I brought my Chrysler 300 here on July 12th, 2020. Due to covid-19, it was taking an unusually long time for parts to ship. Completely understandable. Weaver Brothers had no control over that. They kept me informed every step of the way. When they finished my car, hurricane Laura had hit and had pretty much exhausted everything I had. Not only did Weaver Brothers hold my car until today 3-5-2021, They didn't charge me one dime to hold it and store it. They never hassled me nor rushed me from day one on picking it up. They completely understood my situation and took very good care of my car. Today, as I have been driving it around, it is like driving a brand new car. That says a lot being that it is a 2008 Chrysler 300! (I have an emotional attachment to this vehicle) It felt so smooth just like it did years ago and ran very well! The service department was super friendly as well as the owner, Troy Weaver. He couldn't have been more accommodating to someone he had never met and I greatly appreciate it more than his organization could know.
If anyone of my friends or family is looking for a Chrysler Jeep Dodge I will be sending them to Weaver Bros. If you are looking for a Chrysler Jeep or Dodge, support local business and go see Troy Weaver and company. I assure you, if they went expert level above and beyond for me with my 13-year-old Chrysler 300, I can only imagine the level of service they give to their customers who are buying new vehicles. I assured Mr Weaver that my next vehicle purchase I'll be stopping by Weaver Bros before I go anywhere else. I owe them a debt gratitude. Most places would charge storage fees and call you three or four times a week to get your car off their lot (assuming they didn't get rid of it) to pay the service bill but they couldn't have been more accommodating of my situation. I thank God for them doing this for me.
I have reviewed hundreds if not thousands of places of business and I can tell you this one here in Jasper, it rates number one as far as customer service, care and compassion of their customer than any other business I have reviewed. Especially being that I took months to get them their money.
I'd highly encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle whether it be new or used to give Weaver Bros in Jasper a look and let them get you fixed up.
One more thing I would like to add is there is one thing that is difficult to find and that is a good mechanic. I was so paranoid bringing my car to a mechanic. I don't think I had met an honest mechanic and service department until my experience here. The service manager kept me updated on the work being done and how much everything was going to cost. My keys were the original to my 300 also and they were falling apart and they actually replaced my keys for no charge. To have two brand new key fobs programmed, if I understand it correctly, it would have been over $500 and they didn't charge me for one of them. I just showed up and had brand new keys. They absolutely did not have to do that but chose to. That type of customer service, quality of work and that level of care It's hard to find folks. And it's even more stressful when you're talking about a vehicle. They'll take the stress out of it for you I promise you that!
