Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The dealership was kind enough to allow me to drive a loaner for over three weeks. Before returning it, I detailed the inside and washed the outside. I also returned it with a full tank of gas. However, my vehicle was a mess. There was black oil or grease on the seats and steering wheel and blue plastic and white paper bunched/balled up on the floor and seats. I was very disappointed. Despite paying thousands of dollars for service work, a couple of service lights continue to come on.
My experience was an intention to buy a car from them pending a test drive. I was told by the sales person to come in around 10 a.m. to do so. I live about 63 miles away. I was in my car driving to the dealership and I received a text from him that the car I was going to test drive was sold. The salesman assumed that the car was on the lot. He did not bother to check the key box because the car had been picked up and moved to another location where it was sold the day before. I was very disappointed and frustrated by their incompetence and lack of responsibility. I really wanted that car and was willing to travel over a 100 miles to get it. To top it off I was told earlier that the car had been on the lot over 20 days. What are the odds it would get sold all of a sudden. Unbelievable!.... They sure don't care about wasting your time and money.
Super friendly staff but wouldn't recommend them to work on a hybrid, while their mechanics are trained they are not proficient. Spent a $800 on a water pump to find out it was actually the radiator, another $1000 later. I decided to sell the Volt.

Basically completed all the paperwork online to purchase the vehicle and informed them we were coming up the next day for final payment and pick up. We drove 2 hours to be told they gave the car away to someone else to take home just to see how they liked it and they maybe were going to buy it. If they didn't buy it they said I could drive another 2 hours back sometime next week. I'm sure they will try to defend this and say this didn't happen but if anyone would like to talk with my pissed off wife I'll be more than happy to provide contact information. Do yourself a favor and don't go here especially if you have to travel.

So here’s the scenario. We were a 4 man service crew traveling from mid Missouri to Lexington,KY for a service/repair job. Our service vehicle broke down in Saint Croix,IN. We were about 2 hours away from our job site. We were also due to arrive at this job site the next day at 6AM. After contacting representatives back home we were told to do whatever we had to do to get to the site the next day. We had a company credit card,so we were covered financially. Keep in mind this all happened around 9:00PM. After a quick search I found this company that offered 24 hour towing. I called the number and explained my situation. I have 4 people and a service truck full of tools and supplies. I need away to transport my service crew and our gear. Not only did the come and tow our service truck,they brought us a courtesy vehicle so we could get to a hotel back in Jasper. After we found out that we might not get our service vehicle back the next day I asked if we could take the courtesy vehicle on to Lexington so we could get to the job site. They had no problem with that. They called while we were on the way to Lexington and told me the problem with the service vehicle and that it was currently being repaired and would be ready whenever we got back to Jasper. This company seriously saved us from not completing a service job that absolutely had to be done within a few days. Thank you so much to the entire crew and staff that saved this service crew from a disaster! Highly recommend!
Saw a truck that I would like to purchase but the price was high, talked a salesman online and stated I didn't want to drive all the way to Jasper if the price was firm. Was told most likely there was $800-$1000 play in the price and I should come on up, came up and liked the truck, went in to set the price and was told that there was no reduction in the price. I would have to pay their list price. Chatted for a hour and then went home assuming I would get a call back. When I got home I checked there price and the truck was now $250 cheaper than the lowest price they quoted me. Called back and asked it my price was the lowest they could sell why was it listed for $250 less. They did not have a good answer. By this time I had given up on getting $800-1000 off and made an offer $300 less than their new lower price. Again I was told they could not go lower. 8 days later I see that they again lowered the price $250, (just $50 over my offer, I called about the truck and they now say they have a offer pending. Luckily I my offer didn't get accepted, don't think I ever want to do business with this dealership.

We have been doing business with Paul, Tony and all the staff for many years both on the fleet side and the auto side. I love working with Kurt, Aaron and Josh. Good people, fair pricing and good service. Now, on the other hand, I can’t say the same for my latest Chevrolet. It is a 2021 Tahoe. I have owned it right at one year. It has had, at least, 8 recalls, and 10 software updates. I am beginning to question the design and build quality. There is no excuse for General Motors to release a vehicle in this state. I feel like I’m a Beta tester. I am seriously considering trading it for a non-GM vehicle.

