After looking all over the interior I found my dream white Bronco Sport at Dearborn in Kamloops. Rick from sales was very friendly, helpful and most important he was very knowledgeable. He explained me the features, showed me the new options and also helped me ordering a new winter performance package for my Bronco (Tires, rims & sensors). He did understand that safety was very important as we live in the Shuswap and drive on dirt roads. You will not be disappointed dealing with Rick and he understand that customer service doesn't end after purchasing a new vehicle, he has messaged me multiple times asking if everything was ok, If driving felt safe, and if I needed anything else during my first 2 weeks of owning my Bronco. I can only say that I'm very excited and happy to be a new customer to DEARBORN & FORD.

Bad experience, really don't want to even think about it anymore but they keep emailing me to rate the service. Poor job communicating the issues. After 3 visits and spending $6,000 on a $10,000 truck I think it's fixed. Next truck will be a Toyota.

If I could give bonus points I would. Our experience at this dealership from start to finish was spectacular. We found a truck online and after a few conversations decided to come up from the Lower Mainland to look at and potentially purchase the truck. Our interactions with the sales rep, Brent were informative and transparent and he was very helpful in getting all the information we requested to us in a timely fashion so that we could plan to drive to Kamloops. Conversations with the finance representative, Darcy, were just as seamless and helpful. Upon arriving at the dealership we met with Brent promptly who handed us the keys and a dealer plate and then stepped away to let us go over the truck and take it for a drive at our leisure. I really appreciated the no pressure approach that Brent took! When we returned from our test drive, there was one concern that we wanted to discuss, and Brent was great to chat with his sales manager right away. Kudos to Mike, the GM for extending and offer of support to have our concern rectified. We went ahead with the purchase and everything was done promptly and with friendly customer service. I would highly recommend this team, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thanks for getting me in an awesome new ride!

Had an issue with my torque convertor on my SUV after warranty expired. Between the location and head office they helped not only replace the part, but helped me with a loaner vehicle and made sure the job was affordable for me. I honestly cant express enough how much they took care of me and will tell anyone who listens how great they treated me. Customer for life, without a doubt after this experience. They put me and my family ahead of the bottom line and thats so rare these days.

I had such a great experience at the Ford service department. I was driving through from out of town and my car was giving me trouble. I had a puppy onboard and was on my way to Vancouver. It was late in the day on Friday, of a long weekend, and Bill in the service department and other team members were so kind and were able to fit my vehicle in and take a look at it. He gave me some great tips and I was able to make it to Vancouver. This is a group of people that care about their customers, no matter who they are.

What an experience.. Walking into a building and not knowing anyone is definitely a fear of mine. With a few people standing on a platform above chatting away a very young and well dressed gentlemen came down “welcome to DearBorn Ford how are you doing today” from there it was just amazing. His name is Sam. Among everyone there I would say hands down he is the best. I was watching and listening to his co workers yes they are good but Sam has something special. Just the way he does things he goes above and beyond. You might underestimate because he looks “young” but really he should be running the place. Everything about him screams leader. If you are ever in the market for a vehicle highly recommended Sam. I’ve been to a lot of different dealerships and I can tell you he has everything it takes to run a store with the 4 hours I spend with him I learned a lot from the youngster. The Ranger is generally fine to drive and the service at Dearborn has been good but the vehicle has far too many gadgets for this 75-year-old to master. I cannot get the air conditioning to be consistently comfortable and I cannot shut up the woman who keeps telling me to turn around in 100 metres. Nowhere in the manual can I find out how to work the Trip Odometer. Can't there be a master switch that shuts down all the gadgets and allows me to start over? Better yet, how about ON-OFF / DELETE switches for the features I don't want?
