I was up in Dahlonega staying at a cabin for the week and I had a problem with my Jeep. Maybe I was doing a little too much "off roading". You never know and I will never tell. Well, I had a problem with my transmission and I got over to Jasper Jeep. They checked out the problem and I was on my way by the end of the day. The Service Crew was great and they made me feel like "family" even though I was only here for a week. My wife and I plan to move up here in the next few years and I am so happy that I have found a great place to have my cars repaired. Thank you guys for fixing my Jeep and keeping my vacation going!

The Service Department is very slow. They had my van for one month to complete services and I had to pay for the shipping cost for a part that was covered under warranty. It took usually one to two days for the service advisor to call me back after I left a message. I will not buy anymore vehicles from them or use their service department!

This is the jeep we DID NOT BUY at Jasper Jeep!!! Let us start at the beginning: My wife and I decided we would like to buy a wrangler. We went after work on a friday around 4pm. We walked into the showroom to find a older guy sitting behind a large desk in the showroom. This guy didnt get up, didnt shake hands, didnt introduce himself, just asked what we wanted. My information to him was a jeep wrangler 4dr , in the 20K range and I was going to put down 10k, and both my wife and I have beacon SCORE above 800. He replied he could not help us, again didnt get up didnt offer an alternative didnt take our name and just let us walk out the door. The next day we found this sweet red deal at another dealership and drove it home. WAY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER JASPER JEEP! I can promise you I will not ever go there even for service if this is how they treat their customers. Moral of the story: DONT GO TO JASPER JEEP !! THEY DONT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS SO YOU SHOULD NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS !!!!

I bought a vehicle last night from these fine people. Richard was my salesman and finance manager. I am 54 years old and I have bought more than my fair share of vehicles in my lifetime and I was quite surprised with the pleasant experience I had with a Jasper Jeep. Their business model is very unique as they work off their purchase invoice and mark up from there. They even gave me an extra thousand dollar rebate I was not expecting. I was in and out in an hour and a half, so there was no wearing me down for four hours. Their financing was great they actually worked with all the banks I currently use. I will definitely be going back again and recommending people interested in a jeep or a Dodge truck.

Jasper Jeep is an "anti-dealership" dealership. They have redefined the purchase experience from top-to-bottom. It's readily apparent when you drive on to the property. It's not a car lot, but a campus. Service sits to the left, and the sales "lodge" is down to the right. I call it a lodge because it resembles a ski lodge inside with a large stacked stone fireplace and period furniture. Jasper Jeep also doesn't play games with pricing. Invoice + $199, clearly posted on every vehicle. I drove down from Chattanooga for my 2016 Wrangler and would highly recommend them.

My idler pulley seized up from what the dealer said was mud and caused the serpentine belt to disintegrate. Mileage 28,000. Apparently, you cannot take your Jeep off-road and drive it through a mud puddle. Towing cost me $140 to Jasper Jeep. They would not cover the idler pulley under warranty and said I should file a claim with Chrysler to see if they would reimburse me. Also, the work order stated they had to drill out a bolt, but once I got home I checked the work done and the original bolts were all used (orange mud was still on both idler pulley bolts). Looks like 4 hours of labor was charged, when you can replace both the idler pulleys in under one hour. Total invoice was $341.34. I had a bad experience with Shottenkirk in Canton and thought that a smaller dealership would offer better service. Small claims court here we come. PS - no modifications on the Jeep that could cause the idler pulley to fail or mud to enter the idler pulley bearings..I'm on stock wheels and rims.

I bought a battery from Jasper Jeep in 2013. The battery was a little more expensive than other places, but it came with a very extended warranty. I decided to go ahead and purchase from Jasper Jeep only because of the warranty. Recently, I have been having issues starting my Jeep. Jasper Jeep gave me the runaround when I attempted to use my warranty to have my battery replaced. They said the battery was not bad. After taking my Jeep to both AutoZone and another mechanic where I actually paid for my diagnosis of a bad battery, Jasper Jeep informed me that my battery would have to test bad on their machine and that my paperwork which I paid for did not count towards my warranty. In addition to that, they also informed me of a prorated charge as well as an installation fee that would occur if my battery did indeed prove to be bad. The charges totaled around $100. The other mechanic which I took my car to is charging me $140 to replace my battery. I post this to forewarn you to stay clear of Jasper Jeep. They are not who they say they are and will not make good on their promises.

We had an awesome experience at Jasper Jeep with owner Ryker Lowe! We have been a Subaru family all of our lives but from Start to finish this was our best car purchasing process ever. Ryker spent an hour on the phone with me on my initial call and thoroughly explained all the levels of jeeps and what add ons are actually useful. We are about 40 minutes from the dealership but the drive was worth It in terms of the money we saved and the honesty we encountered. This is truly a family dealership and the experience was fantastic from shopping to sale to the financing. My wife had not joined me when we purchased our last three cars because she had a bad dealership experience many years ago. She came this time and commented that we will go there for all our service too. Honesty and integrity are worth the drive, especially in the Jeep!

Don't bother with an Internet sale. I had the deposit paperwork emailed and by the time they got around to submitting it into the computer, the vehicle sold. That's fine, I understand that it's first come first serve. I don't understand how I wasn't contacted, period. I had to check my banking account to see that the deposit wasn't deducted. There was no courtesy given. No email response. No phone call. Since I'm no longer a potential customer, I guess they don't have to provide good customer service.

