Would definitely do business with them, again! I live in SC, USA and found a remote I needed on a third party selling site. The site would not allow me to purchase the item (something about not shipping to the US despite the business clearly stating that they do ship internationally). So, I Googled the business and found their phone number. I was a little concerned when the conversation started in French, but they had someone on staff who speaks English. Sorted out the details on the phone; sent money through Paypal and item shipped with no issues. Shipping/packaging was quick/sturdy. Business did everything they could to make this a smooth transaction, and I am SO pleased. Thank you so much for all of your help!
