I bought my 2012 Mazda 3 from Kamloops in April. While I was on the lot they were very helpful with getting me into a car that would be right for my lifestyle, getting to and from university, etc. One of the things that I liked about it was how the winter tires on my car were basically brand new (75% tread) and I wouldn’t have to buy new winters for this season. The salesman assured me they were great winters for the coming season, and all I would need is a second set of rims if I wanted. I bought the car and drove back to Kelowna and put on my summer tires. When I took my winters to Costco 6 months later to put them on rims. Costco then informed me that one of the tires has a bulge in the wall, and it’s not safe to drive on. When I called Kamloops Mazda, they refused to step up and help me. They called me to tell me the tires had been discontinued and there was nothing they were willing to do. They either left out that this tire was bulged, or they didn’t do a close enough inspection and sold me a bum tire. Really disappointed that I have to buy new tires now. It seems that they don’t care about you after you drive the car off of the lot.

I Will never buy from Kamloops Mazda again. Mazda was showing me their "dealer invoice" cars, which means it's last year's models that they have on for a really good price. I had a loan on my current vehicle and the only reason I traded it in was because the new salesman named Nav, told me that Mazda buys out my loan and doesn't add it on to the price of the vehicle... I made sure I asked him that question multiple times because I went to a previous dealership prior to this and that dealership said that they tack on the loan, they were very up front with that so that's why I didn't buy from the other dealership. I wouldn't have bought from Mazda if that was the case too. I do admit fault that I didn't look at the purchase agreement carefully, I guess I was just so excited about getting a new car for such a good price. Later when I found out what they did I complained and only got 1 free oil change... That's pretty weak, some dealerships do a year's worth of oil changes for free when you buy a new car anyways. Don't get fooled by Mazda and make sure you're dealing with an experienced salesmen. When I talked to the boss named Colin, he said that the salesmen are trained to give the least amount of information as possible as to not "confuse" the customer. That made me even more mad. At least I learned a good experience to ask more questions and hopefully never make this horrible mistake again.

Terrible service!! I bought two vehicles from Mazda and my shocks needed to be replaced so I bought them from the Kamloops dealership 2 months ago. I went to a tire shop to get my tires switched over and they advised my shock is defective and needs to replaced as it’s leaking. Mazda refuses to replace what they sold me and told me to instead drive around on it and when it gets worse, they will replace it. Unbelievable!! I will never buy another Mazda now… great job Kamloops Mazda! I’m so annoyed with you.

The people out here are very nice and genuine to you and they did not try to force anything over you. They tell you exactly what you ask for.. very helpful staff. I was here looking out for a brand new 2018 Mazda 3 GT for my girlfriend and they made sure i got every and each small detail of the car. The pricing of 0% if a plus on it and right now Mazda is offering 3year/unlimited KMS warranty on their fleet, which is way better than 60,000 kms warranty which you get from the competition. I'd highly recommend this place.

We test drove a Mazda CX-5 this summer. It was a great vehicle with lots of good features. The sales staff were very friendly and well informed about the car. Ultimately we decided to go with a different vehicle based on features and financing. The salesman who we test drove with was very friendly and not at all pushy. It was a good experience.

I have to say, the service department here is terrible. I understand the situation we are going through in 2020/2021. To which allowed me to have empathy and understanding for the people working at Mazda. That being said. If you ever try and call the Service department to book an appointment or arrange to purchase tires from Mazda. You are much better to go somewhere else if you are no longer under warranty. I was waiting for a quote on tires for over a week and a half. After a week I called back, told that they were busy, or the service department would pick up and tell me they would called me back. I gave my name and number to 5 different people. Never received a call till the Friday before my appointment which gave me little options on what I wanted to do. Not to mention that was the 6th time I called to get an answer. At this point if they ever told me I was getting a call back from someone...I wasn't holding my breath. Also the service department doesn't know how to measure tires. My tires went from 4mm/32 seconds in April 2021 to 6mm/32 seconds in September 2021...so who messed up?

Went to every dealership in town and received an instant print out of the cost of the vehicle and any additional discounts (Except Mazda). I find It odd that the salesmen goes into the office “to get you a rate” and comes back with an amount your going to pay per month. No total cost.. no taxes shown.. no discounts shown.. so how do I really know what I am getting? They are nice people I just didn’t like the sales tactic. I decided to buy from Toyota as they were upfront about the price .. essentially what you see online is exactly what you pay for no hidden costs. I am sad because I loved the interior and the feel of a Mazda just not the way that they do business. That’s my honest review

Went on a road trip back in Aug., halfway along heard brake noise that was not right. Thankfully, we were passing through Kamloops and thankfully the Mazda dealership was open. Richard the Service Manager and his right hand man Tyrell made the absolute best effort. Detected the problem, repaired the problem and sent my daughter and I off in a safe and sound vehicle after over an hour of fixing. I am so thankful as it was a Saturday and only an hour left before closing. Plus, they would not accept anything for their efforts. Top notch all the way, thanks again!!

Cheat of a car dealership. There are many type of cheats in the world. This dealership puts all of them to shame. 1. We didn't get a rebate that was offered when we brought the car 2.The service don't do the detailing that comes with first service because of COVID that lives in the car 3.Worst of all the car had oil complaints and steering complaints that didn't exist till the service. 4. Staff is rude to other nationalities but you might never experience. Mazda is great. Amazing car. Why did I buy a car from this place.

This is the only google review I've every done and I have never really been a reviewer type of person but this dealership is too good to not write a review. I have to say that this is by far the best dealership I've dealt with in kamloops. From buying my car back in 2017 all the way to today setting up an service appointment it has been an absolute pleasure talking to and dealing with everyone at kamloops mazda. It is also nice that someone picks up the phone to direct your call when you call in, and will take a message if they are too busy to pick up right away. Instead of one of the call directory machine that just leaves you on hold sometimes not knowing if anyone is on the other end. Also any issues I may have had with the car even after I've had it for a while were dealt with respectively and in a timely manner unlike other dealerships in kamloops I've dealt with that as soon as the vehicle drives off the lot you get a run around as to who has to deal with the problem. Thank you kamloops mazda for being a respectable business in kamloops, I will always recommend you for vehicle purchases and service even if the car I have isn't a mazda in the future.

I had a massive emergency as I am a long way from home and haven't reached my destination yet with still 3 hours to go. My car wasn't drivable with brake system malfunction, engine light with engine system malfunctioned. The guy told me he couldn't get me in until Friday and today is Tuesday. We were supposed to get to our ferry today and leave for vancover Island. They somehow fit me in and Checked my cars codes. Found out my spark plugs went. They replaced them and took for a test drive. I was only expecting codes so I could see if my car was drivable or not. They went all the way for me. I absolutely appreciated the amazing service. Definetly a 5*

I am happy with my 2019 Mazda 3 which I had a block heater installed upon purchase. Now after only 2 years the block heater has failed and needed a new one. There was no warranty coverage on this and it was over $500 to replace it. Not happy that Mazda could not help out with this issue. They did tell me they gave me a half hour off installation. I think a part like that should last a lot longer considering how many times a year you actually use it.