So when I got into an accident at the end of August and needed to get my jeep repaired, I knew exactly where I wanted to get it repaired - Uebelhor & Sons. Had the same great experience once again. They repaired my vehicle and even cleaned it out for me too. Can’t say enough great things about this place, and this team. And I live in Louisville, KY and choose to drive an hour and a half because this team is so great.

Just purchased my 2015 Subaru wrx about a week ago from these people. I love out of state, about 170 miles away, so I haven’t actually been to the dealership or talked to them in person. However communication over the phone was great. Jordan, the finance manager was excellent. She worked to get me a better interest rate and approval than my personal bank! Nick, my salesman communicated very well too. The price was pretty good, negotiation wasn’t the best as there wasn’t much to negotiate. But I wanted the car and it was a fair deal so I took it. They did make sure to load me up with a backseat full of free keychains, chargers, shirts, and koozies. They met me halfway with my new vehicle, and the drivers were friendly. It was definitely a help meeting me instead of driving so far. I will consider them when purchasing in the future!

I recently scheduled and went in for my regular oil change/service. I noted that I had a slow leak in a tire but knew they had tried to patch before and I was probably in need of a full set of new tires regardless. Keelie worked it out for my car tires to be checked prior to starting on my oil change so that I wouldn't have to wait two weeks to get on the schedule for that type of service if need be, as we were leaving for vacation the next week and I didn't want to go on bad tires. I did need new tires and it was managed to get my regular service, new tires and alignment done all by keep my car for about 24hrs! I greatly appreciate the navigation and service of this entire appointment! Thank you all!

I bought my truck Ubleor, in the contract agreeded to perform certain repairs - well that took a week to get done. And I was told that there was 2 sets of keys and Fobs - and now there's 2 keys and sorry about your luck there's 2 keys and 1 fob! Id much rather ot was 1 keu and 2 fobs. Another Fob is around $35.00 - but that's my expense I guess! And when they were fixing the truck they broke 1 one the window vent covers, the Salesman said he would order a set in and install them - that was 5 weeks ago- still NO window vent covers and the Salesman wont return my calls. AND lets not forget the GREAT "bait and switch" they pulled: if you refer a person that purchases a car we'll give you a $50 referral finders fee - well that didn't happen either! Nothing but lies and deception!

I came to Uebelhor and Sons from Ruxer Ford because Ruxer refused to give me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on (since I did not purchase my vehicle there). When I went to Uebelhor, Andrew in the service department was happy to lend me a vehicle at no additional cost. A few weeks later I had to have my vehicle towed for an unrelated issue, Jermey the tow truck driver was very nice and professional while towing my vehicle. I will be returning to Uebelhor for all my service needs. I will direct my friends and family to Uebelhor as well.

Took six days to get 4 good tires on my impala. 4 consecutive bad good year tires. After the first day I was not offered a car. Tires not your fault but should have resolved issue before going through 4 bad ones and being out of a car for that long. Shop personnel were great and did what they could.

I was looking at new when he showed me a Pre owned with low miles I think it must have been a demo or something. It had more warranty than the new ones and everything I wanted win, win. I got a good trade-in price on my old truck. Thank you Fernando for helping me pick out my new ride and thank you Uebelhor for not having any managers pressure me on anything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy from a great company and to buy local.
I had been looking for a vehicle for a while, and one ultimately popped up here. My salesman had the vehicle ready for me upon my arrival, but then things go downhill from there. This place doesn't feel like they care about you one bit. You are there to pay them. When asked to see the NADA, Carfax, and service records, none of them were readily available. It was, "Let me go print those out for you," then return 15 minutes later. When I asked for the manager multiple times to discuss my concerns with the price of the vehicle, he showed me a piece of paper that showed a profit of $364. I'm seriously supposed to believe they held a vehicle for three months, had only three other people come test drive it, and they will make $364? So does the business lose money after they pay the salesman's commission? I understand they need to make money, but that was a blatant lie on a doctored form that was printed before being brought into the room. Makes me wonder if he just made it up. Moral of the story, this dealership won't take care of you. Update.. Six weeks late and only 3,000 additional miles I have an engine rebuild. Thanks!

