The guys at Integra Tire are fantastic. Brandon and his team have been so helpful, kind, and patient with me while they checked out and fixed several issues with my '05 Honda, working with me and answering my questions along the way. Communication was always clear, and I was updated as soon as parts came in for repairs. Being new to town, I was referred to them by a colleague as I worked up the road on Dalhousie. I work on Columbia St. now but I will happily go out of my way to come back here for any vehicle maintenance, routine or otherwise. Thank you so much!!

I had to buy some new trailer tires half way through a camping trip so called these guys as we were in Kamloops for a few nights. Booked an appointment and when I showed up they drove my truck and trailer through one of their drive thru bays. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! Friendly service and reasonable rates. The guys at Integra Tire are true to their name - honest and helpful. I ended up getting towed in there because a piston broke in my engine. They went to action right away put in extra effort to find a good deal on a replacement engine. They broke down and explained the costs, but unfortunately in the end it wasn't worth fixing since the car was from 2003 and was also accumulating other issues. They helped me figure out how to get some cash for scrapping my vehicle and were very patient and accommodating during a stressful situation. I was recommended to go to Integra Tire by a friend and I definitely continue to recommend them due to their insight and fairness. Thank you, guys, especially Brandon (sp?)!

I've been coming to Integra tire since we moved to Kamloops last year. Have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, fair pricing, that always comes in at or under the quote. It's nerve wracking having to build trusting relationships with various trades when you are new to a town, and as someone who isn't mechanically minded, good garages are particularly important. Integra Tire definitely fits the bill. Recently, staff at this location went above and beyond to solve an issue for me in a cost effective manner, and in doing so have ensured I will never look elsewhere for my garage needs. Thank you.

These guys are awesome. They go above and beyond to be helpful, and I always feel like I know what I'm getting and that they're giving good advice. They're also super friendly and welcoming, it's like they're buddies with every person who walks through the door. Great atmosphere. Just one example of how they go out of their way to help people: I live out of town and this year totally dropped the ball on getting my winter tires put on. I called for an appointment and of course they were all booked for weeks. When they remembered who I was (and where I live) Brandon very quickly squeezed me in within the week. Pretty sure they ended up staying open late because they do this for people. I'm always impressed with them and will definitely keep going back.

I am constantly impressed with Integra Tire (Notre Dame Dr. Kamloops Location). From the phone call to the delivery of service, they have won a lifetime customer. They are always ready for me when I arrive, and I just sit in the waiting room because the service is so incredibly fast. They always finish changing my tires in at least half the time they say it's going to take. The last time I went in, my tires had reached the end of their lifespan. They had new tires in the shop, and on my vehicle in a little over 24 hours. I used to dread making the appointment to get my tires changed - now I actually look forward to the friendly welcome, and super fast service! Thank you Integra!

Amazing customer service and such quick turnaround! Both times my car went in I had it back on the same day. They fixed my brakes, kept me updated with what they were doing to my car, and phoned me to let me know prices before proceeding.
