the odd one out and say my experience was not exactly "pleasant", although it is an honest review. Mike and Rachel (nice people, won't deny that) just purchased this company shortly before hand, and were in the midst of opening the second location. I ended up doing a trade in that cost me thousands of dollars in repairs shortly after..that Buick was a total lemon since day 1 and left me stranded stalled out on the road multiple times all within a week after purchase, check engine light within a day after purchase, and had to get it towed multiple times which interfered with work..I had to chase and chase and as a last ditch effort threaten to contact the VSA (which I did not) to finally get them to help with the cost of repairs (which they did). No free 3 month warranty or courtesy car (as mentioned by some reviewers), basically just "sorry, you're on your own". After all the money invested, it is sold and gone in perfect running condition, although it is a shame that I had to be the one to get screwed after reading all the positive reviews here and how above and beyond you go for your customers now. That being said though, luckily, I let it simmer down and waited to write a review, and im glad to see the company has grown and that whole experience has maybe helped in how situations are handled from there on out with your customers, so in the end I guess it was a bit of a learning experience for everyone. Even though that whole situation was super stressful at the time, im glad to see you guys are doing well, have built a solid name for yourself and I wish you the best from here on out.

(Review Update). There were a couple things missing with a car I purchased including a jack and tire iron, which KWA kindly provided. They made sure I wasn't disappointed which is awesome. Coupled with good prices, helpful staff, and cool cars, they're THE place to go for a good deal.

KWA has a really great staff. As soon as I walked in the lot Rachel and Amy were really helpful and looked around everywhere for something that matched my wants/needs. I found a car that I really love and they gave me a great deal on it, including warranty. There were a few issues with the vehicle registration but they got it sorted out very quickly and they were all very nice about it. It was a really warm day and they gave me and the people I brought with me freezies and water and were just really attentive. Something about the car didn't work and I realized it about an hour after purchase so I called the store and Rachel promised me they would cover it and they were all in all just really great. Way better than a normal dealership and lovely to deal with.

I would highly recommend KWA. As someone who has worked for dealerships before I was quite hesitant at first but they had the car that I wanted for a really good price so I figured the least I could do was check it out. Mike and Rachel were amazing. They really went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. My car has not had a problem at all and it has been around 8 months since I bought it. I have always been sceptical about buying from a used dealership until I went to KWA! What a great experience! Such a friendly and welcoming staff. Prices are awesome and they have a great warrently you can purchase on top of it all. The car I purchased had a couple minor things to be fixed and they let me take it home that day and they are getting it fixed for me in the city I live in as I don't live in kamloops. Talk about great service!! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from KWA if you are in search of a vehicle, even if you don't live in kamloops it's well worth the drive! Good prices for the most part, but the service was very poor. The lady that approached me was condescending and didn't allow me full access to inspect the vehicle myself. I was told to "just trust there mechanical inspections" which to me was the wrong way to conduct business. There are better used car dealerships in the city, I would look elsewhere.

I bought a 2006 GMC 2500HD truck for my business in the fall of 2009 from Dennis at Autorama. My father has been buying vehicles from Dennis, previously, and when I told my dad that I was in the market for a new vehicle, he immediately sent me to see Dennis. Dennis had exactly what I was looking for, He was fair and honest to a tee right upfront and I was completely comfortable with him right away. I purchased the truck (2006 GMC 2500HD) right away. It was in great condition and I have put this vehicle through the spoils and toils that a construction company dictates. I have managed to put an additional 200,000 plus km's on it and all I have ever had to do with the truck is routine maintenance. I stopped by to show Dennis the truck and how proud I am of it to this day. I would not hesitate to bring my business to Dennis nor have ever hesitated to refer people to him.

I only leave reviews for times when service is above and beyond, this is definitely one(actually 2) of those times, there are not enough words to thank Mike and Rachel for helping me get into not just 1, but 2 cars. Mike not only found me my beautiful summer ride but also found me exactly what I needed for a winter car after my previous one was totalled.