My 2016 Silverado 1500 was towed in Wednesday 3/29/17 with a dead battery. No one called me 3/30 to update me. I was unable to contact anyone. I was put on hold several times for long periods of time. I stopped by the Dealer around 8:30 pm on 3/30 and found the vehicle setting outside. I started it with my extra key. The battery had been replaced. No one called me 3/31 and again I was put on hold. My truck was there over the weekend. Monday morning I contacted Chevrolet Customer Service. Chevrolet Customer Service tried calling and could not get through. They were also put on hold. THE CHEVROLET CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID "IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAS ISSUES!" Later the service advisor called and LIED about what happened. He didn't know I stopped by on 3/30. His story was "it took them all day Thursday to write it up, all day Friday to replace the battery and for no reason they decided to keep it over the weekend, but it's Monday now and your truck is ready to be picked up". I HAVE NO TRUST IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AFTER BEING LIED TO!!! It takes about 20 seconds to call someone and say your vehicle is finished, or your vehicle won't be finished until ...... BUT DON'T LIE ABOUT IT!
I have been leasing since 1980. I have dealt with every dealer in the Evansville area. Uebelor far exceeds anyone in their sales and service. You feel like family when working with their sales staff. They are very knowledgeable, they listen, are very accommodating in trying to meet your vehicle needs. This family owned business does things the old way, they actually care! I do not plan to do business with any other car dealer. It is definitely worth the short drive to Jasper. You won' be disappointed. I was able to pick out the car, complete 95 percent of the paper work on line and not be pushed back and forth between finance and sales. There is no high pressure! This company actually makes the car buying experience FUN, the way it should be. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. This is a great place to buy or lease!

A couple of weeks ago I took my 2015 Buick to get worked on because it was leaking a fluid and had a smell from the leaking. Also to fix a scrubbing noise when I turned the steering wheel. They said they fixed the leak and couldn’t hear the scrubbing noise. But the leak is still there and the smell and still have the scrubbing noise. I bought it there so that’s why I took it back to have them work on it. I bought extended warranty which has a 100.00 deductible which to get it worked on cost 97 dollars

My bf william took his 90 cougar xr7 supercharged in to the service dep. And spent over $1, 000 to get the front end fixed. After quite a few days and a few phone calls later they had told us it was ready. He went and picked it up and drove back home. The next time he drove it out he heard a popping noise from the front and uebelhors called to check and see how it was driving. He had told them that he had noticed some antifreeze leaks in his parking space and had a date to bring it back in. The notified him that there was a radiator leak and the water pump had gone out, charged him 35 dollars for them to check the work they had done to his car and grease two small parts that they figured was making the popping noise. We haven't had an issue with the radiator before he took it into uebelhors and he suspects that there was some fowl play just so he would have to bring it back in and spend more money. Smh. Wont be reffering anyone here.

George Ball -- ROCKS...again
Took care of all the insurance needs and all i had to do is give then the contact information.
Had car serviced and it needed new brakes. It was going to take longer than I had time or so they loaned me a car until the next day. I really appreciated that.
I went in with heater issues and to get a oil change. While there they also replace front shocks/struts and front brakes and rotors. Replaced blower motor. After I left I had issues with vents etc. not working properly. It only blows hot air on one side and cold on the other. Can't be adjusted. So problem not fixed. Out a few hundred dollars. Was told it was supposed to have been checked. Obviously not. All settings were the same as I left them. A day later as driving down the road I hear a clanking dragging noise while driving. So take to a local shop because I am afraid to drive it. One of the brake calipers was not attached properly so it was falling off and rubbing my tire. Have scratches in my inside rim where it was rubbing. This also is something that should have been checked. After spending $1463 I feel I should not have had any problems. Will not be returning for repairs or to buy. UPDATE: All issues were fixed and they refunded my money to get the loose brake caliper fixed at another location. They called and we discussed everything. They completely looked over my vehicle to make sure all previous repairs were done correctly. I appreciated them calling and fixing the issues.
I have bought many cars from dealers in the past and hands down best group of people in all departments to deal with. I live three hours away and I would make the drive again to make another purchase.

