Our experience buying our first car with AB was extremely positive. Gavin was more than accommodating and helpful, he gave us our space when needed and didn't pressure us during our decision period. This was our first car, so we were a little nervous about the process and choosing the right car. However, we were put at ease with AB, the selection is really great, they have lots of high quality used cars with low kms! We went to every used car lot, in and around Kamloops, when we were deciding what car we should get, and AB stood out as the best option. Cars were great and Gavin was extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable about his stock. We ended up purchasing an amazing vehicle for a great deal! We really appreciate the great service we received and we will continue to used AB Car Sales to purchase our vehicles.

Terrible dealership. Me & my now ex wife were looking at a car there and were interested in one car but they really pushed this other car on us. We figured out a week later why they pushed this car on us so hard. We got the car then noticed all these issues and ended up having to save $2700 to fix all the issues with the car because AB refused to acknowledge the car was a piece of crap or offer any type of compensation for all the issues we had to fix off our dime. They also made promises they never kept. I will never deal with these people EVER again & I certainly won't recommend them to anybody. In fact when I hear anybody talk about dealing with them I advise them against it.

Fantastic service. I went in and got the vehicle I wanted. I was able to take it for a test drive. Drove great! We didn't need to look at anything else or anywhere else. I got exactly what I wanted. I purchased a car from here and unfortunately I really regret it. It was about 5 months after and me only putting around 2,000 kms on it when the problems began and it's been nothing but problems since! When I first bought it, of course everything was checked off on their sheet that everything was good and in working order on the car. Sales guy said it was a great little car and should last me many years. Right!!!! I have had to put so much money into fixing it that is just isn't right. If you do decide to buy a car from here, I strongly suggest getting it checked out on your own first! or actually, better yet, don't even risk it and buy a car from here. I sure wish I hadn't.
