They refused to correct the check engine light of my Grande Cherokee 2004 by saying that the frame is rusty... But this is very normal here in Saguenay! Who should repair it then!? Very amateur and they can not even reply you in English... Very bad experience. The car was jacked with no problem three days before in another garage and I asked the Jeep dealer to repair it... They have not taken any attention to the car. I passed my car before they call me and it was still there. As a foreigner I'm not talking action for this now... But I'll consider buying more reliable brands in the future. There has been two calls for this car but nothing they did for my car... Very very angry with that...

Il ont donc remis mon vieu moduke de porte pour me remboursser. Voila que maintenant jai des probleme avec la porte, probleme que je navais pas avant. Quand j'ai appelé il m'ont mis en attente 10min pour me dire "on vous rappel dans 5min" 20min plus tard, pas de rappel et de plus le departement en question est fermé. De plus le remboirssement effectué à été annulé donc je me retrouve avec 450$ en moin et un module de porte brisé. La pire experience que j'ai vécu dans un concessionnaire. Je compte maintenant 5 visite et tout est pire qu'avant et j'ai manqué l'équivalent d'une journée de travail.
