They have tons of parts but pricing is quite high often, sometimes matching new for old used stuff. I did get a transmission there with warranty and it's been flawless. They even pulled the pan for me so I could inspect it myself which was appreciated.

Website claims they have 3 cars that are the same model as mine. I can plainly see the pictures of the cars with the parts I am trying to source and when I send an email asking for a price they say they have no stock. Also the chat feature on the website times out so you can't talk to anyone there in the middle of the day. Don't believe any search results from their website they don't have stock.

Needed a hood hinge for my 01 Grand Vitara. It's an inexpensive part, so nobody that had one wanted to send a man out for a half hour to wrestle off the part that they would sell for $20. It was a Friday and I desperately needed the hood fixed for the weekend which involved highway travel. Robyn ended up leaving the counter and coming out to remove the part himself (in the cold and snow) because his guys were all tied up with more important stuff. Over and above the call of duty and much appreciated. I live in Kamloops and have always used them a lot. They have a robust inventory and an organized team. Hasn't been the cheapest in every case, but all things considered they're always my first call.

Have delt with this place for 25 years with mixed results. They usually have the part I am looking for but the pricing is rediculous. The last part I wanted, a rear differential assembly was tripple all the other auto wreckers in BC. Went to Kelowna and saved $400 even after fuel and lunch. If you are desperate and just need to get going again, they probably have what you need. If you're not in a rush, shop elsewhere.

Was from out of town and needed simple rear door lock and handle..literally a 10 minute job to take off refused to do it said they were too busy..left town empty handed..not to mention the prices were high but I was desperate..i would walk on broken glass before I ever go there again

On the May long weekend I needed to do a quick stop on the holiday Sunday to pickup an engine, while travelling north. Lorne went out of his way to leave it for me to pickup after hours. On top of having the best price from northern Alberta to the west coast he went in after hours to make it happen. They crammed all week to have it pulled on time as well. Had all the parts I needed and Robin was great to deal with. Definitely asking full retail on parts but the selection and service was worth it. Showed up traveling through town late in the afternoon on a Friday, the guys pulled all the parts I needed anyways and was able to keep on going up the road. Would recommend this place, but know that they aren't giving parts away for free!

Posting for a friend, ordered a part for a truck me and a friend were putting back together. Parts guy was awesome, found me the exact part I needed. Found out the part was defective from water damage and asked for a return or a replacement. Part was not available for replacement due to the fact it is a rare part. Robyn the guy that was taking care of the return, told me to mail back the part, I did. Then he decides to call the dealership where I got the part install and they told me it had water damage.Trying to avoid returning my money when he said he would.Then telling me that I am trying to return a part that wasn't theres.Called so many times that I can't even keep count.No calls returned.Left msgs nothing.HE KEPT THE PART AND MY MONEY! ($240) Robyn has the WORST customer service skills.

Been doing business for over 35 years when the original proprietor Merv and I we’re dealing on used parts when I was managing a dealership body shop. His son Kevin runs it now and I had made several purchases for my pickup over the years (1,000,000) km on it now. In the rare event that something was incorrect with a part both Merv and Kevin have reconciled it promptly. I give 5 Stars, which coincidently is the name of my business. 5 Star Pilot Car Service.