We had heard that up in Jasper Georgia was a Jeep dealer that would beat anyone’s price on an identical without the hidden bait & switch tactics of the past. I mean no BS now. So we heading north from Fort Lauderdale to check it out. My brother is a dentist in Ellijay & turned us on to Jasper Jeep. Upon arriving, the grounds are super nice & well organized. brand new Chrysler vehicles all over. But it is inside that sets Jasper Jeep apart from other car dealers. The dealership resembles a warm home but with a commercial flair. Love the fireplace & all the COLLECTABLES all over the property. I love history. But it doesn’t stop there. We ordered a new grand Cherokee & must say that the folks at Jasper are warm people. A big family. Things went so smoothly there it was unreal. As if each step of the process was one. The people there seemed to all on the same page. Like a happy home in the work place. After literally spending thousands of dollars (I have receipts) on a vibration issue that originated during the powertrain warranty period, they were not able to resolve the issue. They then stated that it was a design issue with the truck and that all of them apparently vibrate at highway speeds (even though the issue did not start until the truck, a Ram 2500, had approximately 70,000 miles). They refused to cover it under warranty even though I had receipts indicating the issue originated well within the warranty period (the truck currently has approximately 123,000 miles).

We were trying to buy an F-350 for two days and the sales rep, April, helped us the entire time. We explained to her that we had an approval for the purchase, so we told her the details of what we wanted exactly for the vehicle we were in search for. We were ready to give the down payment and sign the contract and they are less than professional that the manager of the dealer waited until 7:30 PM to notify me that they had sold the vehicle. Alleging that it was based on the first person who arrived with money on hand, even though we had already spoken about my purchase approval and the next steps. They are irresponsible and they don’t have credibility.

One very UN-happy customer!" In April I purchased a New 2018 JL Jeep Wrangler from Jasper Jeep. I took it back to Jasper Jeep for wind noise they brought their “wind specialist” in but the noise was not resolved. Well that was the least of the worries. I started hearing a noise in the rear end took it back to Jasper Jeep. They said when they change my aftermarket wheels and tires back to the originals the noise stopped! They did not call me to come listen so NO I don’t believe that. I purchased these aftermarket wheels and tires from them so they would stand behind them. So then they stated they replaced the left axle and bearing assemble. Nosie still present! Just drive it it’s not a safety issue! Stayed a week at their service dept. that time. Took it back again for noise is still present on 10/24 they remove rear diff. cover for inspection. WHY? If you replace the axel and bearing assemble then you’ve already been in the rear end you should know what it looks like in there. No issues found. Noise still present! 3 Choices per Ryker Lowe Drive it till something happens then we will know what to fix, change the wheels back to factories or we will buy it back taking a $12,000 loss in 6 months. NO I DON’T THINK SO!!! So on 10/31 I took my Jeep to Mountain Valley in Blue Ridge GA by lunch the next day they called saying they took the diff. cover off the back and the fluid is black and the rear end has shavings all in it! They could not tell where the rear end of the jeep had ever been into. They had to re-build the rear end. My hats off to Mountain Valley they took my problem that Jasper Jeep could care less about and fixed it for me. They also fixed the wind noise. If your in Jasper looking to make a purchase I highly recommend you take another 45 min drive to Mountain Valley in Blue Ridge, GA. SO IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU MAKE THAT PURCHASE DO NOT BUY AT JASPER JEEP THEY DON’T CARE ONE CENT ABOUT YOU AFTER YOUR PURCHASE!!

This was the best truck buying experience I've ever had. After weeks and hours of searching for the right truck, I had a dealer tell me a truck was ready to test drive when it wasn't (drove an hour to see it) then sell it to someone else after we struck a deal. I won't say that dealer's name, but it rhymes with Slim Midwell Bored. Another dealer took my deposit, then my bank wouldn't finance the deal because the dealer was trying to sell the truck without having the title (more common than you'd think, BTW. I'll always ask for a copy going forward). I took off work to complete that purchase when it fell through. Turns out that was the best thing that could've happened, because I believe God led me to Jasper CDRJ in the frustration of that failed deal. I went back to searching, and found a MUCH better truck with fewer miles listed without pictures (the listing was too new). It was the same price as the truck deal that fell through. I called to check availability. The amazing Mr. Johnny answered the phone, and over the next few hours he and the team at Jasper Jeep renewed my faith in car salesmen and dealerships. Mr. Johnny (he deserves the mister, which is why I add it) told me about the truck, as he sold it originally to the man who traded it in, a friend of his. I told him that I believed he had my truck, and that I would drive straight in from work and be there in two hours. When I arrived, the truck was sitting out front, having just been cleaned and detailed. I found out later that several others had called about the truck while I was driving to Jasper, but Mr. Johnny put a hold on the truck for me till I could get there, just on my word that I was on my way. Imagine that! I test drove the truck, they found me better financing terms than what my credit union offered, and there were NO Dealer Fees! From my arrival to signing and leaving took less than 40 minutes. Get this, Mr. Johnny offered to follow me 45 minutes back home in my new truck if I would bring him back to Jasper. I took him up on his offer, which saved me a long and expensive Uber to get my new truck and my work truck home. We talked on a variety of topics as I brought him back, getting him to his truck at 7pm. I couldn't be more pleased with the truck, Jasper Jeep, or Mr. Johnny. Even if you live out of the area, these good people are worth the drive!

I recently purchased a used BMW M4 from the dealership. I must say that this was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had with purchasing an automobile. The salesperson I worked with, Lindsey Headrick, was exceptional. We conducted almost everything through email and she did it flawlessly. She never once hassled me about getting into the dealership. She had no problem with email correspondence. She was the best! The dealership worked with me and gave me a great price on the vehicle and great value on my trade-in. It was a very short process when I came to the dealership to do paperwork and take the car home. I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership and could have had them deliver the car and pick up the trade in but I wanted to meet Lindsey face-to-face to thank her for her great work.
