Being a young buyer, one expects to be taken less seriously but it was the complete opposite of the experiences I had at other dealerships in the Saguenay region, all brands included. I was past the date for my 4th free oil change in the maintenance program but they didn't charge me and they gave me free !!! Always a new or almost new courtesy vehicle, clean and of high quality! 2-3 gifts with the new pickup which is by the way quite rare and a small consumption with the boss ... What more could you ask for, I'm a GM / chevrolet guy and I guarantee you that the next one will be at ArnoldGM. (Original) 2ieme camion chez Arnold GM, un sierra 2015 et maintenant un ZR2 Midnight 2019....Super service au premier et encore mieux au deuxieme. Étant un jeune acheteur, on s'attend a etre moins pris au sérieux mais c'étais tout le contraire des expériences que j'ai eu chez d'autre concession du saguenay toute marque confondu. J'étais passé la date pour mon 4ieme changement d'huile gratuit du programme d'entretien mais ils ne me l'on pas chargé et me l'on fait gratuitement !!! Toujours un véhicule de courtoisie neuf ou presque, propre et de qualité! 2-3 cadeaux avec le pickup neuf qui est en passant assez rare et une petite consommation avec le patron...Que demandé de plus, Je suis un gars GM/chevrolet et je vous garantie que le prochain sera chez ArnoldGM.

Il a fait une erreur sur une promotion. Aucune excuse de sa part. Premier paiement 70$ de plus que tous les autres et il a insisté en disant qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. A été méprisant lorsque j'ai refusé l'offre de garantie supplémentaire de sa part. Après 1 mois la transmission brisse et cela a Prit 3 semaines pour me faire diagnostiquer le problème sur mon véhicule neuf. On s'obstine à l'accueil pour ne pas me rembourser les frais de taxis pendant que je n'avais pas de courtoisie. J'ai eu droit a une courtoisie qui valait 5 fois moins que mon véhicule pendant deux semaines. Il faut que j'appel régulièrement pour avoir des nouvelles du statut de mon véhicule et on me dit qu'on est même pas sûr de pouvoir me donner une compensation pour le mois que je n'ai pas mon véhicule. Je me suis plains de tout cela dans les sondages de satisfaction et aucun retour se leur part. Allez chez paco à la place.

But due to the covid I did a lot less mileage than expected and if I had been there in July it wouldn't have made any sense. So this is the last time this garage sells me a vehicle.