Bought a beautiful black 2019 Silverado Truck from Uebelhor's this last Saturday from Georgie Ball. He is a great salesman and is more than fair. I have bought probably 15 new vehicles from Uebelhor's since 2004 and have always had these vehicles serviced there. They do an outstanding job when servicing my vehicles and always bring them back to my house. I would highly recommend them to my friends and enemies!
This is a great place to purchase a truck. They are not high pressure, just friendly and honest. We were so happy we chose to drive an hour and a half to this dealership. We are still receiving phone calls from local dealerships that were suppose to have called back the next day. Very happy with the 2019 2500 work truck we purchased here.

The sales person Dave gave us outstanding service and even took the time to show us all the bells and whistles on the car a few days after we bought it due to time constraints the day of. While we were filling out paperwork a few of the other people on the sales team even played with our deaf son so we could have an easier time getting paperwork done. We will definitely be back for all our car needs.

I've dealt with Uebelhor's in Jasper for several years. I have been and am very satisfied with their customer interaction and service. The service techs take time to listen to you and don't brush off any concerns you may have. When you call to make any appointment they work with you and your schedule to get you in promptly.
Had an oil change and tires replaced. They did a very good job with good communication. I can definitely tell a difference in the drive quality.
I had a great experience at Uebelhor Chevrolet. It all started with a quick response back from their website, and followed up with a call from Chris Hopf. He was great and found me exactly what I was looking for. I live about 5 1/2 hours away and we were able to come to an agreement between phone calls and e-mails. The deal was made and I was able to drive up in a few days to pickup my new vehicle. When I arrived the staff was very kind and welcoming. The appointment was for a test drive to analyze a problem with the truck which they did and found the problem. Then they told me that they could fix it right away, service it and rotate the tires all while I waited but it would take a few hours. Or, they could give me a vehicle to drive which worked out fine and I got it all done at one time. Excellent experience!!!

I've been dealing with countless dealers w my new biz and these folks in IN (family biz) are ALL ACES! 6 star if I could. They went OUT of their way to give me a STEAL.. Tony (owner) and family are of the highest integrity. I'm going to call Cadillac marketing (not lip service, I will) and give this dealership props. I recently was buying another caddy and WOW! I didn't realize how fantastic these folks were!! Completely honest w me and I feel bad giving them 4 when it should have been 6. I do not want anything from them other than to clear my conscience for initially giving them 4/5, should have been 6/5! Seriously. Thanks again Guys! I use my REAL name, and I don't hide, if you have q's regarding this dealership. You can find my phone easily if you want to ask for my honest take, again. If you are on the fence w these guys - trust me, I'm the most nitpicky negotiatior known to mankind - do it. You won't regret it. My Father was a negotiator for a gov't defense contractor, so I picked up a lot of his pointers. Long review below. Cross Country Purchase. I purchased a 2014 CTS from this location on Aug 1, 2015. The finance department was phenomenal at finding an outstanding rate! Tony (owner) seemed like a great guy. I spoke to him in passing. I worked with Daron (sales guy) and the closer. They picked me up from the Louisville airport, and we closed the deal that day. Only reason for taking a star off was Ms. Uebelhor (closer) insisted MN sales tax was 6.875%. It isn't and I even showed her that fact on the MN Revenue website on my iPhone. I thought, ah there is no benefit to arguing with her and her sales tax chart (which is wrong BTW, MN is a flat 6.5% for vehicle purchases). I thought I'd get the nearly $200 in tax back from MN Revenue, but that was also a waste of time. Both claimed the other had the sales tax difference. Not the end of the world as they gave me a great deal and picked me up from LOU airport (about an hour and 1/2 away). Just make sure they have your state sales tax correct if you are out of state. Be prepared to prove it. Also inspect the car carefully upon arrival. Not their fault but the rear bumper had to be later re-set when I got home by my local dealer. That was GM's fault as my car was an early production run of the third gen CTS. All and all - it was an EASY out of state purchase. It's still a fantastic car that I got at a fantastic deal! I'd go back again! :) BTW pay no mind to "dealer raters" that other dealers give EACH other. MMM. These are true.
My salesman, Jack, did not know anything about his inventory . He could not answer most questions I asked. When I was ready to buy a truck he was unwilling to negotiate price. If you want people that will work with you and are easy to do business with call Bob Hook in Louisville. Don Mills will take care of you.
Dave is great!! Very nice & clean. They got back to me quickly about an inquiry. They try to set themselves apart from all the other sales people, which is a huge plus!
